I'm new to Arizona and was looking for a laundromat nearby. This happened to be the third place I found that felt safe and comfortable to go to over the previous two. Upon my first visit, here's my observations: 1. The laundromat is small but comfortable enough to get whatever washing you need done. 2. They have commercial machines available, some UV light washing machines and all machines take debit/credit card, which is useful. 3. It's good that this place has a restroom but here's the bad--it's run down, has no lock on the door for guests when in use, no toilet seat tissue covers, the toilet may clog up even with minimal use, there's water stains and mold buildup on the ceilings all of which are aesthetically unpleasant. Would I come here again? Sure. My needs are pretty basic so I won't dismiss this laundromat but maybe some improvement can be made to the restroom as this is important. It's neutrally accommodating. read more

I haven't been to a laundry mat ever, and this was like you see in the movies! I bought a huge furry comforter that wouldn't fit in my washer and dryer at home, so I drove down the street to this place. I can't comment on price since I've never done other items here, but they use quarters and have a coin machine if you need some. The woman here was really nice and helped guide me to the best machines to fit my comforter. The inside was a little rundown, but I guess that's expected given the woman working here said they are the only laundry mat in Gilbert for like 20 years or something to that. But the dryer I used was huge and could probably fit a whole closet of laundry in one session! Would come back here for sure. read more

Machines work well but if a credit card is used they charge extra .50 cents AND if you put quarters in (slow process, multiple inserts before coin is accepted) then decide to use quarters you will be charged full price without any of the quarters you already put in being credited for. read more

I am happy I found this laundromat since doing laundry at my community laundry facility has been a huge source of stress and frustration for me. It's a small laundromat and outdated in someways but better than my alternative. There are different size washers and dryers so you should be able to find something that fits your needs. They use quarters only and since I dont carry cash I had to pay the $2 fee for debit to get coins. Oh well no biggie. They have a change machine so you can put bills in and get quarters back. There is beverage and snack vending machines available. They have wash n fold service as well as offer the wash and fold service for MANY items like comforters, rugs, boat cover, etc. Brenda was the employee working when I was in there and she was helpful, kind and hard at work doing the wash n fold service for customers. It was nice that there was someone on-site to help with questions since this was only the second time I've ever been to a laundromat so I was kind of like a lost puppy. I went here on a Thursday afternoon at 3:30pm. The timer on the washing machine was 25 minutes, so I left to grab a bite to eat. When I returned the load had stopped , but my dog bedding was not in the washer. I told the laundry attendant who was very nice. I'm just shocked that someone will take someone's belongings (dog bed) Especially in mid daytime. So FYI don't leave your laundry unattended. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. The place is dirty. The washing machines cost $5. There is no countdown on the washer. I set an alarm to get my laundry out an hour later. Once I returned I saw my laundry had been thrown in a dirty bin. A staff member had rudely informed me that the laundry only takes 30 mins and they needed my machine to do peoples laundry. I looked around and saw most washing machines empty. When asked for a refund because I felt the need to wash my laundry again elsewhere. They then had told me no they won't argue with us and they have the right to remove any lines laundry at anytime. read more

Laundromat was clean and majority of the machines were working. Washed a large rug in the largest washer and then dried it. Total cost was $9.50. I'll go back next time my rug is dirty. read more

My friend and I needed to wash our comforters so we decided to stop at this place we happened to be passing by. Not disappointed, it appears to be a small business and I'm so glad we came here rather than supporting a franchise (we were going to go to the coin less laundromat). The receptionist? Was really helpful lol as silly as that sounds. First of all I never see any attendants at laundromats so it was nice to see a friendly face. It is a small place that also offers other dry cleaning services. I highly recommend this place. The prices were $1.75 for a single top load and $3.00 for the two loader which is about the normal rate. read more

Now I normally come here to wash my items. But today the lady that works there was very rude to me. She was using all the baskets for big companies and there was 1 basket left for me to use to wash & hang on to it after I dry my clothes. She told me after I put my clothes in the dryer to leave the basket for any customer's that walk in after, so they can use that one basket. And to take my items out of the basket. Well she forgot I'm a paying customer. So I walked around and found a second basket. She then tells me oh I didn't know it was another there. So you can use that other basket. That was very rude and I won't be back. Letting everyone know how rude she was to me as a paying customer. read more

Came here to wash a queen comforter. Have not been to a laundromat since 1989! The woman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. She let me know which machine would have capacity for my comforter. She didn't make me feel stupid. I would recommend this place. It's old but seemed clean. They do have a change machine but make certain you have bills. They will provide cash through debit but there is a $2 fee. read more

The employee at the laundromat had a very nasty attitude. I don't know if I offended her with a question I asked, but her comeback was nasty and degrading. No adult should ever talk to another adult in that manner. Outside of this employee I have never had any problems here. read more

