Everyone is very friendly and my clothes always come out perfect. Even their prices are great.

They do as well as to be expected. I think their prices are high. It was over $20 for two pairs of pants and a blazer. To be honest, I haven't had anything dry cleaned in a few years. read more

The staff is friendly but the quality of service is poor. They are okay with dark colored clothing but they ruin light colors and whites. This place ruined 3 dresses white, tan, and black and white stripes. I am not sure what kind of fluid they are using for dry cleaning but it leaves brown water stains on the clothes that will not come out. They tried cleaning the items again to correct it but it only made it worse. I was reimbursed for one of my items. They are over priced and refuse to provide a price list. They said, "we haven't gotten around to making a list yet ". They've been in business since the end of Covid. Someone can write the prices down on a sheet of paper and hang it. I believe when you're charging different prices for different services and different articles of clothing, the customer should be able to see a price list. Be transparent. read more

Respectfulness. My first time and pick up and drop off were fine. The employees were very nice and friendly. We even laughed about my getting used to no car and need of everything. Thank you read more

Very poor customer service. They did not follow any of the agreed upon task. they claimed that the understood and appeared to place a note.when I picked up my items it was not done. How simple is it to fold the sleeves of a summer shirt!!! read more

They picked up my items and delivery to my home. I had my drapes and quilt cleaned. The work was excellent. The price was reasonable.

I googled a cleaners and Kodiak popped up within radius of my house and had great reviews. Being new to the city, I used Waze and found it with ease. Pulling up the pictures on their yelp matched and I thought it was really cute. Entering, it is a nice sized cleaners, bigger than the one I used in California (my whole life). It was clean and organized. I was greeted by a young man who was really nice. I informed him I was a new customer and he provided me with a 5% discount for being new. I had 28 pieces that I brought and the totals with the monthly special was around $99. I had jackets, shirt a, pants (which he notes the ones that had the belts with them) The clothes came back perfect! They are my go too even though they are on the other side of town. read more

Good, estimated 4 days for 4 things to clean. Had it done in 1. Good. Would recommend and would go back

Kodiak cleaners is my go to cleaners. Reliable, great work, and affordable prices are the reason I am a customer. I had two dresses that need to be dry cleaned. They are retro style dresses and needed a professional touch. Kodiak delivered. Thank you read more

I found them on Yelp and submitted a request for a quote. They were able to clean very old my suede coat and did a great job.

I want to send a huge shout out for the Alterations of SWIYYAH through Kodiak Cleaners. She is very professional and pricing is very good - She handled a too long wool coat with fur trim. Her work is beautiful and I off to a cold trip Thanks to this connection. read more

I think Kodiak is okay to an extent. I've known this place before it was even Kodiak and it was still 2.49 for a single garment. I got all my garments at a "so-so" priced however upon receiving my finished articles, they certainly had a bad smell which was lingering wherever I went. To my knowledge dry cleaning fluid for the most part is odorless. read more

They ruined my childs clothing. They said take it back to the manufacturer in Ireland.

My go to place for dry cleaning. Price is fair and turnaround time is great. I would recommend this place to anyone

fast , easy and good price. this is officially my new dry cleaner. they also text you when it's ready. you can tell they put the work in to make their clients happy and make sure it's convenient for their clients and not many dry cleaners go the extra mile or above and beyond the way Kodiak does. thank you . God bless read more

Excellent Work. My clothes come back looking better than new and smelling as fresh as a flower in just one hour.

This cleaners messed up 3 of my t-shirts. I brought my suit in to simply be pressed. When i got it back two emblems on my suit were missing! In addition, broke two buttons on my dress shirts. I would not recommend this place! read more

Dropped off a few shirts, a couple of sweaters, and a jacket in order try this place out as it's super convenient for me. The only things that came back unwrinkled were the jacket and sweaters. Two of the sweaters came back on hangers with stretch marks in the shoulders, the other two folded. The shirts came back collars crushed, wrinkled. Won't be coming back. They're cheap, but not worth the money. read more

I spilled coffee all over an expensive bag. Kodiak quoted me a very reasonable price and cleaned the bag within a few days. It looks exactly as it did pre-spill! read more

It's great to have a dry cleaning company back in the neighborhood, but the best part is the quality of service provided by Kodiak. I tried them out for the first time a little over a month ago, and I was amazed at their attention to detail, and their check-in, where they want to make sure your clothes are handled how wanted. The added fact that they are open late into the evening and on weekends makes them even more ideal. I have now gone to them at least every other week with items, and each time I am more and more impressed with the outcome. They are my new go to dry cleaners and just in the short while of using them, they have earned my loyalty. read more

I recently moved and been coming to them every month. They do an amazing job. I love the staff here very friendly.

I bought in my duvet cover to be dry cleaned. They did an an amazing job! Definitely recommend Kodiak!

It's been nice having a dry cleaner back in the community after so many months since the other owner had to close. We have tried other dry cleaners in the area, but they were either too expensive or they didn't do a good job of cleaning our clothe's, or we had to drive all II far. Some may Kodiak Cleaners is too expensive, but compared to a lot of other dry cleaners, they're in the same ball park. And they're conveniently close! Some may not think that's important, but we'll pay a little extra just for that. The service and attention to detail with our clothes has been nothing but flawless. We will continue to use Greg and Kodiak Cleaners while continuing to support our community. You should give them a try. read more
