Ok. So I've been looking for a Laundromat to take care of some of my special shirts I have obtained over the years through, Volunteer Work, Nike, Sports, Comic Books, Campaigns I've helped, Concert Merch and more. This is the spot right here! Ok so I came across this Laundromat and I thought I'd give it a try. I had called and asked about what I need to do and the Lucille helped me out over the phone. I had called and had to ask questions such as "what's the security of my Laundry?" And "can I leave it there? And come back in between loads" I also explained I have allergies and would like a certain detergent that I have and she said no prob! That was super important too. So I figured I'd give it a shot. I then realized that I had 30 min and needed to get there quick. So I took my Green Basket grabbed a bunch of clothes, my bed sheets, extra bed sheets and threw on my clothes and got down there. Ok I got there and went to the counter and said "Hey is Lucille here" and she said "yes that's me Nathan are you ready". That was a nice touch her saying my name. So she gave me the price per pound and I said "ok sounds cool please take care of this for me" and she promised. Not only that but man did Lucille come through. She got it done in less then an hour and a half and called me to pick it up. I could not believe the folding skills, and how well The Chandler Laundry did. It also only cost me $37!! Imagine the labor they put in. Awesome to this staff. I couldn't believe it because of all of the items I had and also I thought Lucille was the owner because of how lovely she was/professional but John is. I needed to say hi to him and thank him and his team for putting in that work. I'll be honest it's been a while having this much good work by a business but, I will be going back. I need to do my Queen comforter and they only charge between $20-25 be depending on size and everything. Lastly if you're going to complain about "old machines" they really aren't. This isn't probably the worst laundromat on the face of the planet. It just feels very dingy and deary. The people that work there were very helpful. Also this being 2021, about 80% of people were wearing masks. I didn't see any hand sanitizer stations but maybe I just missed him. But overall, it was fine. The machines worked. I had a great experience with The Chandler Laundry today. My washing machine broke down this past week and I have company arriving Sunday to stay with us, so I needed some clean clothes, towels, and bedding until my new machine arrives. I dropped off 3 big bags and was able to pick them up much earlier than I expected. The items were perfectly folded and fresh smelling. We've been doing a lot of fluff & fold because of travel to and from N Scottsdale on the regular; and psst: I don't miss doing laundry, not a bit! Everything is properly laundered, meticulously separated, folded, on hangers when appropriate, super soft, and smells amazing. They just did our winter quilt, duvet, and blankets; I swear our sheets get softer every week! The owner Casey and the young lady who does the laundering are both kind, prices are reasonable, and all work is ready when promised. The other day, Scott was picking up and Casey (who always helps him to the car with the bags) noticed all of the groceries we had collected for some organizations we volunteer with, and when Scott explained that one also distributes clothing to the homeless: he came out with two giant bags of clothing to donate! As laundromats go, this place is pretty clean. While it's small, the people we have seen here have been friendly, and the machines are all pretty efficient. Having a market a few doors down that has excellent drinks and food is a bonus. I like that there is an attendant on staff for most of the hours they are open. It could be a little cleaner, and maybe use a fresh coat of paint, but overall, it's a nice laundromat. read more

This place was really clean and the machines were easy to use. In fact, my laundry came out smelling nice (like MY laundry - not someone else's). When my washing machine broke down I needed an emergency backup. I was able to do all my laundry at once, including a huge fluffy comforter. The machines were quick and thorough. I was able to back my car in for easy loading and unloading. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be regarding other patrons playing loud offensive rap music with little kids running around out of control and screaming. read more

This used to be my favorite laundry. After my experience today, I will be looking for somewhere else to do laundry. There is no air conditioning here. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until I started my laundry. Either their rent has gone up or someone is pocketing the savings by not running the A/C. Ok- with 4 kids and 3 under 5, a husband, and extended family bumming up for a while, if I don't spend 2 hours a day doing laundry, my laundry room floor looks like every episode of hoarders. That's why when I've finally lost it and refuse to spend another sunny weekend inside washin and folding, I treat myself to wash n fold in the east valley. Usually call around and find the cheapest per LB before doing the 30 something y/o mom version of walk of shame, lugging in multiple construction sizes bags of dirty everything wearing whatever I have left in my goodwill donation bag- lol! Love going local and this place is a hop away from DT Chandler in the last to be gentrified "hood" block...I feel right at home on any hood, but hated this place a few years back when I first tried it and this is my first time back. Definitely under new management- it's been a while since I've been to this place and I knew it was new ownership as soon as I walked in. Oh my goodness if I could rave more, I would. My husband was in an accident while visiting Phoenix (we are from the LA area), and we are now here for the next 3-4 weeks as he recovers in the hospital. I brought our laundry (because we weren't planning on our "vacation" being so lengthy) to the drop-off service here at The Chandler Laundry. I was warmly greeted by Caroline upon entering. She was so bubbly and friendly, and kind. Honestly kindness is a rare find these days, but she radiates it. After introducing herself, she also told me the name of the other manager and the owner, singing their praises in turn. After explaining my situation, she told me she would finish it same day and I could pick it up in a few hours. I got a text almost exactly when she had told me to anticipate it to be ready, and not only was everything folded and stacked; but separated and smelling fabulous. Caroline even included a hand made "get well soon" card from Chandler Laundry (I mean, come in- if that doesn't speak to the level of service...). The owners have found a real star with this employee, and again, I cannot sing her praises enough. In the midst of everything my family has going on, she was a ray that took one stressor away from me, and I appreciated it. Thank you again Chandler Laundry and Sweet Caroline. read more

Three simple fixes that would make the laundromat a little better. The machines were a little dated however if they just cleaned the air vents, got the cobwebs off all the front windows, and put paper towels in the bathroom they definitely get more stars from me. Easy fixes and I was there at 7 am so no excuses. read more

I bring my big blankets here when they all need to be washed, and I don't want to do 15 loads in my washer at home. The 2 biggest washing machines work great and everything always fits in the biggest dryer. During my most recent visit, I forgot to stop and grab cash/coins. I was actually able to use my debit card in their card machine (behind the counter) and he handed me cash like a normal transaction, which then allowed me to turn around and get coins out of their 3 coin machines. So convenient and there was no fee to do so!! The owner is awesome and will help if he sees you need it or if you have a question. I will definitely be back! read more

Came in today to wash one of my queen sized comforters and was very pleased with my overall experience! I've never washed at a coin laundry before but had to since my washer and dryer at home can't evenly wash my comforter. I walked in and was immediately greeted and welcomed in by what I assume was the owner. I was so lost in which machines were which (a little embarrassing I know) and the owner came back and asked me what I needed done. I told him that I just needed to wash and dry my comforter and he then proceeded to show me which machines were which and even guided me to an open machine! So nice! Great customer service received by the lady that was there today Big machines , and overall very affordable prices.

It was pretty cool, there was an attendant around 4-6pm and he was active in helping but not overbearing at all. We got a load done in about an hour and it had a washer that fit about 3 loads worth of clothes and prices were fair. Would come here again for sure. read more
