We have been a customer at Q Cleaners for about 9 years and I want to take a moment and highlight the incredible owner, Jean! My daughter's wedding dress fit horribly even after 3 fittings with the bridal shops alterations. She was devastated! With time ticking for her destination wedding, we asked Jean for help! With less than a week of time to make alterations all while running her business, she performed miracles and the dress fit her perfectly! I love coming hear to get my work pants hemmed. The owner is super nice and she knows exactly what I need and want for my work slacks. She tells me the exact date it'll be done and they text me when it's ready for pick up.. This is the only place I like going to go when it comes to my pants getting hemmed. Other dry cleaners have messed up on my pants in the past and comes out crooked. They have bad customer service as well. Q cleaners have descent prices and service is always great! Very friendly and amazing customer service!! They do dry cleaning and alternations. I got a dress altered here and I was very happy with what was done. They send you a tax when the item is ready for pickup. I would highly recommend the place to get your clothes dry cleaned or altered! read more

I dropped off a few pieces for dry cleaning service. Not only did they tell me how QUICK the turnaround was for getting the pieces back! They let me know exactly what was going to be done. One had a mark that was not there when I went back to pickup! The owner is who helped me I believe, and she was the sweetest! Ice gone a couple times now and will continue to use this cleaners for all my needs! They have other services they offer as well that I'm sure will be used in the near future (: The cost for my services was great as well! read more

I found this cleaner when I lived near Val Vista and Queen Creek. I've since moved, but I still go there -- in fact, I drive out of my way to drop my clothes off at Q Cleaners. I'm so impressed with their service and quality. Recently I took a knitted sweater my wife has and loves but the hems in the cuffs had come off -- both are fixed perfectly. She has saved torn pockets and zipper lines, cleaned clothes quickly and fast and I love the friendly smile and warm welcome I receive when I go. I not only HIGHLY recommend Q Cleaners -- I actually pass by several other closer cleaners to have my clothes cleaned and mended there. read more

I drop off clothes here every few weeks and have always been impressed with how well everything is cleaned! Also, my son needed some last minute alterations before he left for a church mission and they were done professionally and much faster than we were expecting. These guys are closest to my house so it's who I use but I'm not super impressed. Not the best on price nor the best on quality. Very middle of the road product for a slightly higher than normal price. Sometimes my shirts come back with an odd odor which I really hate. Happens again and I'm moving on. read more

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I've come here a few times, the quality of the pressing has never been excellent, but it's been ok. Today, I attempted to drop off some clothes and was treated very poorly. If your services are outstanding, I can take a little attitude. But, when your services are just mediocre, I'm not going to stand for rudeness. read more

If it weren't for lapels I would have a hard time dropping off and picking up my dry cleaning and laundry as I walk with a service dog who helps me up and down curbs, over rough parking lots, and uneven sidewalks. Lapels makes my life easier. I've talked to Steve a few times. He's kind and thoughtful. It's not easy running a dry cleaning-laundry business. I can't imagine having to keep track of thousands of articles of clothing and laundry. Steve does a great job. I don't remember how I found him, but I'm so glad I did.

LE truly went above and beyond for me…read more I was referred by Mariee's Bridal in Scottsdale to Suzanne's Sewing to have my wedding dress altered, and unfortunately it turned into a disaster. After my very first appointment, my dress went from fitting perfectly to not fitting at all, and with every subsequent appointment it only got worse. Two weeks before my wedding, I realized I had to take a chance and find someone else. I called Le and she knew even before seeing the dress, she immediately understood what was going on and agreed to see me at the end of her workday. When she finally saw the dress, she was shocked by the condition it was in. It had essentially been slapped together by Suzanne's Sewing. The dress had been stretched out and damaged from being repeatedly taken in and out, and mismatched material had even been added under the arm area and along the sides that looked nothing like the original fabric. LE worked on my dress every single day. During the first week I was in the shop every other day, and the week before the wedding I was there every evening. The night before we left for the wedding, I didn't leave her shop until 3 a.m. Despite the condition the dress was in, LE managed to completely transform it. She made sure it fit me perfectly and that the corrective alterations looked seamless. She even prepared a backup dress for me in case the original dress ripped during the reception because of the previous damage. LE is incredibly skilled and has a remarkable eye for detail. With formal gowns, every adjustment affects the entire structure of the dress. If someone doesn't fully understand how each change impacts the rest of the garment, the results can quickly spiral into bigger problems. LE clearly understands this craft at a very high level. If you are getting married or have a special event, this is absolutely the place you should go for alterations...DO NOT GO TO SUZANNE'S SEWING!

Went here to have some patches sewn on my leather vest. This was one of the only places in the area…read morethat I found that could do the work. It was about two weeks to have them sewn on and while they did ask me if it was ok to sew through the liner, they did sew through the liner and pockets rendering the inner left pocket unusable. I don't really use the pockets except maybe to put my phone in, but I would have thought that they wouldn't have done that. All in all I had 4 patches sewn on for $80. As you can see, one got sewn right through the inside pocket. I would have like to have been asked about that, but hindsight being 20/20, I guess if I need any more sewn, I'll let them know. This business seems to do a lot of alterations for wedding dresses, so I'm guessing not a lot of bikers are hitting them up to sew their cuts. Just be aware if that's something you need.
