I was visiting the Mesa area and to have some clothes washed and stopped by this location around 11:30am on a Tuesday morning. I paid $1.99/pound for same day service which to me was a good deal. I was checked in by a very friendly gentleman today (1/28) who explained the process to me and advised I would receive a txt when my order was ready. Around 1pm I received a txt that my order was ready. I have never had such fast and professional service. Great job and I'll be back again!! read more

The owner takes no accountability towards there equipment issues and the problems continue. My clothes smelled horrible out the washer and the attendant ran another one even though I used liquid detergent. When I went home all my clothes smelled burnt and somehow some still stunk. read more

Moved to Tempe and was without washer and dryer for a time. This is the most pleasant laundromat I've visited. In addition to the modern equipment and spacious, clean surroundings, the charming people who work here are absolutely amazing. They are cheerful and welcoming and seem interested in customers having an enjoyable (or at least tolerable experience). First time I had no idea what to do. The young woman attendant stopped her maintenance work and showed me how to handle everything. And she checked on me throughout the process to make sure I had no problems. Another time the male attendant stuck his head out the door to see if I needed any help getting my load inside. I used the 60lb and 80lb washers and both cycles were done in under 30 minutes and my items are thoroughly clean! Card system so no coins. Tips: Use the debit function (Insert and use the pin) otherwise you're charged a 4% fee. One basket of laundry started to look pretty full and I had a genius, exhausting idea of washing everything in our bathtub....when my husband saw me frantically walking to the bathroom with a bottle of stain remover and tide pods he was like why don't you just take the clothes to a fluff and fold .....WTF IS A FLUFF IN FOLD He explained pre marriage he would do luxurious things like laundry service. After doing my research we found waveMax I was so nervous I anxiously sorted all the whites separated towels from clothes and 6 organized baskets later we where at the door of waveMax. Face masks required upon entering I noticed how clean and neat everything looked, this felt promising skeptical that they would be able to get the food stains off the baby clothes I brought and worried they would mix the whites with colors I told the nice lady at the counter this was our first time bringing clothes to a laundry place and please wash the whites separate she explained they would do that anyways and not to worry. It was a dollar and some change a pound and we paid when we picked everything up, everything was folded literally PERFECTLY the frumpy fluffy pajamas to my husbands wacky work socks. Not to mention everything smelled so fresh and crisp. The best part was the whites where WHITE! No Mac n cheese stains in sight. My husbands scrubs where wrinkle free and all the bigger items where hung to perfection.
