I love this family run laundromat! I discovered this laundromat after the one I was using closed for a little bit due to a fire, SO glad I did! All employees are friendly and helpful. There are 4 different sized washers and 2 sizes of dryers to choose from. Great place to wash your comforters. Good prices too. Washer prices range from $3 to $7.50 depending on the size of washer. Medium dryers are 7 minutes per quarter and 6 minutes per quarter for large dryers. 2 changes machines, this is a cash only business. There is a/c, good music and chairs for you to sit on while you wait. You can also drop your laundry off and they will do it for you. read more

Be careful with dryers. Washed three loads of laundry and 1 was damaged with oil stains during drying process. Not sure if not cleaned out because couldn't find the source but was obvious that there was an oil leak in the machine or it had a lot of oil residue from a previous load. read more

I have used this laundromat dozens of times for the past 7 years. I am happy with the service, the machines, cleanliness, coin machines, human help available, dispensing machines for whatever supplies I need as far as soap, etc., snack machines, laundry sink, and lightning speed turnaround time for having them do my laundry for me. When I'm too busy with work, I hand my laundry over to them and it's usually done by the next day, $2.00/pound, minimum 10 pounds, for between $20 and $25, folded, clothes on hangers, etc. It can get pretty busy on some days and aisles are narrow. Other reviewers have made remarks about not having a bathroom, and I agree. If I am there for 2 hours, listening to running water, I oftentimes appreciate a bathroom break, so it's inconvenient and a bit of a hassle to have to leave your clothes in the washer or dryer, to get in your car to find a public restroom elsewhere, especially when they prefer that you NOT leave your clothes. read more

I love this laundromat. I have used this laundromat almost every week for the past 5 years. I am consistently happy with the service, the machines, cleanliness, help available, dispensing machines for whatever I need as far as soap, etc., snack machines, laundry sink, and lightning speed turnaround time for having them do my laundry for me. I try to go on Wednesdays because they have a special deal double-loads for $1, so I can pretty much do my weekly laundry for about $4 from sheets and towels to clothing and rugs, in LESS than an hour. I rarely use the dryer because I prefer to put my clothes right on the hanger and let them air dry at home; it's an environmental thing, although it also helps the pocketbook. When I'm too busy with work, I hand my laundry over to them and it's usually done by the next day, for between $15 and $18, folded, clothes on hangers, etc. Never used the pickup service cuz they are so close to my house, and it's easy for me to drop it off and pick it up myself. I will start with the positive first. The family is super friendly and the place is always clean. Now, I know this place does not do their own drycleaning, but they represent the company. If you use a third party vendor in your own facility, be ready to take the feedback. For 3 months, I took over 50 items of clothes to be done. Last month, I took in 16 Polo shirts. When I got them, all but one collar was bunched up. I had to re-iron every single one. I figured maybe it was an off day, so I took the me next set in but wanted their feedback. I offered pics as proof but they declined and apologies. This tells me they know the dry cleaning is possibly subpar. Well, 13 more shirts and every single one of then has crunched collars, armpits are bunched, and are basically not presentable for normal wear yet alone board or client meetings. I didn't check (my fault) and I was called out within minutes of a high profile meeting. I love the mom and pop stores, but while the price is cheap (even with so called heavy starch) find a better place to do drycleaning. I owe this feedback (second time and now public) and the attached pics so you can see the duplicated results on nearly 30 shirts. Pony up the cash and go get legit services elsewhere. I cannot comment on any other services, so please still support them for those other services. Just be aware of the dry cleaning services. I haven't been to a laundromat in probably over 30 years. I did some research and liked the reviews so I went there. I am so glad I did. I came unprepared, forgot soap, had no idea what I was doing and they could not be more helpful. I really appreciated their patience. I realized I was in over my head washing large items of bedding and asked them to launder two big comforters. I managed to get my part done and returned the next day for my comforters that were neatly washed, dried, folded and bagged. The owner kindly carried them out to my car for me and told my dog hello while he was helping. Unfortunately I have a bad preconceived idea of laundromats being dreary, dirty places. Not this place. It was very clean, everything worked well, lots of machines available, and the vending, change machines all worked really well. I am very glad I read the reviews and went to this place. A few days later, picked up my items and they had done a great job! I was informed by the same wonderful lady that they actually send the items out. Regardless, I appreciate their great customer service and reasonable prices. Because I was so impressed with this company, this past week, I dropped of my 3 X 5 embroidered American flag to be dry cleaned. I've come here on and off for the past 3 years to do laundry for my company and personally. I can attest that the people here are nice, there are ample machines, and it is not too expensive. My 6yr son enjoyed buying his popsicle for a dollar and some change while helping his mom with laundry. I took one star off for the price to dry a large load of laundry (average 1.00 for 35 minutes) but even then that wasn't a deal breaker. I live in south Gilbert and this is the best location to visit without going to Tempe or Apache junction. read more

