I just wanted a snap put on an $300 dress. Received the dress with two snaps on them and a button missing! The repair crew is not in house and the communication is not direct or clear. Now I have to replace all the unique buttons that were designed to go up the dress so they can match the replacement button. I could tell they weren't good with repair and alterations upon entering and even called later to say never mind give me my dress back, but it had already been sent somewhere else. Never been to dry cleaners before. Took my suit to be dry cleaned. Went with my nice suit hanger which has a latch for keeping the pants and top in one piece. Employee did NOT tell me that they don't need my hanger, or that I could keep my hanger, or that if I left it with them they would chuck it in the garbage. Never was given an option. Not a word. Nice suit hanger gone, they're like "oh well". Never coming back here or supporting this establishment even though it's right next to me. Most recently, a shirt was returned with irreparable tears and Tide Cleaners refused to pay for it. Can get same day service if in early enough and love that they are open 7 days a week. I had great experiences with Delia's and then when they switched to Tide the first month was great as well. Now lately it is like the employees play Rock Paper Scissors and the loser has to go out to the customers car. The employees used to be very prompt and run out to the car to help which was very convenient for a mom with a baby. No such luck anymore. As I sat here waiting for my husband to retrieve our dry cleaning I was reading treviews. I read about people getting other customers things and not receiving theirs. Well I just checked the cleaning and the same thing happened! I received another dress that let's just say not my style and mine was missing. Thankfully the employee was able to find my dress. BE VERY CAREFUL when picking up and making sure you have the correct items. Update: we decided to give Tide another shot and once again they were missing one of my sons baby outfits he wore to a special occasion and our dry cleaning bag. The lady helping me kept asking me if I picked it up already. I told her I dropped off one big person shirt and one baby outfit in a Tide bag and now I am missing two of three items. She eventually found it but I don't understand why this continues to happen. I do have to say the staff has a little more pep in their step to get out to the cars for service. read more

They are the worst!!!! They lose your clothes!!!!! Went to get my order of 6 items. Was told I only dropped off 5. Thought to myself maybe I made a mistake. Thankfully had my claim ticket at home and yes I was right. I did drop of 6. When I called to find out what happened, I was told it appears that items was voided because it was lost. Not a call from anyone to let me know. Still waiting on a call from management to explain what happend. Been going here for years. Some of my clothes state on care label "do not dry clean" yet they are returned dry cleaned. Was told this is policy, policy is to dry clean everything. Not only is the margin greater for dry clean versus laundered but dry cleaning a garment that says do not dry clean damaged a pair of pants that I recently purchased. Was told I would get a damage form to mail in and I would receive a check to replace pants. I was given store credit before I filled out form. Filled form out explaining issue and what I was told. Response was still store credit. I cannot use a store credit to purchase a pair of pants that you agreed you destroyed. Store credit is a very low cost fix to your company, however, the right thing to do was reimburse the cost of the pants so that they can be replaced, instruct your dry cleaning team to actually read the care label and follow the instructions on said label. "Do not dry clean" does not mean dry clean so that you can charge almost double the cost of cleaning. I would greatly appreciate you making this right for the customer. read more

