Albert and his family are among the most experienced in their profession (sometimes read "art" given some of the stains and tasks I present them). My clothes come back looking like new or better each and every time I visit. Though pricing as described is "custom tailored" (see what I did there?), I have never felt more secure in my service purchase anywhere else in the country. I have no problem spending an extra buck or two when I know that I will look like a million by the time Natural Cleaners is finished with my suits. And quite frankly, how can you go wrong when you're supporting REAL people who truly care about you and the environment? If anyone has ever used Natural Cleaners and felt it wasn't a top-notch experience, I urge you to reconsider your decision and give them another chance. Needed some items tailored right away and everyone was booked out. Nordstroms, dedicated tailors, dry cleaners, nobody could turn them around fast. Found natural cleaners and at first I was concerned that they didn't answer their phone during business hours but I received a text right away and they interacted right away. I got in same day for measurements and then the work was done a day before it was promised. AND, they were the least expensive around, called 8 places, and closest to my house. I bought brand new slacks for work for $80 each and they were too long so I got them altered at this place. This place had a lot of great reviews and that's why I gave them a chance. My pants inseam's were 34" and I told them I wanted them tailored to 29". I even brought my old pants in for them to see how short I wanted them to be. The lady seemed confident enough to know what she was doing. She told me it would be done in two weeks and it would cost $40 for both pants to be tailored. I came back two weeks later and tried both of my pants on that I got tailored from natural cleaners. I noticed both were uneven and they tailored them way too short. I called and spoke to the owner Hager. She told me to bring them back and they will have it fixed. I went back the next morning and showed Hager the problem with my pants. She even had some other lady measure it and one leg was measured 27" inseam and the other leg 28" inseam. She even said yeah it's uneven. Then they measured the other pants which was 28 "1/2 and the other 28". I wanted both to be 29". Hager told me it'll take about 5 days since her lady that tailors them is busy. I told them okay as long as it's fixed. She said it'll be fixed. I got my pants today and it's still uneven. One leg is shorter than the other. Both pants are still uneven. They are longer this time like the way I wanted. However, it's still uneven and I refuse to go back here for them to fix it. I have a newborn and I have no time to keep going back and forth for them to fix their mistake. It's frustrating because it's wasting my time and gas coming there. I don't recommend anyone to get anything altered or tailored. They don't do a very good job.. I'm highly disappointed because these slacks I bought for work are very pricey and I feel like now it's ruined. read more

This review is for alterations. I had taken 3 items to Natural Cleaners for the first time. I have taken clothes to them for dry cleaning and I've been satisfied. I took a dress to have the top taken in and a long skirt and palazzo pants for hemming and cost me $95. I was initially quoted $20 each for hemming. I will say the work itself was done nice and clean but what I'm not happy with is that the dress ( which is brand new ) came back with a stuck zipper. I have tried on the dress at least a couple of times at home and at the cleaners where they pinned the front where it would be taken in. All times the zipper was fine and working. After alternation, I took the dress home to try and that's when I discovered the stuck zipper. I managed to slip the dress over my head just with the hook undone. I took the dress back the next day hoping they could do something to unstuck the zipper since I'm sure it happened while it was with them. I dropped off the dress with a working zipper and it came back with a stuck zipper that opens about half an inch. Thank goodness for the elastic back. I am not happy that they made no effort to resolve the zipper issue and would charge me to replace it. Will I go there for alterations again ? No It's ashamed because I like the dry cleaning but the alteration experience, not so much. read more

Went in for alterations. Was told alterations person only in Mon., Wed. & Fri. 5-7 pm. Which is fine. Asked if I was in the system. Had my landline on file. Asked if I should update to my cell. Got a snotty answer "whatever works for you" with a raised voice. I do not recommend this business. Changed owners a couple years ago. Very rude front desk girl. I dropped off my wedding dress hoping for the best and expecting the worst. My dress is fully beaded and had gone through the ringer at my beach wedding. I brought in a comforter a long time ago - maybe 5 years ago. It was an organic wool comforter and because of that it needed special care. Natural Cleaners did this for me after confirming it could be done. I also needed it quick as I had company coming in town in a week. They got it done quick for no extra charge. Fast forward to 2018. I brought in an organic wool mattress topper. He informed me that he may not be able to do it which was OK by me. He took it and said he'd see what he could do. I came back on my pick-up date and he gave it back to me and said he was unable to do anything with it. No charge. The only thing I wish he did was to let me know ASAP when he determined he wasn't able to do anything with it. I would have picked it up sooner. You can laugh all you want, but my bed just doesn't feel the same without it so I would have taken it back earlier if I could have. But at least he was honest and didn't charge me for it even though he spent some time with it. read more

We were looking for a dry cleaner to clean a very bulky King bedspread, and matching in curtains, also quite heavy. One of the problems we encountered in trying to find a good dry cleaner was that so many had gone out of business due to the pandemic, and the remaining ones sent out much of the cleaning to another service. These guys are great! I have used them for both dry cleaning routine items and for storing and cleaning my wedding dress! I waited 7 years to get my dress stored, but I'm very happy with how they did it. I can get it out of the box any time, and they provide gloves to use to keep it clean. They also fixed a dress I had accidentally washed (dry clean only). The front of the dress shrunk higher than the liner. They stretched it out for me, and it fits perfectly with no alteration. So, I'm a firefighter that was home for one day before I was sent to another fire out of state. The zipper on my fire pants broke and I HAD to have these pants for my deployment. I explained that it was an emergency!! We have currently moved to a new home close to the Chandler 202. I had been using Tide for some years and had a few issues here and there. Update to this review: After using this cleaner for a few years now, I have gotten to know the owner/operator Albert and my initial statements about average service no longer apply. I don't clean clothes all that often (maybe once or twice a month), but every time Albert sees my car, he is already getting my finished clothes off the rack before I'm even inside and I never have to give him any information to find my account. Also, my daughter has gotten to know the shop dog Albie and she gets very upset if I ever go to the dry cleaners without her because she wants to see Albie! Great all around dry cleaner. read more

I read the reviews, we are new to AZ from CA, and gave this place a shot since it is close to where I am temporarily staying. NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!!! If you want your designer clothes to smell like dirty mop after paying a premium for the service, this would the perfect place. I don't know what they use or if they even washed my clothes, I could definitely NOT wear them to work today. The front desk person is very rude and as a conclusion I am going to drive a bit more and go to Tide in Ahwatukee. Edit After Owner's Response: The issue was resolved, but after a long argument with yo to give the money back. The owner claimed that he cannot refund money to a credit card. You always can refund money to any card you want as a merchant! Which was not the case for us as we paid cash. Yes we received a refund for only one pair of pants. The owner claimed that he could not smell anything. I don't know about you but every one is the house smelled the clothes. I dont think 3-4 people are wrong. Some advice to the owner: Don't be offensive to your customers. You are in a customer service business. Being nice and courteous will go a longer way that being rude and blaming the customers. This is not my first time going to a cleaners and I am sure it is not your first time dry cleaning either. ALL my clothes smelled like that and I actually would like a refund for the whole amount. Your competitors give a whole lot better service than you do and if they screw up they admit it and fix it.