Been to a couple laundry mats in my lifetime. This one would have to be the worst. Place is small, machines are even smaller, and prices are outrageous. Even their "maxi loader" machine could barely hold a king size comforter. And $4.50 for one load in a machine that had a dispenser that looked like it hasn't had a cleaning since the place opened...give me a break. Make sure you read the one BILLION signs posted all over the walls with all the random rules and regulations. The old machines can't handle anything so there are a ton of rules in place because they malfunction easily I guess. So at my last house our washer broke down for maybe a month, looking around I found this very Peculiar laundry mat. My mom owned a laundry mat for years so here is what really pissed me off BAD. I wrote the washer #s of both machines my clothes were in. When I returned with my son I saw a lady actually taking my sons and my clothes out of the washer, so I yelled "HEY what are you doing?! Those are my clothes!" Then she said "No sir these are mine." And I said "actually no lady I wrote down the machine numbers, those are my sons Batman underwear, those are my clothes!" Then she said "sorry for the mix up", then IMMEDIATELY went and sat down behind the counter (this is a worker for crying out loud), she did NOT look in another washer, or even look around. She went directly to her post behind the counter and continued reading her book. She deliberately tried to steal my sons and my clothes, it is a pretty shady way to treat your customers, and I literally only went back one other time after that because I was in dire need and I sat I front of my clothes the WHOLE time EVERYTIME. These people want your money and your clothes god forbid you leave a tote they will take it. I have never been dealt such a great deal of disrespect in my life. Found myself having to search for laundromats when my washer broke, and the one nearest me was so packed I ended up here. Glad I did though, it's clean and the gentleman at the desk was friendly. I had a good experience here I had to take in my queen size comforter my mattress pad a couple of blankets my sheets my pillow shams and I used two of the largest machines they did the job well the laundry mat was very clean there was a woman there running it yes they do have a lot of rules and regulations and you are not allowed to use the bathroom but other than that I got done what I needed to do and I will definitely be back if the need arises. Like other reviewers, this place is cramped for machines, people, and laundry. I only came here to use the industrial sized front load washer to wash 3 sleeping bags. I thought they may be large after seeing other laundromats, but these front loaders were no bigger than my home washer. I jammed 2 small bags in one washer and a bigger bag in the other washer. $3.50 each or $7.00 for both. Oh well. There aren't many options in NE Mesa and i didn't want to drive. I had the day off, on the last FRI of July, my washer and dryer were busted, so I visited Fluff N Clean at Power and Broadway in East Mesa. I had allot of laundry, and just $5.00 bills, so I wanted to make sure I had enough quarters, I went in first to get change. Immediately I had an elderly women (short white hair) approach, and in a real hostile, and snippy attitude accost me. She stated "this machine is only for people washing their clothes", I explained to her I had allot of laundry, and it was in the car! 'well she ignored me, and just kept verbally questioning me ,in a loud, rancor voice and attitude. I told her again, then walked out and got my clothes. As far as doing your laundry goes, this place gets the job done in a friendly atmosphere where there are people to help if you have a question or get stuck. They open early and stay til 10 pm. I was originally looking for a 24-hr one, but I will come here from now on. I started thinking, probably not the best idea to be somewhere in the middle of the night anyway. They have a large variety of machines, something for everyone. I had to wash bedding, rugs, towels, and it saved me on my electricity bill by doing it there. Fortunately for me I haven't been to a laundromat in 20 years so I have no idea if the prices are high but others say they are. However, this laundromat looks exactly like the last one I was in two decades ago. Get my point? My husband had been in the hospital down the street for nearly two weeks and I needed to get some things clean. This laundromat is next to a check cashing place, cash for coins, and other high quality businesses. When I pulled up on a Friday, I was happy to see they will wash your clothes for you. Great! That way I can get back to the hospital. I walked in with no one in sight and there was a note on the window that said "if no one is here go next door and ask for Nick." I went next door to the sports cards shop and asked for Nick. I was directed to a guy outside fixing a golf cart. I asked him if they would wash my clothes and he responded "It will be Monday Hun. It's coming up on the weekend." So you don't wash clothes on the weekend? I went inside to wash them myself and got $5 worth of quarters for the wash, dry, and soap. I went over to the soap dispensing machine and it said "no quarters, only bills". Um ok. I was able to scramble for a $1 bill in my purse. Started the laundry. Now I have to pee. What do you know. No bathrooms! So I'm supposed to be here two hours washing laundry and no have access to a bathroom? I had to sneak in Arby's next door to use the bathroom, which I'm pretty sure they are getting tired of. Nick proceeded to be wheeling and dealing all over the place in the strip mall area the entire time I was there. I had to wash my clothes twice as the cycle lasted all of about 11 minutes (no way they're clean). Fortunately, for Nick there seem to be plenty of people in the area that need a laundromat. I agree 100% with the two FIVE STAR reviewers, not the other guy...this place is FAR AND AWAY an extremely nice place to do laundry, very clean and well-maintained. I had need of the drop-off laundry service for a very large order for an elderly lady who had fallen ill and needed assistance. I called Phil and asked for a price quote. He explained the pricing system (per pound charge) and when I mention a 'large' drop off order, he said up front that he might need a couple of days as he'd had several drop offs that morning. Setting customer expectations is part of great customer service, and I appreciated it! I said the wait was fine as the person I was helping was in the hospital at the time. I dropped off the EIGHT bags of laundry, and Phil said he would call when they were ready. Imagine my surprise when I got a call the very next day saying all was ready! Phil had stayed late the previous evening to finish the order...that is what I call above and beyond. Upon picking up the order, I saw that they had nicely folded most of the towels and t-shirts, but had hung on hangers the blouses and nicer items, and sheathed them in plastic. Needless to say, the lady was thrilled when she saw everything clean and neatly folded, and what a huge help to her this had been. I personally appreciated Phil's terrific customer service, and warm and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend the place, and would absolutely come here again myself!
