It's a little bit further but the quality of work has been great. I took a bride's maid dress, a cocktail dress and a few pair of pants to Kathy last week. I was immediately impressed that she had been in business for 27+ years and she knew exactly what she was doing. She really went above and beyond when I asked her if there was any way she could fix the cocktail dress for me that day. Same day repairs are hard to do, but she was able to wave her magic wand and I picked the dress up later that day. She did an excellent job with the bride's maid dress and both pairs of jeans. She works fast, knows her stuff and is very reasonably priced. My only complaint is that she wanted to be paid in cash or check, they really should tell you that when you make the appointment.. Who still carries checks?

It's about a five day turnaround time so not for quick service but convenient nonetheless. The bad thing about Tide is no pricing transparency. The prices are different every time I have clothes dry cleaned. The last time I dropped off a dress, there is a liner, so the cost to dry clean was $21. I called to ask why a liner would cost extra as that should be considered part of the dress but they said no. If it detaches then it's considered separate. Well, if you don't detach the snaps from the shoulders then it's one piece. Very expensive service that I feel should have been explained or called about. I would not have dry cleaned the slip liner.

The great thing about this place is that it does turn around your dry cleaning items within 24 hours and it is open 24/7 so from a convenience standpoint, this place is very convenient and fast. The issue I have with this place is that none of the prices for dry cleaning items are listed anywhere. It is not listed in the store, but it is also not listed on their website. I am a person that likes to know what I am paying for, so this didn't work for me. I have been here twice and haven't had any issue with the items I brought in to dry clean. They have an easy process to check in your items to be dry cleaned and an easy system to retrieve your dry cleaned clothes. Both times I came in here, they had attendants working. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. What my gripe is, is with their corporate operation. The first time I came in, I had a 20% coupon, but it wasn't clear from my receipt that the discount was applied. Again, the second time I came in, I had a 30% off coupon and still was difficult to figure out if my discount was applied in their computer system. You have to wonder if this is deliberate. I asked one of the attendants what the prices are and here it is: Blazers - $8.45 Pants - $7.45 Laundered shirt - $3.95 Dress - $11.65 Jacket - $11.45 The prices are a bit high, but remember, you are paying for convenience and I did get my items within 24 hours. Weird also that their pricing system isn't displayed and you can't really understand what they are charging from their receipts. Not a terrible experience, but an experience where you have to ask questions.
