Clean not too crowded, the attendant made sure the area was tidy. Kinda pricey but what laundromat isn't. I usually do my comforters/ blankets. They have large washers. If necessary, I'll do a load of laundry. read more

Coin Less Laundry - Decent machines. Just don't used #30 dryer. It wouldn't dry a simple load of laundry. Not even my scrubs which dry easily came out damp. - Laundromat Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

Came here on afternoon Monday or Tuesday afternoon to wash all my sneakers because I only have a top loader . I was trying to use my debit card I. The machine at first so I was confused. Lol.. however they have a card machine where you get a laundry card and load with money using whatever debit or credit card. Tons of washers and dryers available of various sizes for residential and commercial size use. I was amazed. The place was clean, an attendant on duty. I was able to fill up my water bottles at the water store while my shoes were washing. Felt safe while there also considering some laundromat's tend to have shady characters hanging around in certain neighborhoods.Glad I found the place because i was worried about finding laundry in ahwatukee. It's only a few miles or so away so this is perfect. read more

I receive bad customer service with the employee Sonia due to the fact that I spent $500 cash of my own money to wash clothes and sat there for five hours. Got bad customer service very rude and polite. Sonia refuse. Eight dip machine stopped on me and had to re-enter another $200 till we wash my clothes due to the fact that machines are clogged and not working correctly. Sonia was very rude and polite with you to read by me and back customer service. read more

I just wanted to leave a good review and give a compliment to this business for adding dedicated pet & animal washers and driers. This is a brilliant idea! I have never seen this before and I appreciate this extra step this laundromat has done. I take my dogs bedding to wash in laundromats but I always felt guilty as it's dog bedding. Someone else can use that washer and may be allergic to dogs or their clothes getting dog hair. I will definitely come here again! Thank you read more

This place was a mess and there was no attendant. Had to go to the next door grocery to wash my hands. I ended up cleaning the folding stations and tops of washing machines because I was so grossed out. The washing machines and driers worked. Won't be going back. read more

Coin Less Laundry - What a mess! - Laundromat Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

I was very pleased with this location. It was extremely clean and people were so friendly. It was my first time in and both the staff and other customers were so helpful. There are different size machines depending on your load. I was there just for my bed comforter and I used the 55LB machine. To get the washers working, you go to what looks like an ATM and purchase your Coin Less Card and add money to that card. You use your Coin Less card on the actual washer. There is seating available if you choose to stay. I brought my homework with me but time went by so quick, I was in and out of there! Will come again :) read more

I used to come here in the past never had any issues . Recently had to come in to wash my blankets . I noticed you guys charge an extra 60 cents just for the hot water. 30 cents for warm water .Total rip off . Especially with how the economy is going . Never coming back again . read more

The Coinless Laundry located at 51st Ave./McDowell Road in Phoenix is the facility I'm familiar with. I have a few comments. 1.) They keep adding more washing machines so there is less room to move around and less seating areas. It feels crowded even when there's not a lot of people in there. I don't like to see people sitting on the folding counters. They're not for sitting on. They're for folding clothes. Kids run around wild because they have no place to quietly sit and read a book or have a snack. 2.) The attendants don't speak English. Why is that. English is the official language of this country, state, city and neighborhood. 3.) When you purchase a laundry card at this facility, it cannot be used at any other Coinless Laundry location. Irritating. The good stuff is that it has laundry specials, it's well lit and is clean and well maintained. Thank you. read more

This place is clean, well-lit, and they have plenty of washers and dryers. We came at around 3pm on Saturday and there were only like 4 other people here. They have single, 2, 3, 4, 8 & 10 load washers and the wall of dryers handle 35lbs in 25mins, and they have 80lb dryers as well. Being able to get several loads of laundry done at once is a huge time-saver rather than spending all day doing laundry one load at a time at home. They have an attendant walking around the whole time cleaning out the machines and lint traps. I love that it's coin-less. Not having to worry about carrying around rolls of quarters is awesome! The cards are refillable so you can just buy it once and keep adding on to it as needed. The machines are all reasonably priced too. Plenty of folding tables and several laundry carts as well. Security cameras throughout and masks are required. Felt safe and our clothes were clean, dried and folded in under 2 hours! read more

