Do not risk your fine garments by leaving them to Fresh Cleaners. On Friday I left a skirt and blouse to be dry cleaned . The young man at the counter said they would be ready after 5:00 on Tuesday. Fine, I told him I would be able to pick them up on Wednesday. When I arrived, he looked at the computer screen and didn't see the items, said they weren't ready. I asked him to check and he found them hanging up, cleaned. He bagged them and I took them home. When I went to hang the blouse in my closet, it looked very short. Just to be sure, I tried it on to find it had severely shrunk so that it was about half the size! It is (was) a rayon crepe blouse on which the label specified "Dry Clean Only," and it had been successfully dry cleaned several times previously (at least once at Fresh Cleaners). It is plain that they did not dry clean it. It is completely ruined. After I take it back and demand restitution, I'm never going back. read more

UPDATE: I decded to pick up my items the same day. I had no issues with picking them up and all of my items were accounted for. The young girl who was working the counter gave me the items for the price was $47, which is what I agreed to. I did notice that upon returning home, the alterations tag on the skirt said $8 instead of $10 that I was quoted. Also, I took the dress in item #1 in my original post with me. I showed the girl where there was beading missing and she asked if I wanted to leave it there so they could fix it. I said no because they dont have the original beads. I asked what could be done and the girl said she couldnt give me a refund because she doesnt have access to money, even though she just rang me up. She said she could leave a note for her manager. I asked what her manager's name is and she said Lyna. I said yes, please have her call me. She wrote on the bottom of my receipt that they keep that I have a damaged dress and she should call me. Had an accident with my favorite, most prized pair of sneakers. They are runners... leather/suede/a few other materials as well. They are the sneakers that I/maybe you too, probably shouldn't have bought, but "accidentally" splurged on. Anyways. Those sneakers. I had a horrendous accident with them. leaving them pretty terribly stained. Did a quick search around...met up with the team over at Fresh Cleaners, they looked at them, we had a collective "OoF" then she/her team said they'd put their full effort into cleaning them up for me. About a week later, I returned. (To be fully honest, given the amount of damage, and the types of materials on the sneaker) I was expecting to be a little let down... I. Was. Not. They got me my shoes back. It seems she was willing and able to put some serious time into my shoes, and I couldn't be more grateful. I will not hesitate to go back for future work, and am tempted to run back there right now strictly to give ridiculously strong high fives to the whole team over there. So, I think this place is great. They gave me a duffle bag to take home that I can throw my clothes in when they need to be dry-cleaned or laundered. Then, I just give them the bag. They count my stuff, clean it appropriately (I assume) and have it ready when they say they will. I've had no problems with them and the prices, for what I need done, are comparable to other places. But then, I'm a dude with dude dry-cleaning/laundering needs. I will say that, so far, I've had no issues with my clothes having stains I didn't start with, as I've had with other places. read more

I dropped off a pair of pants and 2 shirts to have some small stains removed. All 3 articles of clothing came back with the same stains. What a waste of time and money. I used to love these Cleaners and had been going to them for years. However, new management took over and since then things have swiftly gone downhill. Service is poor, you get a lectured response if you feel that your clothing item was not done well, the pressing is horrible (I've had to take items back at least once every single dropoff), they've lost items and claim they had never received it. The location is ideal for a natural cleaners due to being next to Whole Foods, but honestly the service has gotten so poor and it is quite evident family members employ the place. It is not the service-front as it used to be. Looking for a new natural dry cleaners as soon as feasible. read more

I started going to this cleaners three (3) years ago and completely impressed with the professional courtesy they display on every visit. They are responsive, friendly and efficient with their cleaning services. A couple times they let me know they needed to keep a shirts behind to do some additional stain removal work. Upon receiving the shirts the stain was gone. They could have easily not focused on the issue of the stain but did, that to me is going the extra mile supporting the customers needs. They lost a pair of pants...tuxedo pants and hard to replace. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until I got home. When I called, the person who answered said she would find them and call me. Never called me. Now I'm here waiting for the rest of my clothes. Their hours say 7am-7pm. I got here last night at 6:55pm and no one was here. After getting urged by some friends/coworkers to start dry cleaning my clothes (apparently they think I am incapable of working an iron...which...I am), I finally broke down and tried it. And my very first encounter with a dry cleaner was Fresh Cleaners. Fresh Cleaners is a relatively new dry cleaning place near Whole Foods in Chandler. Since it is close to me, I thought it was a great place to start my dry cleaning experiences. I was immediately impressed! It is a family owned small business that prides itself on being very personal. The owners are great and have made it a point to remember me and what I like. They treat me like Hollywood royalty and I love every second. My clothes are always perfect when I pick them up. They have even tailored and stitched up some pants for me. And it is fairly inexpensive, too. I take 10+ dress shirts and a few pairs of pants every time, and it has never cost me more than $25 bucks. I believe they give a discount if you bring your hangers back in. This might be common at all dry cleaners, but it is a nice added touch that I appreciate. I highly recommend this place if you live near it. Their website needs some work, though. I wonder if they might want this nerd to assist them. I totally would for little more than a few free dry cleanings! read more