This has been the worst cleaners experience of my life! I normally do not go to this cleaners because I was not impressed the first time I went. A situation arose in which I needed to go back for just the second time. On 11/2/2017 I went to pick up my 16 pieces per my receipt. I was only given about half the order. They then said they were searching for the other half. They found five of my seven shirts that were missing. I've been patiently waiting for assistance with either the finding of my two, only-worn-twice, Polo shirts or compensation for replacement costs. I have reached out directly to them by either going directly to the store or calling once per week. My last call was last Thursday or Friday. I left a manager a voicemail. I never heard back from her. Today, I called them because enough is enough. The assistant manager said she had a letter for me, which, I assume, came from their corporate location. I show up about 15 mins later and they cannot find this letter! The lady calls someone and they tell her it was a $50 gift card TO THEIR STORE!!! The audacity of this business! You lose my clothes and, as reimbursement, you offer me a $50 gift card to your own establishment?! Why would I ever want to use your services again? That's at a minimum $100 worth of Polo (brand) shirts and your offer of $50 gift card to the very place that put me in this situation is insulting! Until recently, I did not have problems with this company, or their unskilled management. They have recently ruined several pieces of clothing, then wiping their hands clean stating it is the customers problem, all they did was clean and their machines are never the cause of damage. There are many dry cleaners businesses to choose from, pick carefully. I would definitely recommend a business/store who not only values long time customers who spend a great deal on dry cleaning, but also take ownership when their vendors and equipment cause damage. The young girl, Victoria had no social skills at all. I greeted her and she didn't even acknowledge me, not a single word which I consider rude. There was no eye contact, the whole transaction was as if she didn't want to be working. Also, told me my dry cleaning was not there even tho it had been dropped off days ago only to find out it was hanging there on the rack. HORRIBLE customer service!! I brought a pair of jeans in to get the button fixed. The first time I came in the worker told me yes they do this. So I pick my jeans up a week later and they look like the buttons loose but the worker reassured me that it's been fixed. A week later I go to put them on for a weekend event and long and behold they were washed but the button which was the ENTIRE reason I brought them in fell off and was never fixed!! So I go back yesterday drop them off AGAIN to be fixed this time and they tell me they'll be fixed tomorrow. I recently switch to Tide cleaners after moving to the area. I have had a problem every time I drop off when Hunter is working. He refuses to accept my coupons that have been mailed to me. Legitimate coupons I have received directly from Tide Cleaners. I have tried to overlook him but he is rude and flat out don't want to help me. I asked for same day service coz I needed my husbands suit and slacks cleaned for travel in 2 days. The girl at the counter mentioned something like wash and fold for faster services. I had no idea what that meant but I thought it was just a different way of washing clothes. She did not even check what was in the bag she just explained that they would drop it off at a certain place and then it will be ready the following day at 5 pm latest. I was happy. So come the following day at 1259 pm and I got a text message from Tide letting me know that my order was ready for pick up. So on my way home from shopping I passed by to pick up the clothes so I could go finish packing for travel the following day. SHOCK OF MY LIFE THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER TELLS ME THAT MY GARMENTS WERE REJECTED AND SHE HANDED TO ME A HUGE BAG WITH MY HUSBAND'S DIRTY CLOTHES!!! SO SHE PROCEEDS TO EXPLAIN TO ME THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT SLACKS FOR WASH AND FOLD. Mind you I am not the one who suggested wash and fold so how was I to know what is accepted for wash and fold and what is not. This should have been explained to me in detail the previous day when I dropped the clothes for washing or at least she should have checked to make sure that the garments were suitable for the service she was suggesting! Then the girl at the desk has the guts to tell me " it's ok you can take them they aren't gonna charge you". I used Delia's for the first time and had some dress shirts laundered. One needed to be pre-treated after some self-tanner left the collar and cuffs a mess (and this was a white shirt). They did an excellent job and the shirt was spotless! I will certainly continue to bring all my laundered shirts here since the location is closer than my normal cleaners. Unfortunately, I will continue to bring all my dry cleaning to my usual spot since Delia's prices for dry cleaning are much too high (double what my other cleaner charges) and I just cannot justify the cost. This was my first time going to this location. I currently drive out of my way to go to another dry cleaners on Riggs Rd and I will continue to do so. I was so disappointed with my overall experience to get 12 items dry cleaned this week. I was politely told that it would be approximately $3.00 per item after the 40% discount they were offering as per is their grand opening. I thought to myself I only pay $2.50 per item at Broncos my current dry cleaners, but oh well I will give them a try and maybe I will be impressed it will make me switch. When I picked up the items my bill was over $50!!!! I asked the Delia staff member and she told me the 40% had been applied to the sale. When I got home my wife looked at the receipt and she was furious at the high price I spent for our weekly dry cleaning and the fact that the discount was never applied. I am frustrated by this experience and it feels like a waste of my time to go back to get the credit. Pros: clean, new location, and polite staff Cons: Costs $$$$$$$ that are way over priced for dry cleaning services by over 3 times what I would think as fair and the staff do not seem to know how to ring up a sale properly. So for the second time this cleaners laundered instead of dry cleaned a number of my shirts. High end designer shirts which were fitted. This resulted in my shirts being shrunk. The first time, my previously fitted shirts had short sleeves and tight necks. We brought this to their attention and they said they would " stretch" my shirts and did not own the issue. The second time was my wife's mistake in returning to this establishment. They did exactly the same thing. This cleaners is irresponsible, lacks attention to detail and does not own the issues they create. I am thankful to have the resources to replace the items. I would not trust them with any garments. Their management lacks accountability. I would give them negative stars if could. We use laundry services regularly this has ever happened to us at other locations. Unless your on a weight loss program and looking to have your wardrobe adjusted by Tide cleaners do not trust this cleaners with your clothes. read more

We've been using this business since they opened and had gone to another location for several years prior to this one opening. They have been very good so far but recently tried to give me someone else's clothing when picking up my clothes. I had to "insist" this "gold skirt" was not mine and did not take it. Several days later I discovered I was missing a pair of pants. After looking through every possible place in my home and not finding it I contacted the company and explained that I was missing a pair of pants and they had tried to give me someone else's clothing, that I was concerned my pants were given to someone else. Their response in writing was "While in our care your items are carefully counted and verified at four different times during the process to ensure that they are delivered correctly. Based on the information you provided us, we have determined that your order had the correct number of items at the time of pick up." Since they tried to give me someone else's clothes (which would account for the correct number of items at the time of pickup) I believe they gave my pants to someone else and won't take responsibility for the loss. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service from their upper management, as it will cost them more in lost business than the cost of the pants would have been (we use cleaners frequently for work clothes). read more

I went in February this year before stay home policy started. Why I wrote this now? Because every time I looked at the hole on my shiny tie, I was bothered. I brought several skinny ties to the store to clean, and they came back lose seam in the back and one of them still had stain on it. So, I brought it back to reclean and they said they would do it without extra charge. I couldn't believe that the staff just stapled the ticket right on the front of the tie! The tie was shiny and one solid light color, so even it's a tiny hole, it shows darker shadow like a dirty spot. They offered store credit for the damage.
