Highly DO NOT recommend!! I paid for a king size comforter to be cleaned because I was unable to wash it at home and still get all of the cat hair off. It came back from Minuteman cleaners full of hair so I contacted the owner and he reassured me that he would do it again at no charge to make things right. I let him know that my cat was elderly and most likely didn't have that much longer to live so I asked if we could wait and he assured me that was fine. Fast forward to just shy of the year later, I contact him about making good on what he told me. We kept playing phone tag on when he could pick it up. I said multiple times I won't be home at this time or that time and could you please just text me ahead of time so I can make sure somebody's home. Twice he ignored what I said and showed up with no one there. And now all of a sudden he has ghosted me and is not making good on my comforter that I paid to essentially have nothing done to it. I don't often use dry cleaning or alteration services, but needed both before a holiday party. I researched and found pretty poor reviews for the services available in Queen Creek. Luckily I found minute man cleaners who would pick up and drop off the items! They did a great job with cleaning a suit and providing alterations on a long dress that needed to be shortened and some of the skirting material removed. I was skeptical it would look good having only sent pictures to the seamstress but the dress looked great and fit perfectly. I can't even tell where it was altered. Well, it has been some time that I went looking for a dry cleaner for my down comforters and quilts. Want to say it was pre-covid and there was in Place in Tempe on Guadualupe & Kyrene. Great Service, Quality and PRICE was the lowest in town. Well went looking in March and I was blown away by all the changes. That place is now torn down and I cant find it. Then when you start looking for another the price has risen by 3-4's the 2018/19 cost. It is now over $60.00 to get it done if not higher. Well THANKS TO YELP they delivered to me a company called Minute Man Cleaners who got out of the Stone/Mortar business so they will pick up and deliver to your home. The quality is very good, service outstanding and very flexible working around your schedule when you are home which in todays world can be iffy!!
