I had to do my laundry here for two weeks when our machine broke. My kids thought it was the best time of their lives. Spotless facility and great machines. They have vending machines and tvs too. read more

Melissa saved me $50 plus! I forgot my card on top of the machine and walked away. She asked me if it were mine. WOW!! These people are honest, kind, they keep it clean & it's just a great quality place to go do your laundry. I'm so happy I was referred to this place! If you want to go to a clean honest place to get your laundry done, this is it!! Thank you for being a positive in my life! read more

Eloisa Garcia was attending the laundry mat when I went and she is the nicest woman in Mesa Arizona. She helped me get all of my laundry in and out of the washer as well as the dryer. Even loaded my card for me. This laundry mat is very clean and that good hometown laundry mat experience. I have a washer and dryer at home but I will go back to this Wavemax to wash my work clothes every single time. read more

Fantastic place to do laundry and reasonably priced. Employees were all great and very helpful and run this place very efficiently. The only downside was a woman walking around with rollers in her hair who was too interested in everyone else's laundry so make sure you keep an eye out and think twice about leaving anything unattended because she was being pretty blatant about it. read more

These washing machines are the best washing machines I have ever used. They are large and for the price extremely reasonable. The establishment is clean and there is a woman that is very helpful in answering questions or assisting. The bathrooms are clean. It is in a good neighborhood. And you can get your oil changed next-door. If you wanna just take the time and get that done while you get your clothes washed. read more

We love coming here to get our laundry clean!! We are *snow birds*, and this is the next best thing to the convenience of home! Melissa & Antoinette are 2 wonderful people that are attendants here. The facility is spotless, as are the machines. I HIGHLY recommend Wavemax for all your washing needs. If you don't have time to do it yourself - drop off service is available. read more

I drop off my laundry. Staff are friendly and efficient, friendly. Next day service is so convenient. Clothes are fresh and ready to wear. For efficiency and freedom from time consuming laundry chores, I highly recommend. Also at 70 years, it's time to take the lifting and strain off my back. Thank you so much. read more

There is one older woman there who is very hostile there she needs to be reprimanded go there a lot but she always seems to give me an attitude Today i arrived before last wash and she stopped me from doing a load i told her I arrived before posted time and when i tried to load my wash she said she would kill power to my load even thou my load would of only taken 16 min to wash and 33 min to dry i know this cause it takes 1 and a half cycles of the dryer and each drying session is 22 min she even had one side of the doors locked none of the other employees ever lock doors nor ever stop me from washing before posted last load wash this happend 4.10.24 read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for over three years, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The place is always clean, which makes doing laundry a much more pleasant experience. There are plenty of machines available, so I rarely have to wait (unless it's the weekend lol) also love the convenience of using a card that you load with money to operate the washers and dryers. It makes the whole process so much easier. They also have bottled water, and laundry supplies like laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets available from vending machines if needed for purchase. Highly recommend this place! read more

A very nice and clean place. With a great staff. And new machines. We highly recommend it!

I love it here I love the surrounding stores. You can find me here every other week taking care of business read more

They were very clean and all the machines worked when I was there. I did 5 loads including a comforter and it came to about $37. Thats a bit but the HUGE comforter was nearly a third of that. I'm not sure what laundry mats normally run as I have my own (when they're hooked up), but I think a little over $20 a week isn't too bad. I did like the fact they had many different size machines. I'd bet the large one would do everything if one doesn't want to sort. One thing I didn't like is every dry had to be run again. It should have a better or longer time control. read more

I came here several times and I loved but I just went today and this lady name MESLISSA ruined the reputation of this store. I had my child with me and she literally told me to control my 2 year old daughter. Like woman who tf do you think you are she's only 2. She's a child! But overall I that lady ruined it with her sassy attitude! read more

The worst experience that I have had in any laundrymat. My clothes came out stinking after I added 2 boxes of Tide and paid approx. $8.50 per load. The employee's there are no help. You have to buy a card to use on everything. You can't get your money back off the card...your just stuck with a card with money on it. The WORST place to go to do laundry! read more

I've been coming for a couple of weeks and was happy until today. ALL my work uniforms are now coated in lint!! I spend extra money to wash my clothes separately as not to have this happen. Not sure if the dryer vents are full or what happened. I will try to lint roll them ( 7 sets) and fingers crossed it comes off. If not, I will have to miss a day of work and buy new ones. Not happy! read more

I received awesome service during my first visit by Attendant Antoinette was extremely helpful! She opened the door (I'm handicapped) and asked if I needed any help. I was unsure what I needed to wash because I had just a pillow. I haven't been to this laundromat before but enjoyed my visit and It even had air conditioning! I would recommend the laundromat, it's very clean and has nice seating, good prices and more. read more

Washing machine broke so I used them for Wash and Fold service! It was the best money I spent all week. Kinda wish we were not getting a new washer so we could use them alll the time. read more

This place is really clean, you load money onto a card so no need to mess around with coins. There's both a credit card and cash option to load your card with. The lady that was working tonight 10/17 has been really helpful and nice! I finished two loads of laundry in under an hour. Definitely going to be back! read more

Warning! My family used this laundry mat a few times and twice had clothes stolen. Not a good feeling. The first time I let it go and I wish I hadn't. The second time I didn't. 2 of my dryers were still going and the other one had someone else's clothes in it. (I was next door waiting by the way.) The lady working said the manager couldn't look at video because "the game was on" but said the manager would look and call me and seemed sympathetic, though made racial comments that I didn't care for at all. By the way that phone call never happened either. While I didn't expect a thief to return my clothes, I expected for them to actually care. This is my neighborhood laundry mat but I wouldn't bring my clothes back here for anything. I prefer to keep them. Thanks for nothing Wave Max. read more

The place is clean and the people that work there are nice and keep everything working. I didn't see anything broken or damaged. I highly recommend this laundromat. read more

Crazy clean facility. Located near a lot of amenities. Cost me about $12 to do a king size comforter. Very friendly staff.

