They offer a wide range of services including dry cleaning, alterations, leather & suede cleaning, rug and drape cleaning, wash & fold, and even wedding dress preservation. I brought in 2 linen shirts, 1 pair of linen pants, and 1 pair of dress pants for dry cleaning, and everything came back looking fantastic. What really stood out was the linen pants. They had a stain at the bottom of one leg that other dry cleaners either missed or couldn't remove. Island Dry Cleaners got it out without any issue. Every piece was also crisply pressed. The service was fast and friendly. I dropped everything off Tuesday morning and received a text notification Wednesday late morning saying my clothes were ready for pickup -- a full day earlier than expected. Pricing was $7.50 per item, which is a little higher than what I'm used to paying, but absolutely worth it for the level of quality and service received. I'll definitely be back.

Let me tell you the last time I was in one of these places it was 50 cents to wash and 25 cents to dry. However it was $6 to wash my comforter and $3 to dry super crazy but I guess that's why the owner is driving a Maserati. Anyways this location is quite new so everything is kept clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They have a children's small play area , vending machines, clean restrooms and Laundry services for those who are too lazy to do their own. I highly recommend that if you need a commercial size washing machine that you use this location in Mesa.

There is a/c, good music and chairs for you to sit on while you wait. You can also drop your laundry off and they will do it for you.

When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse.
