Really disappointing customer service experience…read more At 6:42 PM, I called ahead as a courtesy to ask whether I could still drop off clothes since I knew they were close to closing. The phone was picked up, I heard some fumbling and a "hold on" that was clearly directed at someone else in the shop, and then the call was ended within about three seconds. I never got a chance to say a word. Thinking it might have been an accident, I called right back. That call was declined immediately. I attempted a third call but canceled it myself, figuring there was no point. I understand the end of the day gets busy, but hanging up on a paying customer who is actively trying to be respectful of your time isn't acceptable. A simple "sorry, we're closing in a few minutes" would have gone a long way. Won't be returning.

I was trying to rush one night because they close at 10pm but the owner said to me "it's ok! Take your time! I don't rush my customers, I'm just happy your Here with us!" made me feel like I was doing my laundry at home! Now I come every Sunday and I bring every piece of fabric in my home that needs to be washed! Lol thank you to the owner for being so kind! You now have a regular!

I paid $1.99/pound for same day service which to me was a good deal. I was checked in by a very friendly gentleman today (1/28) who explained the process to me and advised I would receive a txt when my order was ready. Around 1pm I received a txt that my order was ready. I have never had such fast and professional service. Great job and I'll be back again!!

Lol.. however they have a card machine where you get a laundry card and load with money using whatever debit or credit card. Tons of washers and dryers available of various sizes for residential and commercial size use. I was amazed. The place was clean, an attendant on duty. I was able to fill up my water bottles at the water store while my shoes were washing. Felt safe while there also considering some laundromat's tend to have shady characters hanging around in certain neighborhoods.Glad I found the place because i was worried about finding laundry in ahwatukee. It's only a few miles or so away so this is perfect.

Whenever they speak to a customer, you can tell that they truly appreciate the customer's business. - They do an excellent job cleaning. - Same day service (before 10AM) is available - BY REQUEST. We forgot to ask them once, and were thrown for a loop. The Not-so-good: - There are a couple ladies there who don't enjoy their jobs. I mean, it's pretty warm in there so I can sympathize. They're not as welcoming as the owners. But I come back because the owners made us feel so welcomed when we first stopped in. - They don't have an on-site tailor. I ended up taking my clothes to get dry-cleaned once at a different place that could hem my pants. But those people were mean, so I came back here. This place is a little pricier than others in the area, but for the quality and service, it's our go-to dry-cleaners.
