Been coming here since around COVID. Love this place, The staff is different now but still nice and respectful. The areas are clean and the machines are stocked up. The prices seem reasonable and they have a bathroom onsite for customers. I don't like how you can no longer bring carts to your car, but a small inconvenience that's outweighed by the pros. read more

WaveMAX Laundry - Outside - Laundromat Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I was visiting the Mesa area and to have some clothes washed and stopped by this location around 11:30am on a Tuesday morning. I paid $1.99/pound for same day service which to me was a good deal. I was checked in by a very friendly gentleman today (1/28) who explained the process to me and advised I would receive a txt when my order was ready. Around 1pm I received a txt that my order was ready. I have never had such fast and professional service. Great job and I'll be back again!! read more

The owner takes no accountability towards there equipment issues and the problems continue. My clothes smelled horrible out the washer and the attendant ran another one even though I used liquid detergent. When I went home all my clothes smelled burnt and somehow some still stunk. read more

Helpful staff, really clean inside and washers and dryers are amazing - perfect for washing towels, comforters and bedding. There are seats while you're waiting and tabletops to fold your laundry on. They sell detergent/softener products on site and the machines are operated by a card that you load money onto. So glad I found WaveMAX! read more

We used wave max same day service and they finished our laundry before the anticipated time. We will definitely use them again!!

Moved to Tempe and was without washer and dryer for a time. This is the most pleasant laundromat I've visited. In addition to the modern equipment and spacious, clean surroundings, the charming people who work here are absolutely amazing. They are cheerful and welcoming and seem interested in customers having an enjoyable (or at least tolerable experience). First time I had no idea what to do. The young woman attendant stopped her maintenance work and showed me how to handle everything. And she checked on me throughout the process to make sure I had no problems. Another time the male attendant stuck his head out the door to see if I needed any help getting my load inside. I sincerely hope the owners recognize and appreciate the talent they have working for them! read more

Friendly staff greeted me right away. Helped me with getting set up for washing a down comforter-- picked an appropriately sized washer and walked me through the steps to get started for the self service option. Clean and comfortable inside. Would come back here again. read more

I never thought I would write a review for a laundromat but well if you have to use one go here. I got a comforter from a friend amd needed to sanitize it, my washer at home is not large enough, so I came here on a sunday morning hoping for less crowds. The place was very clean and the woman working there was very nice and helpful. I think she should tell I haven't been to a laundromat. When I have to wash it again I will definitely come back here. read more

WaveMAX Laundry - Laundromat Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Where is the cool evening/nighttime attendant? I was coming down from Scottsdale just because of him. Considering his work ethic I never doubted he'd last long on this job. Am I a bit selfish if I want you back, lol? Don't even know his name, but after reading a couple of reviews it could be Sandy/Sandro. The young white dude with a cap. I hope the owners realize he was the reason for why this laundromat has been this popular. Just see the reviews either here or on Google Maps. I've been to other WaveMax locations, and also to this one a couple of times when 'Sandy' wasn't here. One can tell the difference (and it's an A+ with Sandy). read more

We stopped here while on a road trip. Dropped off our laundry and it was washed, dried and folded by the next day. Very convenient.

Don't like coinless laundromats. They charge more money than what's needed and then the remainder of funds sits on a card you may never use again read more

Large, clean, facility with good machines, and a friendly, helpful attendant all made this a pleasant first visit. No messing with coins; just preload a card with the time you'll need (attendant's estimate was right on). All good. read more

We were staying in a trailer park in east Mesa temporarily, and we needed a laundromat. I had never used a "modern" laundromat before, and the lady at this one was accommodating, mainly because I'm blind. She promptly answered all my questions, and she helped me configure the machines for the proper settings for my loads. The machines and the payment system need accessibility TLC, but I was thrilled with the service and the quality of the laundering. read more

Wow! I haven't had to use a laundry mat in years but my new top loader at home didn't seem to clean my king comforter as well as my old machine and I have a 6x9 washable rug that needed a good wash so I googled and ended up here. The attendant was visible the entire time, always cleaning and dry mopping, talking to and checking up on everyone. Very bright welcoming space, clean and brand new Electrolux machines, FAST! I used the 60lb and 80lb washers and both cycles were done in under 30 minutes and my items are thoroughly clean! Card system so no coins. Tips: Use the debit function (Insert and use the pin) otherwise you're charged a 4% fee. Sat near the dryers the entire time and never felt warm or hot, temperature control within the facility is very comfortable and cool. read more

WaveMAX Laundry - No coins needed at this laundry. Reloadable card - Laundromat Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Love this place!! We bring our comforters and sheets here and it came out amazing. Thank you for taking care of it for us.

I've NEVER used a laundry service before but recently our machine broke and with two kids under two and My husband who is a physician/my third messiest child I'm constantly washing clothes with Mac n cheese and squash stains and sanitizing scrubs, everyday twice a day. One basket of laundry started to look pretty full and I had a genius, exhausting idea of washing everything in our bathtub....when my husband saw me frantically walking to the bathroom with a bottle of stain remover and tide pods he was like why don't you just take the clothes to a fluff and fold .....WTF IS A FLUFF IN FOLD He explained pre marriage he would do luxurious things like laundry service. After doing my research we found waveMax I was so nervous I anxiously sorted all the whites separated towels from clothes and 6 organized baskets later we where at the door of waveMax. Face masks required upon entering I noticed how clean and neat everything looked, this felt promising skeptical that they would be able to get the food stains off the baby clothes I brought and worried they would mix the whites with colors I told the nice lady at the counter this was our first time bringing clothes to a laundry place and please wash the whites separate she explained they would do that anyways and not to worry. It was a dollar and some change a pound and we paid when we picked everything up, everything was folded literally PERFECTLY the frumpy fluffy pajamas to my husbands wacky work socks. Not to mention everything smelled so fresh and crisp. The best part was the whites where WHITE! No Mac n cheese stains in sight. My husbands scrubs where wrinkle free and all the bigger items where hung to perfection. Now that we have a new machine I'm writing this while folding clothes and reminiscing on when our machine was broken. Highly recommend this place overall fantastic experience. read more

perfect! staff friendly and helpful. washers and driers are wonderful. different sizes for your needs. and plenty of them!

I came in because my washer is broken and waiting to get it fixed. I found this laundry mat and I have never been to a laundry mat that looks SO CLEAN. You know when you look at the pictures on here (yelp) or you look up the place on google? The owner would place pictures of the place when it's clean. I came in, the floors are spotless, the washer/driers look well taken care of (New) and the owner was very helpful. It is a bit expensive but I felt comfortable walking in off the bat, the owner was super nice, I would come here again! read more

Simply the best laundromat on the face of the earth. And I've been using laundromats for decades. First, the washers and dryers are state of the art and the facility is cleaner than a restaurant.
