It was about two weeks to have them sewn on and while they did ask me if it was ok to sew through the liner, they did sew through the liner and pockets rendering the inner left pocket unusable. I don't really use the pockets except maybe to put my phone in, but I would have thought that they wouldn't have done that. All in all I had 4 patches sewn on for $80. As you can see, one got sewn right through the inside pocket. I would have like to have been asked about that, but hindsight being 20/20, I guess if I need any more sewn, I'll let them know. This business seems to do a lot of alterations for wedding dresses, so I'm guessing not a lot of bikers are hitting them up to sew their cuts. Just be aware if that's something you need.
