They consistently carry a wide selection of trendy, stylish, and name-brand clothing, so there's always something new to discover. One of the things I appreciate most is that they offer cash for clothing, making it easy to clean out your closet while earning money for items you no longer wear. Their buying process is straightforward, and they provide fair offers based on current styles, condition, and demand. The prices in the store are also very reasonable. It's a great place to find fashionable clothing, shoes, and accessories at a fraction of retail prices without sacrificing quality. Whether you're buying or selling, the value is hard to beat. The staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful. They take the time to answer questions, explain the buying process, and create a positive customer experience. Their excellent customer service, combined with the store's great selection and fair pricing, keeps me coming back. I would highly recommend Plato's Closet to anyone looking for affordable fashion and a convenient way to sell gently used clothing.

I'm not exaggerating when I say at least 90% of my wardrobe comes from here. It is where I go to buy outfits for everything: dates, work, travel, my own baby shower :) Every visit feels like someone with good taste went through the racks first. One of my favorite things is that the store is organized by color. Consignment shops can feel overwhelming and disorganized, but here it's easy to browse and actually find what you're looking for. Even better are the people. Emily and Claire have gotten to know my style over the years and pull things they know I'll love. When I ask for an honest opinion, I get one, and it's always genuine. I've been bringing my son in since he was a baby, and he loves it there too :) They remember him, ask about him, and make him feel welcome. After all this time they feel less like store employees and more like friends I get to visit with when I go in. Going to Poor Little Rich Girl is something I genuinely look forward to, never a chore. I'm so glad this store exists and as much as I would like to keep it a secret...you should go!

After my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run in the Kierland Commons parking lot, by a member of the cleaning staff, I left Mr. Kea a voicemail on Saturday, July 18, requesting a return call regarding the incident. Unfortunately, I never received a response. As someone who works at Kierland Commons, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and concern. Instead, I had to flag down an employee driving a golf cart just to locate the security office myself. The lack of follow-up and assistance during a situation involving property damage is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot design is extremely narrow, making it difficult to navigate safely and increasing the risk of accidents. I hope Kierland Commons takes both customer and employee safety more seriously and improves its response to incidents like this in the future.
