The only downside was a woman walking around with rollers in her hair who was too interested in everyone else's laundry so make sure you keep an eye out and think twice about leaving anything unattended because she was being pretty blatant about it. read more

These washing machines are the best washing machines I have ever used. They are large and for the price extremely reasonable. The establishment is clean and there is a woman that is very helpful in answering questions or assisting. The bathrooms are clean. It is in a good neighborhood. I've been coming to this laundromat for over three years, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The place is always clean, which makes doing laundry a much more pleasant experience. There are plenty of machines available, so I rarely have to wait (unless it's the weekend lol) also love the convenience of using a card that you load with money to operate the washers and dryers. It makes the whole process so much easier. They also have bottled water, and laundry supplies like laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets available from vending machines if needed for purchase. There is one older woman there who is very hostile there she needs to be reprimanded go there a lot but she always seems to give me an attitude Today i arrived before last wash and she stopped me from doing a load i told her I arrived before posted time and when i tried to load my wash she said she would kill power to my load even thou my load would of only taken 16 min to wash and 33 min to dry i know this cause it takes 1 and a half cycles of the dryer and each drying session is 22 min she even had one side of the doors locked none of the other employees ever lock doors nor ever stop me from washing before posted last load wash this happend 4.10.24 read more

The worst experience that I have had in any laundrymat. My clothes came out stinking after I added 2 boxes of Tide and paid approx. $8.50 per load. The employee's there are no help. You have to buy a card to use on everything. You can't get your money back off the card...your just stuck with a card with money on it. The WORST place to go to do laundry! read more

I've been coming for a couple of weeks and was happy until today. ALL my work uniforms are now coated in lint!! I spend extra money to wash my clothes separately as not to have this happen. Not sure if the dryer vents are full or what happened. I will try to lint roll them ( 7 sets) and fingers crossed it comes off. If not, I will have to miss a day of work and buy new ones. Warning! My family used this laundry mat a few times and twice had clothes stolen. Not a good feeling. The first time I let it go and I wish I hadn't. The second time I didn't. 2 of my dryers were still going and the other one had someone else's clothes in it. (I was next door waiting by the way.) The lady working said the manager couldn't look at video because "the game was on" but said the manager would look and call me and seemed sympathetic, though made racial comments that I didn't care for at all. By the way that phone call never happened either. While I didn't expect a thief to return my clothes, I expected for them to actually care. They were very clean and all the machines worked when I was there. I did 5 loads including a comforter and it came to about $37. Thats a bit but the HUGE comforter was nearly a third of that. I'm not sure what laundry mats normally run as I have my own (when they're hooked up), but I think a little over $20 a week isn't too bad. I did like the fact they had many different size machines. I'd bet the large one would do everything if one doesn't want to sort. One thing I didn't like is every dry had to be run again. It should have a better or longer time control. read more

I received awesome service during my first visit by Attendant Antoinette was extremely helpful! She opened the door (I'm handicapped) and asked if I needed any help. I was unsure what I needed to wash because I had just a pillow. I haven't been to this laundromat before but enjoyed my visit and It even had air conditioning! This place is pretty decent. You load money onto a card and then pay for the washer and dryer with that card. You can use cash or credit/debit to load it. The staff are pretty nice and the place is normally pretty clean. They have a couple vending machines and a bathroom as well! Sometimes they have the tvs on. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is becsuse it is a little pricey. But they also have multiple sized machines so if u need to do jobs or wash delicates separate then you are all set! The pricing will vary by the size of machine you choose. You do need to buy one of their 'credit' cards but they take credit cards, atm, or cash. I had to pay for the card and the dryer cost 2 then your left over with a card and a dollar ... the doors lock once in motion so you can't take anything out to fold and check to see if they're drying properly... This laundromat is new, very clean, very spacious and the staff was very helpful every step of the way from the moment we walked inside. She helped with the prepaid card machine (no coin machine) and helped us figure out which machines should we use for the amount of loads we had to wash. The dryers are 20 minutes with two sizes. While we were waiting for our clothes to finish washing and drying, the staff was cleaning the machines if she wasn't helping a customer. I like how they had many seating and bench areas. They even have outlets on the high counters and tall bar height chairs. There is a snack and detergent vending machines (also a Fryes in the same plaza if you forget your detergent at home like I did). read more

This was my first time in a laundromat in years and nothing like laundromats I used in the past. This place is dare I say it almost swaggy?!? It's brand new, the machines are all new and high tech. The employees are SO nice and helpful. They are also constantly cleaning and helping the customers. You get a card and load money on it. Then you place that card in a slot on the machine you want to use and voila! Who needs to scramble for quarters?!? The machine sends you a text when it is done too. Waaaayyyy over priced ripoff. Washing machine is $7.99 alone. They also try to steal your money with this stupid card system they have. You can't use your credit card or coins on the machine. Purchase their plastic card for a cost, can only load it in increments that won't match the machines. I asked if I can go to the desk after I'm finished and get the remaining balance back from my card. Their answer is no. They hope you overpay even more in losing your card or just don't come back and they keep your money or get you in the same scam next time. You will never get all your money used because you will always have a remaining balance. Don't go here and support their overpriced and ripoff policy. read more

Washing machines are good & nice. Area is clean & well kept but the service depending on who is working is horrible! I was informed last load is at 9 pm & was informed by an employee when it was only 8:30that I can't do laundry. Informed staff member that I still had time but she then refused & argued with me & I continued to do my load. She then began to tell me I will not be drying my clothes there as well & that they are closed & I needed to leave. I was very upset with this because I've come here before many times & this seems to be an issue about them rushing people out even before they're closed. When they first open place was amazing staff was so nice & friendly & helped! Now it's never just less stressful when you're having someone rushing you when you still have time. My 24 year old son is attempting independent living and well, let's just say his idea of clean and mine are two complete different versions. I swear his room smells like a locker room after a hockey tournament. It was horrific!!! I'd spend hours washing everything. I just couldn't do it anymore. So I went looking for a wash and fold that would be willing/able to wash everything and not cost an entire paycheck. I called around a few places and Wavemax was the only place that didn't seem fazed about the idea of us bringing in his entire wardrobe and bedding. We bagged up 6 garbage bags full of clothes, towels, bedding, even his mattress protector and dropped it off. The very next day, we picked up piles of clean, nicely folded clothes. She even used in scented soap like we asked (my son is high functioning autism and scents bother him). It was such a relief to be able to spend time with him without spending the whole visiting washing clothes. We've used them twice now and it's been the same each time - quick, clean and reasonably priced. Well worth the extra time with my son and my sanity.
