Ready after 5pm next day and they delivered. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a few articles I needed for an upcoming trip with very little margin of time between pick up and flight. They said everything is done onsite and that was a big help. Came by as promised and everything was ready for pickup and they did a great job. The customer service is stellar and I always feel welcome. Had another trip & local event requiring formal suits to be dry cleaned and everything came out great. They do have some coupons online and via Yelp so do take advantage as the cost of dry cleaning has gone up for. I truly wish the owner would show more care for her clients before donating clothes away. People get busy and forget to pick up items sometimes--it happens. Most of us don't bring donation-ready clothes to a dry cleaner, so it's upsetting to learn my dresses were donated after just 90 days. These weren't inexpensive; they were worth about $200 each. What made it worse is that I called at least five times trying to locate my dresses, and although staff promised to call me back, no one ever did. Eventually I was told they had already been donated. This was extremely disappointing, and I hope in the future more effort will be made to reach out to clients before taking such irreversible action. read more

The way I found this place was I needed something last minute for a job interview and everyone else said they couldn't help me however they found a way and even told me to come bring the rest of my clothing to change in the dressing room from my interview. Fantastic customer service! This is a local red spot, great family vibes and always friendly! Caveat emptor! If you drop anything off here to be cleaned, be very careful that the owner tells you how much it will cost, then confirms your cost, then confirms it again. As I dropped off 17 polo shirts for laundering, she went into an overly lengthy monologue about their pricing ($2.50/shirt, but she would give me a 10% discount) and how they take great care in their work, how long they have had some of their customers, how wonderful a business they are, etc., etc., etc. Today I went back to pick up my shirts. My charge should have been 17 shirts times $2.25 each = $38.25 plus tax (which in Tempe is 8.1%, or $3.10), for a total of $41.35. Instead, she charged me $61.33. How can that be, any reasonable person who has 3rd grade math skills would ask? Her excuse is that they charge more for polo shirts. Really? Yet when I dropped them off she only mentioned the $2.25 price? And what in the world justifies charging more for a polo, which should be easier for them to process (because they don't need to make sure it is right-side-out and then button it to put it on the hanger)? When I asked her how that could be, she said they have to pay rent. No, really, that was her justification. I'm serious. read more
