Upon my first visit, here's my observations: 1. The laundromat is small but comfortable enough to get whatever washing you need done. 2. They have commercial machines available, some UV light washing machines and all machines take debit/credit card, which is useful. 3. It's good that this place has a restroom but here's the bad--it's run down, has no lock on the door for guests when in use, no toilet seat tissue covers, the toilet may clog up even with minimal use, there's water stains and mold buildup on the ceilings all of which are aesthetically unpleasant. Would I come here again? Sure. My needs are pretty basic so I won't dismiss this laundromat but maybe some improvement can be made to the restroom as this is important. It's neutrally accommodating.

You can buy mini bottles of downy, tide and dryer sheets for $3 each. They also have a machine to change your bills for quarters. I had a king size bed set I needed to wash and their large washer for 6 loads did the job, this washer cost $5.75 a load. Others went as low as $2.75 for smaller loads. The dryers were .25¢ but I was confused because one machine gave be 28 minutes for one quarter while another other gave me only 5 minutes. I did drop the review a star because after 2 dry cycles my blankets were still slightly wet and I had to get to work couldn't stay any longer.

I walked in without my laundry and found the place to be exactly as they advertised. Clean and with New washers and dryers. I then spoke to a young girl by the name of Cierra, she was wonderful, walked me through the workings of the machines, coin machine. Had 4 loads and done within 1 hour. But my light items are just getting worse looking. I never noticed this issue the 6 months I used the previous service who stopped pickup/deliver service and transferred my service to Glide. But Glide has ruined all my light colored items that started bright clean looking and now are dull, dingy, texture rough. They did literally ruin 3 pink tops as I think they put with darks and something dark bled on them. They did reimburse me but not the point. I continue to find all my light colored tops worse and pillow covers are dingy even dirty looking. I don't have alot of lighter stuff being sent in so maybe they are washing them with darks??? My years of doing my own laundry I never seen anything like it! My 1 new white cami never washed before came back dingy and gray looking. The pink pillow covers I kept sending are starting to look so really bad now (note: I alternate sending these pink pillow cases, that is why the one looks dingier in the picture (google review) than the other at this point). I will no longer send light colored items and if I do accidentally it is on me at this point. I am not sure if they are being washed with dark clothes, or the machine walls aren't being cleaned regularly or maybe both. I absolutely love this service except for what it is doing to my items. The gal who does pickup/delivery is great. The folding still has no rhyme or rhythm (basically you can tell when 2 different people are folding opposed to 1 person) but the smoothing has gotten better. The clothes smell better after changing fabric softners, just don't expect fluffy ever again as I found with one of my fluffy couch blankets. But I know that my dark items are only surviving this because they are dark. My old launderer did a one yr deal with Glide on price. In August it goes up quite a bit per pound. I am not sure it will still be worth staying or looking elsewhere. We will see. I don't think people see the true issue unless you use repeatedly as I do. I hope the company will step up and fix the issue so I can give more stars and continue long term servicing.

I was checked in by a very friendly gentleman today (1/28) who explained the process to me and advised I would receive a txt when my order was ready. I put $20 on the card and did 3 30lb washes for $4.69 each and 1 55lb dry for a buck and change. Yes I lost a little bit on the card but I paid it forward by gifting it to another patron who was very grateful for it. If we lived in the area, I'd totally keep the card topped off and use their facilities. Love doing three full loads in less than an hour! Totally worth it!