Clean spot, a double washer was 2.75. One of the machines ate my quarter and the dryer wasn't very hot but the manager added a couple quarters to make up for it, so my things would dry. It was nice to have a manager on site. They had a machine to get quarters and soap was only a dollar. Clean bathroom and easy parking, although Saturday mid-morning was getting slightly crowded... It's in a shopping center where there's a 7-11, so it's helpful to go get a cup of coffee or have a place to buy something while you're waiting. read more

I had about six loads of wash to do because my washer at home broke down in Queen Creek. This was the closest location to me. I can't tell you how impressed I was with not only the cleanliness of the facility, but also the kindness of the owner. He is such a nice human being! They give you change in rolls of quarters. And the owner was so nice to say that he would buy back the quarters if I had too much at the end. The place also had a working Wi-Fi and a real air conditioner, not a swamp cooler! Lots of carts to load your clothes and tables to fold them. The machines are well-maintained. read more

I been coming to this place ever since I move to Mesa around July 2023. i don't know the lady's names that work there but this kinda old lady very sweet and nice I think she works on Monday-Thursday. every time I come she is so nice I never had an issue before. but this other lady that works there I think on the weekend again I don't know their names but she kinda a big girl. she is very rude to customers, I hate when I do go on the weekend and she is there. I don't feel comfortable washing , I feel like I'm in a rush to wash my clothes, she is very rude , I ask her if I can get a $5 bill cause I had a $10 and she just looks at me mean .. like if she is having a bad day. doesn't say anything and gives me my 5$ . doesn't say good morning, she picks and chooses who she's nice to. I have been there sitting waiting on my clothes and I have seen how she talks to people. Terrible experience at this laundromat. The employee or owner woman was rude and stopped what she was doing to look over our shoulders, watch us load machines, and then proceeded to be bossy and short with how we we loading her machines, where we were putting our bags of laundry, what machines to use, etc. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience for my husband and I, and we sat in our car to avoid her. Rules are fine, but how she treats customers and how she expresses the rules needs a serious adjustment. We felt so awkward and unwelcome when she just kept yelling at us and watching us. read more

The location was clean and well-maintained - it is rare that I get all of my laundry done from start to finish in a single day, but not having access to laundry machines for the past few weeks meant it was time to take it to a laundromat and clean it all. Washing machine is down so it's time to refresh the army laundry shop skills. I have used this location a couple times in the past while living in the area and of course I forgot about it until the need arose. My cousin used to live in the apartments behind the shop so I got to hang out here just for fun. It's a laundry mat, pretty clean and friendly environment. What else can you ask for.... there's snacks, drinks, change dispenser, ice cream, free Wi-Fi and washer and dryer's. I guess it just needs an ATM. May be a stripper pole... The lady and gentleman that work here are extremely pleasant and helpful. If it wasn't for you helping five star ratings I would've forgotten about this place. I went to wash clothes today an instantly wished I chose another laundromat. My own has Been broken for a month. I walked in an wasn't greeted with "Good morning " but with "wow have you ever washed before?! By the female attendant I'm assuming she was talking about the amount of clothes I was bringing in. I didn't acknowledge her just began to put my clothes in the washers. I ran out of quarters just need 7 more dollars in quarters to finish. I didn't want $20 worth of quarters so I ask the lady for change she held the twenty to sky , then told she wasn't able to give me change because she doesn't have "the Marker". Reluctantly I drove to the 7/11 and got changed because I'm basically almost done washing. Start my last washer. An began to put the other clothes in the dryer. She comes says I broke the the dry on the end. This was my first time ever here. An I just began loading the dry. I was confused an annoyed, I asked what are you talking about. She says "I hate people like you". I will never be back read more

I used the wash and fold service which I have always found to be convenient, if a bit pricey. It is $1.50/lb here which is fairly reasonable. I dropped off 25 lbs of laundry in the morning, and was told it would more than likely be ready the next day (and they would text me when complete). I get a text 7 hours later that they have completed my laundry. I drive over there and pick up my laundry. I had specified to have my work clothes hung up, and they did hang the shirts up. The pants were folded, not a huge deal, but not what I asked for either. As I was putting everything away, I started to notice that some items were missing. I texted the number from earlier and didn't get a prompt response so I called. The person on the phone was able to find the missing items and I immediately headed back in. Unfortunately, I am 25 minutes each way from this location and only came here based on the reviews. When I finally got back there, there was 2 bags of laundry that they had mixed together. I was told that they "had a stressful day", and had to go through the laundry to pick out which items were mine and which were the other persons. I have used a wash and fold service around the country for years during my business travel, and this was truly a first! I was offered a free load (not sure what that would entail) if I came back, but given my experience I don't think this is likely... TLDR version, quick convenient wash and fold service, just make sure everything is there when you pick up. read more
