We discovered this laundromat by chance when our washer was out of service for an extended period due to delays with our home warranty. This location had recently opened, and I must say--it left a great impression. All the washers and dryers are brand new and available in various sizes to meet different needs. The facility is kept clean, and there's always someone on-site who's friendly and helpful when assistance is needed.I see Mercedes often and she's always very friendly and helpful. Another very useful item is the automatic doors that are tremendously helpful when you have full hands or a cart full of laundry! A major plus is that the machines don't require quarters--you can fund them through a convenient app that also notifies you when your cycle is complete. It's user-friendly and incredibly useful. There are a couple of areas for improvement. First, I never received the promotional credit they offered after loading and using funds on the app, even after a second attempt. Second, the dryer lint filters could be cleaned more frequently, or perhaps customers could be allowed to clean them between uses. That said, this is the best laundromat I've ever used. I looked up options to wash a duvet cover and found this gem of a business! It's clean and brightly painted. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They ask a lot of questions to ensure they properly care for your items and return them in great condition considering all your preferences. I also like that they provide updates via text. Pricing is very reasonable, as well. The items were cleaned and ready the same day. My parents took an area rug in and had a great experience, too. Nice machines. They clean well. The apace is bright and clean. The machines also have qt cores so you can pat by app and not have to get a million quarters. They have detergent in machine and you can pat with applepay. I highly recommend. They also have wash and fold service for good prices. I will return until I am caught up on laundry. We haven't had a washer and dryer for several weeks and the laundry was piling up. Was a little nervous to go to a laundromat as we've both had some less than ideal experiences in the past. We went today and the lady that was working was so nice and helpful. The space was pretty clean. Overall that experience was nothing like we'd been dreading and I would def go back to get large amounts of laundry done in the future. Thank you Cierra Circumstates caused me to look for a laundromat. I did my research and found LaundroLab at 355 N. Gilbert Rd, Mesa. I walked in without my laundry and found the place to be exactly as they advertised. Clean and with New washers and dryers. I then spoke to a young girl by the name of Cierra, she was wonderful, walked me through the workings of the machines, coin machine. Had 4 loads and done within 1 hour. The washers and dryers come in different sizes and are high tech and super clean. You get an app on your phone and load your money. I was hesitant at first because some other nearby laundromats had bad reviews and looked either dirty inside or had shady people hanging around the building, but LaudroLab was really clean and it always felt safe. Even the restroom was very clean, which is so rare at laundromats. An employee named Nayelli was super friendly and welcoming. During our time there, she was constantly walking around to see if anyone needed help and cleaning each piece of equipment. Went to the new one in Mesa (Main St) today to wash an oversized bed quilt. I was impressed with the cleanliness, the nice machines and the friendliness of the staff. My quilt was washed in 25 minutes and dry in 20, even on low heat but in a large capacity washer and dryer. What a great find! read more

Our park had closed both of its laundries for remodeling & I was looking for someplace to wash clothes. I'd passed this place while driving on Gilbert Rd, so decided to visit. What a nice laundry!! Very clean, friendly staff. Tony walked me through the process of uploading the app, loading my cc & paying on the washers/dryers via the app. If you don't want to use the app, the machines also accept quarters vs tokens! Washers time by weight & you can do a quick wash, which is the trick to getting a higher water level for sheets & larger items, also at a cheaper price. All sizes of washers & dryers, depending on load size. The dryers are large, sized by how heavy the load. The whole laundry process was fast: 20 mins for wash, 15-25 for dry. Cost was under $15 for 3 loads, sheets, towels & clothes. See you next week! read more

I have been coming here shortly after they opened and really liked the cleanliness, BUT today I thought one of the washers was empty. When the load was done washing I emptied it and found 4 baby clothes and a baby blanket. I told the supervisor and he said I was the first person to wash today. Very helpful and attentive staff. You can pay with quarters or use an app. Bathrooms were clean!