This place is a ripoff. They make you buy a rechargeable card and then overcharge for the wash and dry. When you go to put more money on the card the lowest amount you can put on is $10.00. I had to use the rest of the money on the card in the vending machine to use it up. Bullshit! Don't bother with this place! read more

Clean laundromat with lots of sizes of machines and dryers to fit your needs. Plenty of baskets. My only wish is they had more places to sit while you're waiting. They only have four or five small two person tables and no other places to sit but they could put some outside. read more

Very packed here on a Sunday. I don't like how it's very crowded. The machines are close together. The folding area is a tight squeeze. Only one person per isles. The pricing is a tad more than other places I been too. Not a lot of parking space. read more

Standard card laundry although unless you live close by I wouldn't recommend as I am not a fan of their payment processing setup it is designed for a user to put more money than they really need and thus have a need to come back to this establishment to utilize the excess funds on the card with their next load. read more

This place has decent prices and lots of machines, I think that's why it's always busy. I've been here a few times but you need to get one of there cards to add money for the machines to work. They do have someone on site keeping this place clean. read more

I really can't believe that I'm giving a five star in a laundry mat it has been over 20 years that I've even walked into a laundromat mat. Coin less laundry save the day. My 20-year-old machine finally retired. I had no idea they had 100 pound machine say even had 30 pound for load three load 30 pound commercial dryers even up to 80 pound dryers. Inside was clean and attendant was there to help out and was monitoring customers coming in and out I felt very safe and comfortable everyone was friendly another customer even offered their last 20 minutes of dryer time to me. read more

Utilized this laundromat until we got our new washer/dryer from Lowe's. Not a bad place. I felt like I had to keep an eye on my things however, being the day I was here it was very busy & the neighborhood hoodrats were roaming around. The customer service lady here was a big help to me. read more

It was my first time going. My apartment washers are not so great. I was pleased to have done 12 loads of laundry in about 1.5 hours. It was super clean and easy to use. Prices are reasonable as well. I put my clothes in two 6 load washers and in about three large drum dryers. Be sure to wipe down counters before folding though... you never know. My over all experience was great and definitely pleasant. It will be my new laundry mat for sure. read more

When my apartment washers/dryers are undergoing some maintenance, this is where I go to wash. It's affordable & easy to use. If you use this laundry facility, I recommend washing early in the mornings during weekdays (if you can) to avoid any traffic. My only feedback is during the summers the facility doesn't seem to turn on the AC but other than that I don't have any other issues. read more

Very clean. The carts work well. I agree with others that the card (which costs 50 cents) seems a little high and an unnecessary fee. The washers and dryers work well. read more

I came here thinking the coinless part would be a positive but turns out to be a complete negative. If its was called Coinless and Proprietary Cardless, it would be more accurate. My dryer broke down and i just needed to dry my clothes. Yesss we live in Phoenix and its summer and hot AF and I could dry it outside but thats not the point. The dry cycle was $1.69 which to me is like California prices, however it is a large dryer so bring your bed sheets and blankets if you want to get your money's worth. The part where this is not a benefit is that only credit cards or bills can be inserted into their system that gives you a separate card. For credit card the minimum amount you can add is $5. If you add cash, you can add $1 at a time, however it charges you for a new card that is $0.50. So in order to do one dry I had to spend $3 for a $1.69 service, losing out on $1.31 if I didn't plan on coming back. Now is that a lot of money? Not for me but it might be for others. I just hate being wasteful with money, and at $3 for a dry cycle that definitely is California prices. Pros: very clean, clientele are courteous (ie no riff raff loitering), machines are newish, plenty of folding space and carts, open after 7pm, and they have dedicated "pet" dryers. If you need to come here on the regular, this would be an absolutely wonderful place to come. Dry cycle is 27min so it was done pretty quick. Cons: given the limitations on the way and amount you can add to a card, you end up wasting money in the long run. There is no way to use up all of your card unless you calculate it out with multiple washes/drys. All that loose change never so looked reasonable. Also no courtesy wifi, which is a minor con but mentionable. There is a bathroom on site, but according to another review only available when an attendant is onsite. Overall nice clean place for needing to use frequently but not worth the money if it is a quick solution to an appliance problem. read more

