My friend has had car troubles and needed a ride to a laundry mat. She mentioned this one as it was clean, well-maintained and was coin & card operated for convenience. I was impressed with the location while I dropped off and picked up. I like that they have parking in the back to make easier as the shopping center can get busy. This is a very nicely decorated & extremely modern laundry facility. The owner is not on site all the time, of course, but he is legitimately OCD with regard to cleanliness. You will likely have a difficult time finding another laundromat as high end and clean as this one is. It is understandable that the restrooms cannot be open to the public without attendants on property. It was explained to me that they have tried this before but have experienced challenges with the homeless in there, soap and paper towel theft and vandalism. I love the carts, they roll smoothly. The wall paint gives the place more of a feel good vibe. If there are any issues, the owner is extremely responsive. Highly recommend. read more

Customers are friendly Next door to Dollar Store open until 10pm Dryers are 1.00 for the 30lb dryer it last 28 minutes for an additional .25 you can add 8 minutes. Larger dryers are slightly less time. All dryers give you choice of temperature. Folding tables available. Not a large place Nothing fancy. It works no hassle! read more

I went early in the morning and things that started off great. Some of their machines have tap to pay which charges you just for the individual load and doesn't put a hold on your credit card but dryers only allow you to swipe a credit card that does put an unnecessarily large hold on your card, or you can pay with quarters. Consistency would be great, I started three loads of laundry and went to sit out in my car when I came back in to transfer them to the dryer everything had changed. A homeless person had made themselves at home in the lobby area and it smelled so bad of urine that I actually folded my clothes after they came out of the dryer in my car. Bottom line; somebody needs to man your phones and somebody needs to be available to take care of problems like this. read more

Staying in the area for a month in a place without washer & dryer. Had tried another place in Mesa, but it was old, run down, and dirty, Found this place & was pleasantly surprised to find it cheaper per load, even though they have newer equipment. Noticed the chairs are screwed to the floor. Don't know if that is to prevent theft or to prevent customers from using as a weapon? lol read more

It's a laundromat. You're not going to mistake it for Chuck E. Cheese. As far as laundromats go, it's not bad. Definitely in the top 10-20%. This place seems to have invested heavily in large volume high efficiency front-load washers, which are rated by amount of laundry it can wash in one load, measured in pounds. Be sure to throttle back your detergent use in these machines as they don't push much water through 'em. If you clothes are coming out feeling slightly slimy or slick feeling - you might be going overkill on the soap. Less is more with HE machines. The smallest of these washers is $4.25/Load & will do ~40Lbs, the largest 80LBs and around $8 [Not 100% on cost of this one but that's close]. That's a lot of laundry, to be sure. There aren't many old style top load single load type washers, and the few they have will probably not be available - either out of order or in use by another patron - so either wait until you have more than 1 load of laundry to do, or be prepared to wait for a top loader. This place can fill up, so plan to arrive before ~3:30pm or after ~8:30pm. If you're quick at folding/slinging hangers, you can easily be out in an hour. There's more parking in the back, but if any significant percentage of cars parked out front are for people in the laundromat, just come back 20-30 minutes later. As quickly as people can get in & out, there's not much reason to cram in like sardines & sit idle waiting for a machines. Slow walk across the street to Walmart, get a soda, then come back - you'll probably be good to go by then. Around half of the dryers are free to use. If the place is not crowded you can really make great time occupying as many dryers as possible to speed up the dry time. Obviously you aren't going to want to try this if there's even a moderate crowd. I haven't seen too many employees, but admittedly I wasn't really looking. That's a good thing. I haven't had any issues with change machine giving too few quarters or the machines stealing quarters or breaking down. It'll probably happen on a long enough timeline, but I've been going there for months and zero problems. That's a pretty phenomenal track record in my experience. read more

was overall ok. washers were really large. the girl working on 12/5/24 @ 4:02 pm was the problem. she was loud, obnoxious and joking about how her drugs were at home with the plumbers fixing the bathroom. I'm glad my child was not with me and I do not recommend due to the awful scary people they employ there. read more

Really disappointing that there is no staff on hand to help the disabled. There is zero access to restrooms for paying customers. The floor looks like is hasn't been swept nor mopped in a month. read more

I don'usually go to a laundromat because I am able to wash at home. I wanted to wash my comforter which is very bulky. I was pleasantly surprised with this business. very clean and many washers of different sizes. wasn't too busy. additional parking around the back. while you do your laundry you can visit the thrift store or the 99cent store!! read more

We weren't able to get here until 10:55 pm on a Thursday night. There were 2 staff working. One was making repairs on a couple of machines that had out-of-order signs on them. Nice to see they take care of their machines do promptly. The signs were dated earlier in the day. The other staff member was diligently cleaning washers and dryers. She was doing a very nice job. Between emptying lint from the dryers, wiping them and the washers down with a clean rag and then making sure the windows on both machines was clean. What more could anyone ask for. Both were very personable and answered all questions we had. We were just finishing about 12:15 and they were putting together their floor cleaner which looked as though someone had cleaned it earlier. Nice to see someone using clean equipment instead of a filthy mop. Speed Queen washers and dryers throughout. Great establishment with super employees. As we left I complimented them on being a nice clean place and they both replied THANK YOU! Come back and see us next time. We will for sure! read more

The laundry place strikes again. More machines broke and I put $5 in the coin machine and only got $2.75 back.

Pretty clean and convenient laundry mat that is up to date with the machines and TVs to watch while you wait . Machines are able to accept your credit card for payment, however not sure why they put a $15 hold on it for using a machine that costs $6 to use ?! They tell you when you call on the answering machine that's it is being held for 2 days and let it will be refunded but there is absolutely no good reason for that period.That's like going to a restaurant and being charged twice what the meal costs .. read more

We traveled 18+ miles to try this laundromat. It's super clean with newer machines. Numerous tables to fold. Even has electric entry doors so you don't have to struggle opening doors with loads of laundry in your arms. Several spotless bathrooms for customer use. Easy parking front & rear. Manager Shieree was awesome greeting all customers with a smile. Wonderful experience. Will definitely be back. read more

This place is pretty clean, but I'll be lucky to get out of here without my freshly-laundered clothes smelling like cigarettes, which is enraging. I can't tell where the smoke is coming from but it smells from the front door clear back to the back door. A star was added because they have rear parking which was great for our RV. read more
