I have taken a few items and they treat everything with care! I had a vintage denim jacket that had a yellowing from storage and they were successful in getting the jacket back to its original glory. Very affordable and super fast turnaround! read more

They consistently do an excellent job with both our laundry and wash/press needs. Get setup on their text service and they'll next you when it's ready. Also sign up for email as occasionally they sent out coupons :) Pricing is very fair at $4.50 prepaid per item. Super friendly staff and marked parking right in front of the building. read more

Park Avenue Cleaners - Can't beat the price and quality here! They text you when it's ready so that is super convenient - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Very friendly service with good results. I went in as a new customer and received the run down of available services and a small discount

Been coming to this place for close to a decade now, and there isn't a better dry cleaner in the Arcadia/Arcadia Lite area. They're relatively inexpensive, super fast (dry cleaning pickup same day, laundry next day), and always very friendly. Not much else a dry cleaner has to provide to be top notch, but they do it with consistency that allows you to know what you're getting, every time, with no issues - ever. They also offer a great referral incentive for referring new customers! read more

I was a customer here for 10+ years. It has gone DRAMATICALLY downhill. The service is rude beyond compare and their quality of work has PLUMMETED. Heed my warning...go to Maroney's up the street and thank me later. read more

Park Avenue Cleaners - Didn't even bother to remove the pin. Zero care in what they do. - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I dropped by to get a dress dry cleaned, however, I was on a time crunch and dropped it off Wednesday evening and needed it by Friday morning (yes that's on me). The man at the front desk, I did not get his name, was super kind and helped me out super quick and said he would have it ready Thursday by 4pm. I'll update when I pick it up, but as of now, I'll def be back for more dry cleaning ! also note to pay cash if you can lol read more

0/5 Extremely horrible service. The employees have a attitude as if they don't want customers to bring business. I gave grace many times but after my experience today I can no longer support bad behavior. They safety pin your clothes which causes holes to be left ... very disappointed in them. read more

These guys are great. Super quick, high quality cleaning, very reasonably priced, very detailed oriented, extremely good at both the dropping off and picking up process. Cleaners for life! read more

I brought in a white sweater with a 6 month old red wine stain and the owner, David, was determined to get it out for me. The shirt now looks brand new again. I bring all my dry cleaning here and they always do such a wonderful job. Staff is very friendly too. Highly recommend read more

There are better cleaners out there who know how to treat long-time and new customers. And whose staff knows the importance of patrons. I have zero tolerance for rude people, especially when my money is involved. If you are looking for friendly dry cleaning provider, go elsewhere. One way parking. There are five spaces dedicated to the cleaners. Accessible entrance. read more

Park Avenue is all you can ever ask for in a dry cleaner! Affordable, good quality, quick turnaround times, friendly service. I've brought all kinds of dress clothes here, plus large heavy blankets that won't fit in my regular washer and dryer. Recently I brought in a formal gown I loaned a friend for a wedding. My friend had too much fun in my dress and it was pretty dang filthy. Park Avenue was able to get all the stains out of the gown, but it did require a couple extra days to do a deep clean. The owner Dave called me personally to tell me of the delay and his plan to get my gown clean again. Talk about five star service!!! Thank you Dave, thank you Park Avenue!!! read more

Very good customer service within this family-owned business. I brought a dress in to try them out & pretty satisfied with the outcome/cleaning. PAC also offers same-day & laundry services. I normally pay $16 for this dress to be dry cleaned & with their pre-paid requirements, I only paid $9. + the turn around time was 2 days. I'll use this cleaners for my remaining time in AZ. read more

Great staff and great prices. My clothes always come back looking brand new off the rack

They are very nice, and fairly priced, but u fortunately I would say go elsewhere. Over the years the quality of the service of the garments have declined. I get garments coming back that almost looked like they haven't even been touched, with big splotches or stains left. They usually tell you if they couldn't get something out, but the past couple of times I went it seemed as if everything was well and good to go but once I looked over my garments it's just not the case. I actually have a few garments come back with flaws that WERENT there before I dropped off. Sadly, I don't think I'll be coming back or using this service anymore. read more

Quick and easy. They do a great job for a good price and they are friendly about it! I recommend a visit

Great customer service and was Able to even meet the manager. My clothes were dry cleaned well and would recommend this cleaners to others. Staff was personable and professional. Same day dry cleaning services available on specific days of the week. May want to call to be sure of the days. Definitely would be a repeat customer. read more

This is my cleaners!!! Once again I've been impressed with them. I've been bringing my clothes, blankets etc here since 2008. Never have they ever disappointed me! I recently got a cat, and it started peeing on things. It urinated on my thick Mexican blanket... which is cause for a return to the shelter! Anyhow, I attempted to go to another cleaners where they wanted double of what Park Avenue charged me. I grabbed my pissy blanket and ran! I'll never stray from Park Avenue again! read more

Great cleaner with very affordable prices! Easy drop off process and the staff is always very nice

Consistent and good pricing. I have never had any issues or bad service. I've been using them for many years even though I don't live that close! read more

