The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind and honest. He said I could probably remove the stains by hand, then looked through the other items I'd brought and let me know several of them could simply be washed at home. I really appreciated that he took the time to help me instead of trying to sell me services I didn't need. I left feeling grateful for his honesty and kindness. I'll definitely be back when I have a dress that needs cleaning or something that needs pressing. I can't recommend them enough!

They offer a wide range of services including dry cleaning, alterations, leather & suede cleaning, rug and drape cleaning, wash & fold, and even wedding dress preservation. I brought in 2 linen shirts, 1 pair of linen pants, and 1 pair of dress pants for dry cleaning, and everything came back looking fantastic. What really stood out was the linen pants. They had a stain at the bottom of one leg that other dry cleaners either missed or couldn't remove. Island Dry Cleaners got it out without any issue. Every piece was also crisply pressed. The service was fast and friendly. I dropped everything off Tuesday morning and received a text notification Wednesday late morning saying my clothes were ready for pickup -- a full day earlier than expected. Pricing was $7.50 per item, which is a little higher than what I'm used to paying, but absolutely worth it for the level of quality and service received. I'll definitely be back.

Great service, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude. I walked out knowing my shirts are in good hands--and soon I'll be a happy camper with two crisp, white shirts ready to go. We had a very disappointing experience with this laundry service and would not recommend this…read morebusiness to anyone. Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!
