For almost 10 years, I've been coming to this dry cleaning business and had been satisfied with their service. But today, I learned that they are requiring pre-payment for service since November 2024. The last time I went to a cleaners requiring pre-payment was in 1990 and I never returned to that business. So congratulations, Happy Cleaners. You've lost a loyal customer because of this. A good business gives an estimate at first, but never charges up front before the work is completed. read more

I typically don't write bad reviews but I was so disappointed with my experience here. They threw away (or donated) all my dry cleaning because I didn't pick up right away. They did call me 5 days before getting rid of my clothing but I was out of town at the time and life was hectic (as it can always get). I lost hundreds of dollars worth of clothes here. I called and asked if I could come in for a pair of pants to be altered. I was told yes, come in and they were open until 6pm. I went in at 4:50pm and the alteration person was gone. In store, I was told she works 6am-3pm. Why not tell me that on the phone before I wasted my time?! I will NEVER visit this business again and would recommend you avoid it at all cost! read more

I needed a men's shirt modified to make it into a maternity shirt, not only were they quick to get me in and do the fitting, but the turn around was the next day! This place says they close at 6pm yet twice in a row they have closed way earlier preventing me from picking up my clothes. I have came at 4pm on both occasions and they were closed despite them having a sign posted on the outside of their door claiming they close at 6pm. My ticket even said pickup at 4pm. This place makes it almost impossible to pick up your clothes after work. Do not go here there are better or more consistent cleaners in the city, especially cleaners that stay open during their posted hours. read more

Sadly the former Happy Cleaners is under new ownership and after giving them multiple opportunities I will be finding a new dry cleaning option. They have lost a shirt (which was eventually found a few hours later), I have arrived on the pickup date I was given and my clothes were not ready, and most recently I was charged an additional $3 on pick up because someone incorrectly coded my jacket as a sweater (it's a sweater jacket). Is $3 a big deal, no. But each of these instances were handled with a huge lack of good customer service and frankly I just do not trust these people with my clothes any more. read more

Alterations: Brought some pants here to be hemmed. Price was comparable to others in the area. Service was excellent. Very friendly employee at the front register. She measured the length and was very knowledgeable about appropriate lengths for the thee different styles of pants taking in account the type of shoe that would be paired with them. Service was fast, ready in two days. When we returned for pickup, she remembered us. Wish I had her name to post. Again, very friendly. I would definitely return here in the future. read more

Fantastic service! I came in for a last minute press for my sisters graduation gown and over the phone they were super helpful and able to accommodate my request! Come to find out when I got there to drop it off they were able to get it done for me in about 5 minutes so I wouldn't have to come back later. If I could rate them zero stars I would! I went in with two shirts I haven't worn in over a year because I was scared they'd be ruined by a regular washing machine and I don't know of any good dry cleaners. I looked them up and took a chance and I wish I hadn't! Both of my shirts are ruined! My t-shirt is now shrunken and it's visible discoloration wear the shirt should be white and a stain that should definitely come out from dry cleaning is still there! My polo shirt is shrunken now and I can't fit it! I literally cried when I checked my shirts because I went to them to avoid these issues! If they couldn't dry clean my shirts or they actually didn't do dry cleaning they should've let me know before they took my money! I really wish I never took my stuff there I could've ruined my shirts myself with my own washing machine not pay to have a company with "good" reviews ruin them in their washing machine! read more

Coming in at a towering 5'2, I convinced myself I could order a maxi (floor-length) dress and it would fit when it arrived. Ha. Any short person knows this was delusional on my behalf. After a much too long overdue wait, and a recommendation from my sister, I had Happy Dry Cleaners do the alterations. They did an amazing job! During the same visit I needed to replaced a zipper on my favorite fancy pants slacks. I just asked for the zipper but they fixed my buttons free of charge too! I had no idea the buttons were even that loose until I saw how nice they could actually look after they had been fixed. All of the alterations were very reasonable and I plan to bring a few more items in to get adjusted in the future. COST BREAKDOWN: Shorten Straps on dress = $10 Hem on dress = $20 (5 inches taken off!) New Zipper on pants = $15 Being able to pretend I can order items online that are clearly intended for someone who is much taller than I actually am = Priceless. This is the only place I will take my dry cleaning. It is worth the drive from scottsdale. The staff is super friendly, and they always greet you as you walk in. I've been a regular for a little over a year now. I usually just take my boyfriends clothes and they always leave it great. If there is something wrong with any of the pants or shirts they will let you know and fix it. Pricing is great, nothing beats their price. I was getting ripped off going to Tide. But never again. This is the BEST dry cleaners! They got some stains out of my silk like shirts , the processing is green, no chemical smells at all and they are so reasonably priced. There is a tailor/alterations on site and they are very kind. I had 2 sweaters that my cats had slept on, a lot of hair on them and they removed all the hair before cleaning them ! The women who work there are also very kind. They also fold all the sweaters! I can not reccomemd them highly enough! read more
