I am a customer for over 5 years I come in weekly. Every year this location has an AC issue. I feel horrible for the staff. They are working with NO AC only fans! They are under new management, I have been going there for approximately 6 months and have not had any issues. I also accidentally left my EarPods in my suit jacket and they were put in lost and found. Im so lucky they have honest people working there and was able to get them back. I believe their prices are competitive and their turn around time is great. I can't say enough about the girls in the front, they are always nice and have great customer service and truly want to turn the reputation around. Terrible customer service, brought a t-shirt, 501 jeans, and black cargo shorts. T shirt was filled with wrinkles, jeans were not even pressed on the seems, and my cargo shorts are covered in wrinkles and couldn't even be hung up correctly. I also dropped an old coat off for repairs and to be dry cleaned, they couldn't even give me a call when it was done. Didn't even dry clean the coat either. If I could I would put zero stars. I came in this morning and stood in line for over fifteen minutes. The employee was very slow, rude, and unprofessional. I have been bringing my clothes here for over eight years, never was I charged $10 for a dress. It says $3.50 cleaners, so why would I pay $10 for a regular dress?!?!? When I mentioned this to the employee she turned nastier and more disgusting. Well I guess you lost me as a customer. I will be going somewhere else where employees actually appreciate their customers without being rude, and where it says a price and I will not be overcharged because the employee thought she could do that. read more

We dropped off two jerseys on Friday 12/16/16 and picked them up just before they closed the very next day, on Saturday 12/17/16. They are closed Sunday and we needed the jerseys for Sunday's Cardinals game. We didn't notice the damage until we pulled the covers off Sunday morning but I don't think there's anything they can do because they actually burned the front side of the jersey. We will be calling them tomorrow to see if there's anything they can do to resolve the issue. The other jersey is fine. We've dropped off our jerseys and lots of other clothes before for several years now. We've never had an issue or a damaged piece of clothing before. See the pictures included with the black jersey. My husband and I have been loyal customers for 7 years. We loved the staff until yesterday, Oct. 15, 2018 around 5:00 pm. We were out of the country for a few months and came back to this place thinking we will see smiley faces welcoming us warmly and calling us by our name. I was so shocked by the rudeness of these two women. The one who try to "help" me told me to start separating my clothes. I was surprised because even the owner of this place (maybe it is under new management?) never have us separate our clothes (new rules maybe?). If so, that is fine, but there are no excuse for the rude behavior. No class whatsoever ... but what do you expect?! Regardless, The evil looks from the other woman and the rudeness from the woman attending to me was enough for me to leave and say - I am going somewhere else. And this woman says - "Okay". NOT GOOD, BEWARE! My husband took in his suite, 2 long sleeve dress shirts and a coat, all name brands, when he went to pick them up he was told they couldn't find it and it might have been given away. The manager remembers washing everything but obviously won't confess to giving it out to the wrong person. Never will go here again. Customer service is the worst. I went this past Saturday to get my clothes for an important dinner that night & they had just closed at 2:00 it was 2:05. There was another customer outside when I got there already trying to pick up his clothes said he arrived at 1:57 & the door was locked already. Their Customer service is not as professional but they do get the job done quickly and perfect. I picked it up, I remembered there was a stretch out of the stitching on the back of the dress when I dropped it off and never brought it up, but when I got it back it was already fixed!! I did have to wait for at least 30 days to request a refund. And i have done so, employees were very courteous about it and will be sending a refund in two payments. First time they lost my clothes had to go back the next day to finally pick up My clothes and offered no explanation. But I forgave and sentry husband over with his clothes they gave him the wrong suit pants. We never recovered the right pants. I forgave again and sent some friends there. This is the worst business I have ever been to. I dropped of a very expensive Matouk comforter to be cleaned. When I returned to pick it up today I was told I could not have my comforter till I paid $10 more than what I had already paid. Stephanie stated if I wanted to talk to the manager I could, but that she is on vacation, and did not know when she would return. When I told her that, that was not fair she throw my comforter at me, and told me to "fucking take it." I proceeded to walk away, and both Stephanie and Barbara started to curse at me. I asked for a managers card, and told them that I did not deserve to be treated like this. I did not make the mistake. I am just a customer. It was in a carrying bag and a suit hanger I had bought, they took it and said come back tomorrow. Here I am today and they lost the bag and the hanger. Their excuse?
