All four of my shirts were damaged, even leaving one of the fabric of my shirts frayed. There's black markings all over them, and they handed them back to me as if I wouldn't notice. They said that they cannot do a refund, which is ridiculous. There's nothing in the business or in their policy that states they don't do refunds. I received contradicting information that they can try and get it out tomorrow morning, but if they can't get it out by tomorrow morning, then it'll have to wait till Monday. Which I need these items prior to Monday for work. How can you fix something on the weekend if the cleaners are off on the weekend? Do yourself a favor and to avoid your closing being damaged, go elsewhere. read more

First time here and never coming back. I read reviews saying this place is sketch and tried them anyway because they're close and I needed a few shirts cleaned. Green Cleaners damaged one of my favorite tops, a designer silk shirt in dry cleaning. There are pulls in the fabric right across the chest. Having an "ugh, I paid for this" moment looking at the fabric pull stretching across the boobs. The kind of pull that just keeps going...the kind of pull that breaks my heart and also pisses me off. The closer I look, the more pulls I see, sadly rendering it unwearable. Therefore, I cannot recommend this establishment. I believe it's worth driving across town for dry cleaning done properly. read more

We've used this dry cleaners over the years as needed - we were never ecstatic but it was ok for the close location - but after taking a CLEAN shirt to them - because I needed it ironed nicely and was 'between irons' - I picked it up and it looked like this! Very very stained. 2nd time I picked it up, stains remained. 3rd time I picked it up, it had RUST on the back yolk. At this point I was beyond annoyed. After speaking with the manager on the phone regarding the situation, it was finally cleaned properly, but now warn looking and (yes, no kidding) slightly shrunk. A couple of months later, our band's uniforms got all confused together, resulting in mismatched tops/bottoms/accessories which epically confirmed I'd rather drive further - than deal with this establishment again. read more

I took my Pottery Barn unlined curtain panels to be dry cleaned as recommended by the manufacturer.I had 4 panels but only had 2 panels dry cleaned because I didn't want to pay an additional $55.40. We have company coming and since we don't ever close the panels I thought two would be fine.Picked them up today and they are shorter by 6-8 inches. When I called to let them know they said you signed the release and they are not responsible. Do not use this dry cleaners. They do not stand behind their work. Should've listened to the reviews. Took in one t-shirt to be shortened, the guy wasn't even the person who does alterations. Made me guess the length I wanted on the shirt and didn't even bother measuring. Also thought it was weird having to pay for an alteration service before being completed. They said it would take an entire week for a simple shortening of a shirt. Went a week later, said it wasn't ready and got attitude for showing up and expecting it to be ready. Then decided to wait a couple more days, showed up and they couldn't find it because I was a new customer and wasn't "in the system" as if that was my fault. After some time they finally found it and tried to make me pay again. I can't speak for their cleaning service, but I would hope they could do the bare minimum of what a dry cleaner is supposed to do. If you need alterations or tailoring, stay away from this place. Go to Cactus Cleaners by the Luke Air Force base instead, much friendlier and it doesn't take an entire week for a simple alteration. read more

New to the area, so new to Green Cleaners on Dysart. My husband and I inadvertently rubbed our off-white linen pant legs against car tires that had been recently detailed with "tire black". Green Cleaner staff only promised that they would give it a try using special solvents and they successfully removed 99% of the stain - no one will notice. Also, I dropped off several vintage silk and or linen shirts and they came back as expected. Pricing is good, too. read more

