Picked up my husband's suit, two dress shirts and a tie. They were perfect! I will definitely use them again. The cashier was very helpful and pleasant. And the prices were very reasonable. I'm very happy to have found them! read more

I had a great experience at this cleaner. I was looking for one nearby in Surprise, but none were particularly close by and open when I needed them. I was in a bit of a pinch because my long throw pillow's case was in need of a cleaning and it was not washer/dryer safe like I had assumed. I've seen at-home dry cleaning kits, but that idea kind of confused me, so I took the old fashioned route at Rite Cleaners. At both drop off and pickup, the employees were super nice. Best of all, my pillow case smells and looks brand new. Though I try to avoid buying dry clean only clothing and items, I would not hesitate to return here for future needs. read more

They were very cooperative when I first called to find out about their services. They have done really good job of cleaning my clothes. They even put aluminum foil over very special buttons on my sweater. read more

Excellent service. Excellent price. Friendly customer service - I will definitely use them again in the future!

The most convenient way to do your dry cleaning! They come to your house and pick it up and return it back to your house within the week! I had my living room curtains dry cleaned and I didn't even realize how dirty the whites of them were until they came back haha probably be the only dry cleaners I'll use solely for the convenience factor. read more

What an amazing business! My wedding was in 1984. There were issues that escalated with one of the guests, so we had to leave in a hurry. The train of my dress got stuck in the door of the car and cleaned the Houston freeway for a few miles until someone stopped us. I knew it was ruined so I just rolled it up in a trash bag and put it in a bin in storage all these years. I started thinking my granddaughter might like it so I called Rite. I didn't have much hope at all. It was delivered to me today, cleaned, and beautiful!! My goodness, y'all are wonderful!! And the price absolutely reasonable! Thank you so so much! read more

Couldn't be more happy with their dry cleaning services!! I had a wedding dress that needed to be cleaned and they picked it up from my house, delivered back few days later for a veryyy affordable price!! They actually forgot my dress bag that I sent it in, and they came back to drop it off next day or 2. Would recommend to anyone needing dry cleaning! read more

Joanna was so nice about giving me a quote to clean my wedding dress prior to our wedding. She picked up and delivered as discussed and had amazing communication! Thank you for making a bride to be a little less stressed! read more

This company and it's owner, Joanna Beverly, are OUTSTANDING! I needed to have a queen sized comforter and shams cleaned/freshened up. The comforter was $400.00 new and one that I looked long and hard for so needless to say I a bit nervous about having it cleaned. But my worries were for nothing because it came back beautiful. The icing on the cake is they come and pick up your items and bring them back when finished. Talk about service. THIS PLACE IS IT! read more

Rite Cleaners is very professional, friendly, and efficient! Excellent service and great pricing!

I was in real trouble with my granddaughter's wedding coming up in less than 2 weeks and when I tried my suit pants on they were too small (I had gained weight). I called Rite Cleaners (Joanna) to see if they could squeeze in the alteration of my slacks. It was pretty much impossible for them to do it due to their heavy schedule so Joanna gave me a lead to another place that does alterations. I took my slacks to Joanna's lead and she said she could do the work in the time frame I needed them done and at a great price. I left the slacks with her and will pick them up next Wednesday - PERFECT - THANKS JOANNA FOR THE FANTASTIC LEAD - Ron read more

Drove out to Rite Cleaners today from Goodyear, as no dry cleaners in the area have good reviews! I quickly found out why Rite Cleaners has a 5 Star rating on Yelp! I was greeted by the young lady at the front desk, even though she was assisting another customer at the time. She let me know she would be right with me as soon as she was done. Once it was my turn, I advised her that I needed to have a suit pressed. Once she got my address and saw that I lived almost 30 minutes away, she asked if I would like to wait 5 mins for them to press my suit right then so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back. I really didn't mind coming back if needed, but that was such a kind gesture! My suit was beautifully pressed and ready to go in less than 5 minutes! The price wasn't bad at all either! I will definitely make the 30 minute drive, without hesitation, for quality service with friendly staff! read more

Amazing service and great value captures the essence of this business. While spending a few months on the west side of the Phoenix area, I needed a down-filled mattress cover refreshed and cleaned. Thanks to YELP, I found Rite Cleaners with its 5-star review and decided to contact the folks there. Not only did the owner quote me a most-reasonable price, she also offered pickup and delivery in my neighborhood at no cost. Rite Cleaners promptly picked up on time and more importantly, delivered my mattress cover a couple days later looking like it first came out of the box. Plus they honored a new customer coupon and charged me less than the quoted amount! I am a happy sleeper once again and surely will return to this business business for cleaning and dry cleaning services. read more

Rite Cleaners was the only dry cleaners that had good reviews in the entire vacinity of Surprise. They did not disappoint! All the cleaners in surprise had awful reviews and no more than 2 stars. I had a rug and comforter cleaned, as well as my wedding dress. Which got boxed up also. The staff was so nice, it was clean inside. They seemed organized. When I came to pick up, the owner helped carry everything out. I was EXTREMELY pleased with Rite Cleaners! read more

Slacks beautifully cleaned , fair pricing, and servicing good!! Will return! Easy accessible location.

The kindest people! Helpful. We had alterations before Christmas. The job was amazing! I tell people all the time to go there! The cost is great for the amazing quality. And they pickup and deliver. We have not done the pickup and delivery. No idea about the cost. read more

I have no idea how I missed them, but I'm for sure glad I found them. I have really expensive dress clothes that need to be treated with care and I needed a cleaning service that I could trust. I used Rite for some business shirts and slacks. The work was done well and everything looked good.

Great service and quality dry cleaning! Highly recommend Rite Cleaners. Love the pick up and drops at home too.

FRIENDLY AS CAN BE! I took a couple of pretty suits i own to get dry cleaned a long with some buttons replaced. I looked up dry cleaners in the area i was in, as i am not from out this neck of the woods. I saw the awesome reviews and drove the extra miles to make it here. From the moment i got there i entered the wrong way and who i believe was the owner walked me in through the back and made me feel comfortable even the i went the wrong way. The lady in the front i believe was his daughter and was SUPER friendly and listened to all the request i had. I went back a week later and one of the back workers was working the front and she also was EXTREMELY nice. The prices are a little high but is worth it if you do no get dry cleaning done often. read more

My mom asked for my assistance again using Yelp to help find her a trust worthy dry cleaner. She had a table cloth, linen sheer curtains and a large oval brsided nylon rug that used to belong to my grandmother. She was so tickled! They pick up and drop off. They did an awesome job.
