They have a clearance section where you can get knit sweaters for $15 as well so we took advantage of that great deal. Overall, it was a $400+ trip but that's the suit, alterations, tie, dress shirt, and the sweater. I think that's a good deal! I ended up buying two tuxedo shirts that had studs and cuff links displayed in the package. I got home and both shirts had only one cuff link. I called the store since I live 45 minutes away and was told that the older version of the shirts only came with one cufflink. He quickly offered to give me the second cufflink for each shirt if I drove back up to the store. I appreciated it, and drove back to the store however I feel this is a bad business practice and was not happy about having to spend another hour and a half traveling back-and-forth to the location.

The place was packed! That being said, there were at least four employees handling customers. We were offered some cold bottles of water while we waited, which was a nice touch, and then Vicki helped us out. We ended up trying on a boys' suit and then ordering a size up... I found the price for this reasonable for a quality suit and we were told it should be arriving within the week. We will go back when it arrives to see if it needs alterations, and I know that BT&C is known for the great job they do with tailoring, so I may have to bump this review up another star based on our next experience visiting. She has a true professional's attention to detail. If you're short like me and bring in jeans to be hemmed, she knows how to shorten them while keeping the original hem so they look exactly as they should (but better!). Best of all, she really understands how clothes are supposed to fit and makes sure everything is the most flattering it can be.