We were staying at the Sheraton at Dark Horse and needed to do laundry. We travel every year from mid January to February. This laundry was very clean and extremely busy. I have been to this laundry mat a few times now and I will never do laundry at home again! I love that these washer machines can handle all of my laundry in about 2 hrs. Total and that includes washing AND drying time AND folding my clothes. 2 hours beats all day long of running my washer machine and dryer all day long at home and being tethered to them until it's all done. This place is super clean and there are always washers/dryers available. BOOM! read more

Pretty clean, definitely needs better A/C...it was sweltering. I liked that I could use my debit card.

Today they two stars! Today's attendant (older Hispanic lady, Sonya) is rude and awful! She swiped my card in a dryer with GUM IN IT & ran away when I showed her the GUM!!! (Like seriously- OUT THE FRONT DOOR!!!) Upon her return to the facility, she hid in the office for 45 minutes. When she finally came out, she offered zero remorse, and zero apology for her action. The other younger brunette Hispanic is kind and accommodating. She ALWAYS helps get the gum out of the dryers! The facility usually is nice & clean. The washing machines and dryers were both mostly clean and in good working order. While it is a "coin-less" facility, you have to use cash to buy a laundry card. There is an ATM to access your bank account. BUT, the attendant will not give you change for a $20. According to the signs, the attendant can buy your card back with any remaining money on it. read more

it was very toasty in there, but overall the nicest laundromat i've been to. I was impressed.

It's worth every penny to come here! They have soap and a sink for you to wash your hands, etc. and a unisex restroom. They have "large" washers and dryers!! The place looks so clean! I'm so glad we found this laundromat! They don't take coins; cash or card only to purchase a laundry card that costs 50 cents. Washers and dryers run very efficiently. Excellent business! read more

After our so called brand new Samsung top load washer went kaput after only owning it less than a year we had to venture to the laundry mat to do a weeks worth of laundry while waiting for the repair man to fix the junk washer at home. I was hesitant but amazingly surprised at this Coin-less Laundry Mat located here in Tempe at Mill Ave and Baseline Road. This place definitely reminded me to "not judge a book by its cover" cause the outside of this location doesn't look very appealing as the Plaza it sits in is not very clean on the outside. But after spending time at this location I actually didn't mind it. Staff on hand keep the washing machines, and dryers very clean and wiped down thoroughly. The garbage cans are maintained, floors are super clean as well. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. They have an ATM inside for extra convenience, vending machines with various snacks and drinks. Prices vary by the size and type of machine you use. They offer various discounts on certain days. I have included the pics of a couple of these weekly discounts. I was very satisfied with how clean my clothes came out. Overall, this location is operated very well. No complaints! Didn't experience any issues or problems. And if I have to unfortunately make another visit to a laundry mat, I think this will be the place to go for me! read more

Average laundry mat. It does not accept coins. They provide a "card" like a prepayed credit card. You can't get cash back for the remaining amount after washing. I'd rather use coins because I'm old school like that. But over all 1 out of 10. I'll give this a solid 6. It's clean but I wish ppl would watch their kids while washing.. One little boy kept fucking around with my car and the parents don't do or did anything about it. I had to tell the father to keep an eye on him because he was throwing rocks at cars.. WTF! Anyway enough with my "ranting fest". Gotta go !! read more