The price speaks for the results. I brought my wedding dress and my husband's suit there. The first time I went to go pick it up. My dress was not even cleaned. It had dirt on the bottom and stain still on it. I told them I was not going to take this and they told me they cleaned it again, but it was still Dirty and did not smell clean. Just minor things here and there...until last year. I had taken my favorite curtains that I've had for years, and had been cleaned multiple times before, to Green Cleaners. They ruined them!! They shrunk the main fabric so that the liner hung several inches below the front of the curtain, or the main curtain fabric, and was now also wider than the main curtain fabric. Not to mention the white curtains were left with dark black stains on them. I paid over $150 per curtain panel on a 50% off sale and their offer of compensation was about $100 total for all 4. A year later... My husband had continued to use them for laundering his shirts because he had not had major issues and again the location was convenient. This last time he took my daughter's favorite dress from Anthropologie (that she saved her own money for last year) into the shop. The dress is dry clean only. We just got it back and they ruined that too.... The fabric it is puckered oddly all over, feels very rough now, and the lining is now hanging below the dress as they shrunk the main fabric. This dry cleaners cannot get their act together and they will ruin your items with no care or concern for adequately compensating you for the damage they do. They do not know how to run a business and they do not know how to dry clean!!!! Never have I ever had these kinds of issues with any other dry cleaner I have used over the last 30+ years. Damaged 3 panels of custom draperies with tracks of oil stains on draperies that were only dusty with NO stains of any kind. Found out after dropping them off on Grand in Surprise (where the city did not find a business license on file) that the cleaning takes place in an unincorporated area near Litchfield Park where no business license is required. After a third cleaning trying to remove oil stains, they offered a claim form, but refused to return my property. The staff also said they were not allowed to disclose who the owner is. No BBB rating. Beware.. Curious situation after reading so many 1 star reviews that Green Cleaners has racks of clothing for sale outside their two locations. Update: My husband went to pick up his suits and he called ahead since he did not receive any messages or confirmation that his items were ready. When they answered he told them that he would be there shortly. Once my husband gets off the workers we're having trouble finding his items saying the order/items were not in the system and nowhere to be found. Then one of the workers came and asked if he was the one who just called saying they would be picking up soon, and my husband said yes. The girl just pointed behind him and said I left them on the rack. This girl left his items unattended on a rack by the door, anyone could have got them. It was the same girl I had my initial interaction with. She has a very bad attitude. They do not care nor take care of your items here. This is the last time we will ever come here. I've only visited this cleaners once and my first experience was not the greatest. The customer service is terrible. The girl who helped me had a bad attitude and when I would ask a question she would just give me a dirty look. Not very friendly, at all. I have been to the green cleaners on grand and wanted to try this location sense it's closer to me, they lost 4 items of mine and said they have 30 days to find it the lady I was talking to was rude and seemed high.. it's for prom so I asked to speak with manager and she was being rude as well. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Do not use this business unless you don't want your items back. My husband dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned, they told him it would be ready the next day. He went back the next day to pick up his suit and they told him it wasn't ready yet due to "additional stains" they found on the suit and that he would need to come back the next day. My husband explained that he doesn't have time to come back the next day and that he needed the suit regardless. Employee went back to get it and came back and said "I can't find it." My husband left. Made time and Went back the next day, and they are still unable to find his suit. He explained we leave out of town tomorrow morning and that he needs the suit for a wedding, and that it's okay if they didn't get it done he just needs to be able to bring the suit with him. Zero stars if possible. Do not ever bring your clothes here. Went in about 2 days ago to drop off some clothes. The guy and the girls that were taking care of the front were super unprofessional and the way they would talk in front of customers is not okay. Using profanity in front of us and it took a-lot for me to not say anything. Just the overall attitude makes it seem like they could care less.And most of the time they just sit on their phone and don't do much. I believe that management really needs to look into it. Also, to make matters worse, I went to pick up clothes we dropped off and there pants that weren't ours and the ones we had were somehow "missing". All they had to say to me was "we can't find them and things happens" If the job was done correctly things like that don't happen. What kind of business treats you that way and loses the items that you are paying to get taken care of? Then I asked to speak to the manager and she gave me two different stories. And if you look at reviews they don't have much to say back to you. They say they will get it taken care of and never do. Also if you pay close attention they repeat the same thing when responding. Horrible service, I dropped off a huge dry cleaning order after vacation. I did not get back 2 dresses and a 3 men's shirts. I immediately went inside after looking at our items and asked if there was more clothing left to be picked up. They said that no dresses were on the order. They offered no resolution, only that there's been a huge turnaround in employment. This last time in I was greeted with a pathetic political sign blaming people wanting to live on unemployment for their shortcomings and now they are no longer a same day service. I went to pick up my dry cleaning and there was a young man at the front desk. He was the only one visible at the front of the business. He looked up my order and then proceeded to sneeze into his balled up right fist. I cringed at the sight and realized I ran in without wearing my mask. The one time! He then went over my order and with that same hand picked up the hangers with that germ fill hand and put it on the rack for me to pick up and take out. I mentioned to him that he sneezed into his hand and now his germs are all over the top of those hangers and he said no I didn't I sneezed into my shoulder which was Not true. His fist was at his mouth, a reflex motion. He sneezed right in front of me I saw everything. I then noticed there was no hand sanitizer no wipes, no plexiglass, and he was not wearing a mask. I am elderly he just jeopardized my life in this time of Covid 19. Now this is a bit to the extreme but I'm wondering why this company which has stayed open during this whole COVID-19 scenario that they haven't done anything, to update the safety of their environment. I am going to call the Board of Health! I also hope everyone takes this as a warning about getting their dry cleaning there. So many companies are following the rules, they should too. read more

Was recommended by my sister-in-law to try out this place. So far so good I dropped off to winter coats and they were done at the time they said and they look fantastic. I like that the staff doesn't give you just a ticket that is hand written is actually typed at the computer and an actual print out for you. read more
