They seem to lose clothes, mix it up with other customers, then want the people that have them to bring it back to the store for them - what if they don't return it? If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my son's suit in to be dry cleaned on Jan 11th at 9:25 am and was told it would be done on Tuesday the 16th, not the fastest turn around time but okay. I arrived at 3:30 on the16th and it's not done... I came back on my next day off on the 19th... the suit is wrinkled and looks worse than when I brought it in. There are white streaks on the pants that weren't there before. Taking the suit there is likely going to result in me having to buy a new suit... this wasn't an inexpensive suit and now my son does not have a nicely pressed suit to wear to his dance tomorrow. Dropped off two shirts on Wednesday afternoon... Explained I needed to pick them up absolutely Friday afternoon. They say come after 4pm. Apparently they haul their stuff to a different store to do the cleaning. This location is just a pickup and dropoff store. So, the other place delivers after 4pm. No problem. Friday afternoon we go to pick the items up and they have a sign on the door that says they had to close early and ti come back tomorrow. Ya.. that's great .. but my gig is Friday night. This place is awful! We came here for years and never had an issue- as soon as they moved to their new location by Safeway on power road it's been nothing but a nightmare. They lost our garmet bag that we purchased from them. When asked about it the young kid said yep, don't have it! They have young kids working that don't have a clue what's going on. They couldn't even produce a receipt and what they charged. They are way over priced, disorganized and horrible customer care. Avoid this place! Took two EXPENSIVE drapes to have sewn together to create a shower Curtain. Request was to sew the two panels together with a blind hem, shorten to 72" (FROM THE TOP, to removed the rod pockets from the top) and add 12 equally spaced button holes (as in a standard shower curtain.) The RESULT: The excess was taken from the bottom...still have rod pocket. Seam connecting the two panels is NOT blind. It's bulky and crooked. Two of the VERY large button holes are only two inched apart. The only one of five requests that was done. Panel ending up being 72" long. requested a call from the owner. Never got one. Guess I should have read some reviews before dropping $65.00 in advance to ruin my project. read more

I found this dry cleaner last week when looking for a place to get my son's ROTC uniform cleaned. The manager, Ashlee, was pleasant on drop off and pick up, the uniform was located quickly, was immaculate and was very carefully bagged up. Even the tie was on its own hanger! I had loved these guys for a very long time until recently and now it has become a complete and utter s*it show. The last time I went in there they didn't even bother to get the stains that were pointed out labeled, so the stains were now set in the shirt. On 12/21/18 I brought 9 items in for laundry/dry cleaning, the expected pick-up time date was scheduled for 1/2/2019. Initially I believe there were 5 shirts that could not be located. To date, they have found All but 2 of my husband's shirts. I filled out a claim form weeks ago and have heard nothing back. I've visited or called the Cleaners on at least 6 separate occasions from January 2019 to 3/8/19 trying to either retrieve the missing shirts or to obtain compensation for the 2 shirts. I had Red Moutain dry clean one of my nice blouses. It was lost for 3 months. Not sure why I did it but brought back the same blouse to have dry cleaned again. It was gone for a month then they called me and said it was ripped. I went into the cleaners and the blouse looked like the sleeve was put in a grinder. I asked for payment. She started questioning me, how long have you had it, what did you pay for it, etc. I was only asking $50 for an Ann Taylor Loft Silk blouse. My husband went to this cleaners for some time and we tolerated their so-so work because they had low prices BUT the last several months both the dry cleaning and shirt laundry work has become completely intolerable. e.g My husband took in a brand new shirt. It came back with only 1/2 of one of the buttons. He took it back and pointed it out. He was told it would be fixed. Took it home......it was NOT fixed. Took it back; brought it home....NOT fixed. Third time took it in and spoke to owner. Was assured it would be fixed. Brought it home....NOT fixed. I brought a few items in with a few minor stains and when I got home I realized the stains were still there. I also noticed my purple blouse was incredibly wrinkled on the bottom half. Similar to when you wear a seatbelt and I couldn't believe this was the way they returned items. I had visited this cleaners a few times previously so I was surprised at the lack of quality. I will say the young ladies who work the counter are very nice. I don't know where they ship their clothes off to get processed but they do terrible work. Oh, and those stains I mentioned? I've been a customer at this location for over 3 years and have been really happy. I used for both professional and personally on a weekly basis. The last 8 months or so, everything has gone downhill. They lost an item and didn't take any action or act like they cared. I forced a resolution and figured it was a one-off situation. Went back for another chance and dropped off clothes and they ruined 1 item and lost another. They said they would give me store credit, but that doesn't replace the 2 lost or ruined items. I can't go buy them and why would I want a store credit to give you a 3rd chance? No thanks! Zero customer service. The teenagers running the register is fine by me, but the manager or boss behind the scenes is doing nothing about the issues. This is the worst cleaners in the area. They lost an expensive sweater of mine back in December (after I had to go through all of the racks with the girl at the desk to even find my items I had brought in to be cleaned). I filed a claim over a month ago and even spoke to the owner who told me she would go ahead and settle the claim over 2 weeks ago and I still do not have a check. I have had to return to the store at least 8 times since they do not answer their phone. This is the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I took 7 shirts in for cleaning. When I went back last Wednesday 12/11 to pick them up, they couldn't find 1 of them. At the time there were 2 young ladies a young man and a gentleman working. When I gave them my claim ticket they brought me back 6 shirts. They fumbled around a bit looking for the 7th but could not find it. As the line behind me was growing, I told the young man in good faith, please just call me when you find it. NO PHONE CALL. I went back Saturday, 12/14 the young man was working. He showed me 6 different shirts he thought might be mine. No luck. I asked him to have the manager call me. NO PHONE CALL. I called yesterday 12/16 left a message NO PHONE CALL. Called again today 12/17 answering machine again. Being ex military myself and seeing the establishment was ex military owned, I thought for sure the service would be outstanding. Well.....That was a mistake. These people owe me $22.50 or my shirt. Bottom line NEVER will I deal with these people again. read more
