Half of the dryers don't work and when you tell the owner or ask for your money back he tells you that you don't need to come back. The machines that don't work should have notes on them! The machines that are functional aren't drying the clothes completely even after more than one cycle. read more

Trish is one of the attendants and she is always friendly and helpful. She is great with advice and does a great job of keeping the areas very clean. What I really appreciate most about this laundromat is they have actual coin machines and I don't have to worry about using my personal bank cards! And yes, they also have change machines! I am horrible at doing laundry, so to my embarrassment, I had to ask for help and one of the associates named LEVI was extremely helpful and this is only 8 mins from the spot I am staying at. Update. We used 3 machines. One was great. One didn't start until a jug was put on the lid. The 3rd one we found out after we started it has issues. We washed a white comforter in the one machine that worked and it came out great. The new mattress pad was washed in the 3rd machine. It came out with yellow spots all over it. If we had time we could wash it again and see, but it was getting late. Tammy was very apologetic and refunded the $6.75 we paid for the wash. Now I hope no one see our stained $100 mattress pad that we just bought. Kind of a bummer. Clean and bright atmosphere! Tammy is great!! Clean, machine size options, etc. Great service when leaving the laundry for them to wash, fold and/or hang for you... excellent prices, super fast and friendly service, Chad took my order tonight and is so professional and detailed and thorough with all the instructions and taking the order, providing all the information and asking all the right questions to make sure the order would be done exactly the way that I prefer... aspects of the service that I would not have even thought about; i.e., bleach or not? Which items should go on hangers? timeline? etc. The only thing I wish they could do is offer the use of their bathroom for their customers, like they used to do in the distant past. Hanging out in a laundromat for 2 hours, listening to running water, oftentimes requires 1 bathroom break, but no, you have to leave your clothes, get in your car and head out to another public place that might have a bathroom, like the Fry's grocery store down the road, etc., kind of a hassle and not relaxing. It would improve the whole experience if they offered the restroom for customers. read more

Went today because this one is the closest to me. I will not come back. It was overcrowded I had to share a cart with a woman. (first for me) She said I could use it to bring my clothes in because there were not any left. Then she comes and asks for it back to take her clothes out. I had to keep moving to the side while I put my clothes in the washing machine so others could pass. Then the cherry on top was out of the four washing machines I used the hot nor the warm water worked to wash my clothes in. The water was ice cold only in four washing machines. The owner was there. He was collecting the coins. I asked them if they had change to break a $20 he said they did not. Then he says that the hot water was all used up from earlier in the day. I told him his water heater must be broken. He did offer to try other machines but I told him that doesn't make sense because all of the machines must only offer cold water because I had four. He checks and says yes this one is cold as well. I asked if his dryers worked, he laughed and said yes. I used the dryers and one of the dryers I had to keep putting quarters in it and my clothes were still not dried all the way. It was an all around fail today from this business. I cannot believe the disrespectful and uncaring staff. The lady wearing the mask, hat, and gloves was sitting behind the desk playing on her phone with multiple washers and dryers sitting full with the cycles complete. When I asked if she was using all the washers sitting with clothes in them she told me yes, I could use a different washer. She immediately went right back to her phone. I guess I forgot that as a laundromat, the staff has first right of use, and even when the cycle is complete they still have the right to keep it occupied. Why have a coin operated laundromat if the machines are not available for use because the staff wants to look at their personal phone instead of tending to the laundry that is sitting and waiting? If you use the fold and fluff service, be aware that your clean laundry is allowed to sit in the machine after the cycles are complete. I have used this laundromat for several months. Since my loyalty is obviously unappreciated I'll be taking my laundry, and money, elsewhere!! read more

Found this place...decided to try it out! Dave was super nice when I accidentally called his cell phone(thank you for your time sir)! Took the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns about my over sized comforter! IT FITS!!! YAY!!! Huge wash load 4.75 washes in 23 minutes! Different temperatures! Solid machines. Regular wash load 1.75 Smaller dryer load is 75 cents for 30 minutes. Large dryer loads are 25 cents every 6 minutes. Apparently they have bread and coffee in the mornings!!! The attendant Raphael has been going around cleaning the washer that have been used. The people are friendly! I've talked to practically everyone here! Right next to a German restaurant and some eatery's so you can grab a bite while you wash sold. If you like the mom and pop places with character and good energy...this is the place. read more

Great place! Waiting for our washer to arrive, I tried to wash some of my clothes in the tub. This didn't work out very well despite my quixotic effort as I sloshed my clothes around in scalding hot water. Anyway, went there on a Sunday AM and it was clean, no freaks, attendant was taking care of the place. Plenty of parking in lot. They also had a toaster with bagels and some coffee. Sure it was weak as heck, but a lot better than nothing. I thought that was a very nice touch. Prices seemed fair and everything I used worked great. What a dump! The washers are all the old ones with the pole in the middle. There are more dryers than washers and it is crowded all the time. I came in to wash some clothing donations for my company. I asked what was the manager or owner if they have any bulk washers and he didn't say a word. He glared at me and threw open a dryer door as if to say, "This is what I got." I walked out of there and went to a better laundromat down the street that has bigger washers and nicer people. read more

No offense, but there is nothing extraordinary about this place. It has many older machines, and lots of them are "out of order". Could use some updating. The attendant was very nice and helpful, and offered free fresh fruit and drinks. A nice touch. It's certainly not a bad place. I dig this little place! Coin laundry, not cards... which is really nice! They have a coin machine on site so, no worries if you forget your change. TV is on CMT playing an old Western flick... laundry and Clint on a Friday night, now that's my kind of night! Not really, but if I need to wash comforters on a Friday night, this isn't so bad at all. Plenty of small washers and 4-5 large capacity washers. $4.75 for the big ones which are perfect for those big blankets (or lots of clothes). Has a bathroom and a wash sink, soda machine, folding tables, and some chairs... standard stuff. I will definitely come back here! Great little establishment. read more