You won't see me coming back. Outrageous prices. Took a blanket and it cost $25 I have paid way less just 2 miles down the road at Avalon cleaners. They are more personable too. They do give you a nice bag to carry the blankets on, but this is dry cleaning. I don't need a fancy bag to carry my blankets on. Or maybe the detergent they use gives my blanket the power to fly. I judge a dry cleaner by 3 things. Are they reliable and on time, do they not lose my clothes and are my clothes clean. If you do those 3 things, I'll pretty much stay with that dry cleaner forever. Thought I would give this place a try especially with all of the rave reviews. Unfortunately I should not have ignored the few bad reviews on here and should have instead listened to them. I wouldn't go back here even if it was completely free. The service and quality was extremely weak. Pros: Cannot think of any. Cons: -Cost: Someone on here said they were 10% cheaper than else where. Definitely not true. $35 for 4 simple pieces..not such a great deal. -Stain removal: They say they include stain treatment and removal in all of their dry cleaning service. I took in a dress that had two large black stains. I brought the dress right back in and showed them the obvious stains that they completely missed. They took it to the back and had the two stains steamed out (after much dismay). -Wrinkles: All of my 4 pieces had wrinkles in it. While I waited for them to clean my dress I saw the ladies steaming clothes. They definitely go as fast as they possibly can so it is no surprise that all of my clothes ended up with wrinkles in them. -Pleats: They messed up the natural pleat of one of my items. -Finished product: All 4 of my pieces had strange dust all over them. I knew if I took the pieces back in they would put up a fit even though the dust was there fault. read more

I have been going to this cleaners for several years and they have destroyed my garment twice and both times they destroyed my garment with chemical stains they refused to fix it and wanted to argue with me as the customer as to whose fault. I've asked on multiple occasions that they take detailed notes about the clothes that they bring in because when things are broken they refused to fix them and they want to charge you to repair their error. Just got back from Fresh Cleaners where I picked up four laundered business shirts. I am underwhelmed, to say the least. Per the owner, items are hand-finished. The shirts all have wrinkles under the arms and with long creases at the sleeves. My fault, I guess as I forgot to specify, "No creases at the sleeves and no wrinkles, please!" There are a few benefits for FC: the use no toxic cleaning agents and they recycle hangers. The prices, in my opinion, outweigh these benefits. I paid $2.35 each to LAUNDER shirts. Dry cleaning starts at $4.00 per item. They do have discounts if you like their page on Facebook and coupons on their website. Judging from the quality of the service, I doubt I will return. read more

I dropped off 20 dress shirts for laundering a month ago. When I went to pick them up, they couldn't find 3 of the shirts. Finally, a week later I stopped by and they had found the 3 shirts. This past Saturday, I dropped off 30 dress shirts for laundering. When I went to pick them up this afternoon, they couldn't find 15 of them! The young woman at the desk seemed a little unsure and didn't really seem to understand (or maybe didn't know how to explain) their cleaning process when it comes to delicate items. I felt good about going here because of the "green" cleaning method, but the customer service was a let down. Plus, when I got one of my tops home, a thread had come loose on the cuff. I would like to start by saying I am not the easiest customer and have very high expectations for customer service. I have been a customer here for several months. They launder my dress clothes, my daughters' dry cleaning and even our bedding. The customer service here is extraordinary. An example is how they know me by name and start gathering the finished clothes while I walk into the store. The staff definitely have a keen attention to detail, as the clothes always come out looking perfect. I'm not sure why this establishment doesn't have a higher rating. I have been a customer for a couple of years, and I have always had a great experience. The staff is always friendly, the cleaning is always quality, and I have never had items lost or damaged. When they started accepting all credit cards, they became a 5-star business in my opinion. I consider myself very picky when it comes to dry cleaners; there are plenty of low quality companies out there that do crappy work. This is not one of those places. I have been here 3 times, the first time they didn't have my clothes ready on time and i had to wait an extra day, then when the clothes were ready, they had given me clothes that didn't belong to me and let me go home with them. I went here to drop off a pair of ripped jeans, a week later I went to pick them up and they had forgotten to send it out, then a week later I went to pick them up again and the job they did was TERRIBLE I wish I never went there...I won't be going back. I do not even know where to begin how annoyed and upset I am. Annoyed because I dropped off my king size comforter last week and the lady said I can leave my bag the comforter originally came in and they would return it like that and upset because the lady was rude and did not care to make things better. I called today after coming home from work and my husband picked it up for me and realizing that this was not the right bag. I called twice and someone answered then hung up and the second time the lady said she would call me back and did not.