This place is pretty decent. You load money onto a card and then pay for the washer and dryer with that card. You can use cash or credit/debit to load it. The staff are pretty nice and the place is normally pretty clean. They have a couple vending machines and a bathroom as well! Sometimes they have the tvs on. Would be nice if there was more seating but overall a decent place! The price of the washers are kinda high - about $8 for a large load read more

I like this place as it is clean, maintained, and modern. The machines are pretty new and use like a loyalty card to pay for washes and dryers. I will say that none of the electrical outlets work and it would be a nice if they did since I'm here for at least an hour. read more

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is becsuse it is a little pricey. But they also have multiple sized machines so if u need to do jobs or wash delicates separate then you are all set! The pricing will vary by the size of machine you choose. You do need to buy one of their 'credit' cards but they take credit cards, atm, or cash. The staff is efficient and helpful and the whole facility is clean and in good working order! read more

Staff was helpful and kind. Super clean and smelled nice! Light and airy interior made it not feel dingy like other laundry mats! Highly recommend read more

I guess it's my fault for not checking to see how they work ... but still I was very irritated... I had to pay for the card and the dryer cost 2 then your left over with a card and a dollar ... the doors lock once in motion so you can't take anything out to fold and check to see if they're drying properly... I will not be coming back... I will say it's very clean!! read more

Hands down the best service on site and very fast, easy, convenient washer and dryers with reasonable prices I was dreading I'd be here all day and a couple hours later all washed and dried. The woman who works here unfortunately did not catch her name was seriously an angel so helpful and polite and made my first experience a million times better , Highly recommend.. read more

Very clean laundry mat, the ladies working here are always cleaning and on top of everything.

This laundromat is new, very clean, very spacious and the staff was very helpful every step of the way from the moment we walked inside. She helped with the prepaid card machine (no coin machine) and helped us figure out which machines should we use for the amount of loads we had to wash. The dryers are 20 minutes with two sizes. While we were waiting for our clothes to finish washing and drying, the staff was cleaning the machines if she wasn't helping a customer. I like how they had many seating and bench areas. They even have outlets on the high counters and tall bar height chairs. There is a snack and detergent vending machines (also a Fryes in the same plaza if you forget your detergent at home like I did). read more

This was my first time in a laundromat in years and nothing like laundromats I used in the past. This place is dare I say it almost swaggy?!? It's brand new, the machines are all new and high tech. The employees are SO nice and helpful. They are also constantly cleaning and helping the customers. You get a card and load money on it. Then you place that card in a slot on the machine you want to use and voila! Who needs to scramble for quarters?!? The machine sends you a text when it is done too. Finally, a weird perk but great vending machines for snacks and soap with good prices! read more

Very clean and everything in great working condition! Would highly recommend to anyone needing to use a laundry mat.

The employees are very nice and helpful. I finished washing all my clothes in under an hour

Very impressed in this laundromat my dryer went out and I needed to wash all my blankets and they were fast to help me unload!

Waaaayyyy over priced ripoff. Washing machine is $7.99 alone. They also try to steal your money with this stupid card system they have. You can't use your credit card or coins on the machine. Purchase their plastic card for a cost, can only load it in increments that won't match the machines. I asked if I can go to the desk after I'm finished and get the remaining balance back from my card. Their answer is no. They hope you overpay even more in losing your card or just don't come back and they keep your money or get you in the same scam next time. You will never get all your money used because you will always have a remaining balance. Don't go here and support their overpriced and ripoff policy. read more

I live really close to this place and the owner replies quite quickly on Yelp! I had my queen comforter washed by them and it was nicely done. I will definitely be going back for future services. read more

Website says last load 30 minutes before they close I got here at 8:50 and was told it was to late to start laundry hmmm crazy if they don't close till 10 but I got turned away before 9 read more

Washing machines are good & nice. Area is clean & well kept but the service depending on who is working is horrible! I was informed last load is at 9 pm & was informed by an employee when it was only 8:30that I can't do laundry. Informed staff member that I still had time but she then refused & argued with me & I continued to do my load. She then began to tell me I will not be drying my clothes there as well & that they are closed & I needed to leave. I was very upset with this because I've come here before many times & this seems to be an issue about them rushing people out even before they're closed. When they first open place was amazing staff was so nice & friendly & helped! Now it's never just less stressful when you're having someone rushing you when you still have time. Overall I love the dryers & washers but just wish they would follow through with the hours on their door! read more

Affordable, bigger washers and dryers! Employees on hand in case of anything you need.

My 24 year old son is attempting independent living and well, let's just say his idea of clean and mine are two complete different versions. I swear his room smells like a locker room after a hockey tournament. It was horrific!!! I'd spend hours washing everything. I just couldn't do it anymore. So I went looking for a wash and fold that would be willing/able to wash everything and not cost an entire paycheck. I called around a few places and Wavemax was the only place that didn't seem fazed about the idea of us bringing in his entire wardrobe and bedding. We bagged up 6 garbage bags full of clothes, towels, bedding, even his mattress protector and dropped it off. The very next day, we picked up piles of clean, nicely folded clothes. She even used in scented soap like we asked (my son is high functioning autism and scents bother him). It was such a relief to be able to spend time with him without spending the whole visiting washing clothes. We've used them twice now and it's been the same each time - quick, clean and reasonably priced. Well worth the extra time with my son and my sanity. Their facility is clean, lots of washer/dryers to do your own and the counter folks are so nice. Thanks you guys from one exhausted momma! read more
