Lots of clothing options, some fun trinkets, nostalgic toys (almost said vintage which would make me feel old ), and jewelry. Shane was very bubbly and answered our questions about the store being trans friendly. Overall, what a great place to have for our plus size and LGBTQ+ community. As I entered and started browsing the racks I was seeing size markers for 3x, 4x, 5x, and 6x!! I was like -- what??? Did I just die and go to heaven?? As I remarked to my friend the guy was like yah we start at size L and go up to 6x!! I was so happy!! I started scowering the racks and found the cutest dress that was only $20. Most of the clothes aren't "vintage" per say but they are older clothes from Torrid, Lane Bryant, Catherines, etc. along with an occasional older or hand made piece. They also had all kinds of other adorable items like jewelry, rings, scarves, etc. The guy (not sure if it was Billie) behind the counter was very helpful and had a lot of recommendations for other cute/curio shops in the area. I am so happy I found Billie and Lulu's and I will definitely be back to spend more time looking at the selection.

I asked the cashier for clarification, "do you mean credit cards?" - I was told again, that they charge 0.20cents for card payments. Which is also, reflected on my receipt. I did bring it to the cashier and the store manager's attention that charging a surcharge on a debit card, is completely illegal. However, I unfortunately will now be reporting this to the Attorney General Office and BBB for further investigation.
