I took a set of cushion covers that were from the 1950s or 60s that were dirty and all the stitching was rotting and they were starting to fall apart. Prestige cleaners took them, cleaned them, and when they fell apart during cleaning sent them off to their alterations person who sewed them all back together... They are amazingly beautiful and perfect in every way now! And the price was extremely reasonable. If I had wanted to replace these covers, it would've cost me hundreds of dollars and this was such a good price for the cleaning and stitching. I will be forever thankful to them and will definitely bring all my service to them from now on. read more

My garments were cleaned well. The guy ahead of me in line had multiple special requests like pressing collars a certain way and sleeves just so with the cuffs pressed up on pants. The attendant was patient and marked everything with his requests. I will go back. Pricing wasn't too high, but I am comparing to services in another state. read more

I've been going to Pristine Cleaners for years and am always satisfied. The customer service is great, the prices are the best around, and they always go the extra mile! Once I dropped my winter coat off in a hurry and forgot to ask them to tighten some buttons and replace one that was lost. I got the coat back and they did it all without asking or charging! I recently moved a couple miles away and tried a different cleaner but it wasn't the same. So I still go here, I don't mind the extra drive, totally worth it! read more

A few months ago, I had dropped off some items that were incredibly sentimental to me. Made sure the staff knew exactly what needed to be done and how I wanted my items cared for. So much to my surprise, when I came to pick them up the items they were completely ruined. They were practically shredded and unrecognizable. The owner texted me, promised me to make things better and would reimburse me...only problem is the items are pretty rare and hard to find. So after months of back and forth, the owner still has not followed up on her promise to reimburse me. Bad business and really, I'm more disappointed that my items (which are sentimental and came from a family member who has since passed) are no longer in good use. I have simple advice for you: Don't take your clothes or personal items here to be dry cleaned. read more

The place is great and I've been using them for many years for my dry cleaning and launder services. They are great at removing difficult stains (compared to many cleaners in the valley) and has reasonable pricing. As a customer and business owner, I realized that dry cleaning prices are not fixed and there are many challenges and complexities within the business. Not all stains will lift and not all materials are susceptible for cleaning. With that said, we all need to take ownership of how we care for the garment and be more well informed and educated of whether the item can be cleaned (i.e., read the labels, can you clean it and if so, dry clean or can it be laundered?) It humors me reading a complaint about buying an antique dress for $50 and being quoted $450 for steaming and spot treating. A place across the street can provide the same service for $15! The context of the review doesn't even make logical sense as I have never heard a place charging $450 to press a dress. Yet, what place across the street can do it for $15 and still both are in business? Don't even get me started on calculating the math on the difference in mark up as the information provided is absurd. People were very friendly each time I went in. It wasn't that expensive. They have a sign that tells you to inspect your clothes before you leave. When I have 15 garments, I'm not going to do that, but I probably should have. Each article of clothing had a crease in the exact same spot. Almost like they put too many garments in in bag. I haven't tried to complain, but I'm sort of over it. Clothes should not have major wrinkles when they come back from the dry cleaner. That is half the reason I bring them there. read more

Everyone was very professional and the service was excellent. I've used this dry cleaner for the last three years after moving to Phoenix for a job and have never been disappointed. They have quick turn around and fair prices for what I bring in (normally my dress shirts and pants). I normally remember to remove my metal collar stays before having my clothes dry cleaned but on occasion I forget, but they always check and put them in a bag for me. The location is great since I take the 101 and the 60 to get to work and it's super convenient for me to drop off and pick up on my way to or from work. read more

Not very impressed with the customer service I have received from Prestine Cleaners. They are friendly enough when you drop off clothes, and I hadn't had any issues with them for the past 2 years, but recently they lost a pair of pants that I dropped off, and keep telling me to "wait and see" if they turn up. No one calls me back when they say that they will. I just want my pants back or for them to replace them!! read more
