My daughter wanted her wedding dress preserved but was on a tight timeline - only one week. I reached out via email and they responded quickly and even had me send pictures of the dress so they could give me a quote. They said they could meet the timeline. We dropped off the dress the day after the wedding and they even reached out to the dress designer to ensure they followed the cleaning instructions. we got texts along the way with updates and then pictures after the dress was cleaned. It was beautifully boxed and even ready 2 days early. I could not be happier. read more

Molly M I'm pretty sure they did not use your credit card, I've been using them for quite a while now, I have left cash and credit cards in my pockets multiple times. They have always returned them to me and told me please be a little more careful. read more

Fairly certain our credit card information was stolen from this business after paying for and picking up our clothes. Multiple charges over $200. Thankfully we caught it the next day but we won't be coming back. read more

I don't usually do reviews, but this place deserves it. I took my wedding dress here before my wedding, after a catastrophe had happened. The dress had green grass stains from the bridal photos, which I didn't anticipate coming out. Then, after the bridal photos, my cat went and peed on the train. I was devastated, and it smelt awful. I cried a lot. My best guess is my cat didn't like the grass smell- its not like him to do that. My wedding day was only a week and a half away, which was barely enough time for them to get it cleaned. But they finished in only about three days! So I had a week to go pick it up and get it ready. They COMPLETELY removed the grass stains AND the cat odor. They steamed the dress really nicely and it looked fantastic- almost better looking than when I bought it. They surpassed my expectations in time, quality, and cleanliness! Thank you so much Royal Cleaners! I looked amazing on my wedding day read more

This place is for sure my go-to option for my family and I. I dropped my clothes off to be dry cleaned and they were done in under 24 hours, the prices are cheaper than I thought they would be. The people working there are very nice and it was a quick in and out process to drop my clothes off. They came back clean and with no wrinkles. read more

I recently brought in a pair of drapes for cleaning. The staff at Royal Cleaners were friendly, professional and a delight to talk to. I got a call earlier than I expected that my drapes were ready for pickup. That was a nice surprise. My drapes look terrific. And the price to clean them, not bad. I'm glad we have Royal Cleaners in our neighborhood with a staff that has the values of great customer service. Gina G. read more

I wasted raspberry punch on white linen pants. I had only worn them 1 time before. I was so concerned about having to throw them away. Royal Cleaners marked the stain for dry cleaning. When I picked my pants up, no stains at all! I was so surprised and happy. Thank you for such great service. read more

I have been a customer here for about two years now. They do a great job, but more importantly, the Customer Service is above and beyond. Communication through their text system makes everything easy and organized as well. Highly recommend! read more

Got all the stains I never thought would come out, were quick, and friendly when I dropped off. The pickup ladies were somewhat rude but the prices and quality were great. Would definitely return here. read more

I went to two other dry cleaners that were unable to help me clean a sport coat. Royal Cleaners was able to get the item cleaned and have it back to me the very next day. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. read more

Pretty good experience with this place! I was scrambling trying to find somewhere that could have a suit cleaned in 3 days and I tried like 3 other places in the area. None of them could do it. This place got the suit cleaned and it was a decent price as well. Will be going back. read more

The best dry cleaning place I've been. It's very convenient. They offer pick up and delivery as well! Very friendly!

We were in town for a wedding and had a dry cleaning emergency. When I called in they were so helpful and were able to accommodate us at the last minute. They went above and beyond and we were very pleased with them. If we lived here, this would be our go-to location for sure. read more

I would give 0 stars since they didn't even clean my jacket. Charged $50 up front, they had my jacket for over a week and it looked and smelled exactly as I left it. After getting home, I used a magic eraser and cleaned the sleeves in less then 10 minutes. They obviously didn't do anything when they had it and they made $50! Sucks because, they're right next door to me but, now I will have to take my business elsewhere. read more

Came in around 3p and all of my items ready in less than 24 hours the next day! I dry cleaned a coat, wool pants and five blouses and also had a dress sown and fixed. The rush had no extra charge and was impressive, especially right before Christmas. (I brought my items from SF and took them here while visiting family because yes, I'm that busy when I'm back at home). The owners are super friendly. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. They did a great job with my items. They are not cheap but worth the extra money to get the job done right. Thank you Royal Cleaners! read more

I like this place. Everything always comes out clean. They're good on turn around and his prices can't be beat from what I've seen. The location is great too, right off of hwy 60 and right next to a Starbucks. It's got upfront parking reserved for their shop as well. You're in and out within seconds, it really couldn't be more convenient. I drop my suits and shirts off here normally but I just dropped a down alternative comforter off so I'll update and let you know how that turns out. read more

Dependable. Fast. Courteous. Pricey? Perhaps a bit, but I have NEVER been disappointed by Royal. I have used Royal Cleaners for more than ten years, mostly for laundry and dry cleaning needs, but occasionally for mends and alterations. Top notch. They work to my schedule if I need something rushed. They'll take care of you. Extra starch.... Extra dependable. Extra happiness. read more

The male counter person/owner unfriendly. Dry cleaned 4 shirts 3 pants..$43.00...only get to fool me once... read more

Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional!!! DO NOT USE!!! They don't deserve 1 star. The OWNER gave my $600 suit to a stranger and lost my suit. He had no idea who he gave it to and insisted it was to my wife or girlfriend when I don't have either. I was forced to bring in another suit for which he charged me for. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. HORRIBLE customer service and CHEAP!!! VERY disrespectful and very dissatisfied!! I went to them for 5 years and 100% will never go back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

Excellent cleaners. Small family run business who really takes the time and listens. They have been able to get out any stain I have brought in. Also fast and affordable alterations. read more

So I've been to this business now about 3 additional times since my initial review and I have to say the older gentleman that works there is very, very rude. I had a BRAND new men's shirt laundered my last visit (entirely b/c I didn't want to iron it) and it came back with a blood!?! stain on the cuff. I pointed this out to him and he very rudely brushed it off as our fault, even though I explained to him that it's brand new and I took the tags off in there business b/f sending it off to be cleaned. I won't be returning to this business which is a shame b/c it's the closest to my house and I dry clean quite often. I gave it 2 stars b/c the older lady that works there is nice but I seem to have to deal with the gentleman for my pick ups. read more

I was in the area so I tried out royal cleaners. A bit pricey I think.....the 2 out of 3 pairs of shorts I had them repair (buttons) have came off again. Being that they weren't cheap I expected a much better job read more

Have been going here forever. Fairly standard place, but have never screwed up any of my clothes. Fair prices, and the owners are super nice. And its next to a Starbucks! BONUS! read more

Very prompt and clean. Basic good service is all I need when it comes to dry cleaning and repairs. They got a couple very bad stains out, which I thought might be impossible. Maybe a little pricey, but being right next to Starbucks kind of makes up for this! And they have a talking register, which is pretty cool too. read more