I moved to the area and this is the first time I used Park Avenue Cleaners. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcomed me. I came in to drop off two suits and he let me know about the pricing on there laundry service for future shirts if I ever wanted to use them. The suits were dropped off at 5:30 p.m. and they were ready the next day at 5:30 p.m.. The price is extremely reasonable and fair. When I picked up my suits, I forgot a couple of handkerchiefs and they took them out of the pockets and dry cleaned them for me. I would have paid for it but they said they took care of it. I didn't realize I left them in there. The same gentleman was the one that helped me when I picked up my items. It was super quick easy and he was friendly. I will definitely be a regular here for all of my dry cleaning and laundry needs. read more

Consistency is key Not only are the prices unbeatable, but the staff is kind and the turn around time on dry cleaning is amazingly fast. Super impressed with their team! read more

There is never a happy medium when finding a solid dry cleaner. I buy and resell part time. Many times I find items that are soiled and or need attention. The last cleaners I took items to left horrible residue stains on my items.. this location, sadly did the same. To be fair, The owner seems very very nice and beyond knowledgable. But that has nothing to do with the other staff whom is actually handling the items. 80percent of the items sent still had the same spots, stains , basic dirt under cuffs and Sadly more stains, pulls, that we started with. Items had blue stains that weren't there, residue from cleaning products, and pulls in the fabric that didnt have before.I will not return. read more

I've been using Park Avenue Dry Cleaners for years and they've always been professionally friendly, plus my clothes have been returned to me exactly how I've expected - cleaned, fresh and pressed to the 'nines'. Thank you kindly, KB. read more

As a business woman I have a ton of dry cleaning. This bill can add up and hurt the pockets. Though dry cleaners like Park Avenue Cleaners who offer same day service at one low price makes it worth the trip. My first experience here was today. I have used the same cleaners for over 10 years however their prices keep going up and up and up. I have another one that is not to far away but stumbled upon this cleaners on Yelp. I drive a little further but it is in an area I frequently pass by. My experience was fantasic. Easy parking that allowed me to get in and out. The gentlemen who checked in my clothing was super friendly. I had dry cleaning and laundry service. I also saved 10% off my first time cleaning service. I did not get there before 9am to take advantage of the same day service but I will get my clothing the following day. The laundry service takes one extra day. I have to say this is not bad at all. Especially for the price and the wonderful service. I could tell this was a busy location but everyone there was friendly to all patrons who walked through the door. I will be returning as I am highly impressed with the level of customer service. read more

Ditto to Patti's review below mine... I recently switched to this 'discount dry cleaners' and I'm saving tons of $$$! It is great quality and I have not had any problems yet (knock on wood)! Every item is just $1.99 unless you bring in a coupon that they send out every few weeks direct mail and then you can get it for $1.75 each - even better! I've even given them items that say 'do not dry clean' by accident, and they've caught them and refunded my money. Be prepared that you pay when you drop off, and you need to pay with cash or check to avoid any additional fees. read more

Was on a time crunch and needed several items dry cleaned same day, Park Avenue had no issues getting this done! Dropped off before 9am and was able to pick up at 1pm that afternoon, it was such a peace of mind knowing I would have everything I needed for an upcoming business trip. Thank you Park Avenue and your friendly staff! read more

This is the best "cheap" dry cleaner in town by far! It's out of the way for me, but I take everything here regardless of the distance because they are reliable, cost-effective and have a great system for tracking clothes. I never worry that they will misplace my items. I had a bad experience with another discount dry cleaner who went out of business overnight with my clothes (including an expensive suit) in their keep! Park Avenue is clearly not shady, and I trust that they won't leave me hanging. They also send coupons on a regular basis, and have a great referral system. I've always had great service and never had a problem. Parking can be a crunch sometimes, but there are usually spots around the corner if the ones up front are taken. I highly recommend them! read more

This is by far the best dry cleaners out there. I live in paradise valley but I drive all the way here to drop off my clothes, washable rugs etc. also their prices are by far better than the overpriced dry cleaners I been to in Scottsdale. So I highly recommend this place. read more

Great place, reasonable prices, and owner is wonderful to work with. We have gone there for years!

I can't recall if I've reviewed them yet, but these guys are simply the best. Extremely fair and straightforward pricing, friendly and happy employees who are pleased to help customers. Here's a tip: instead of worrying about having cash on hand or dealing with a transaction fee on a credit card, just throw $20 or so at a time on your account and it makes things go much smoother. Recently I brought them a blanket with very high sentimental value that had been damaged by melted candle wax from being stored in a car with a candle (Arizona problems?). I was a bit skeptical of what could be done, but I figured I'd ask them because if it is a garment or a fabric, I trust them to clean it with care. The employee cheerfully informed me that the candle wax would most likely come right out, and though I was skeptical of how this could be, I trusted her completely. A couple days later I brought in the blanket and left it with them, being informed that it would take a week and that the owner would supervise its cleaning due to the delicacy of the job. A week later I stopped in and the blanket looked brand new with zero sign of what had occurred. Another story that I don't have time to recount fully is a suit jacket that began to have some pilling on the shoulders. I have various jackets cleaned by Park Avenue Cleaners frequently and none of them pill, so I thought it might be a problem with the construction of the garment. A helpful employee informed me that it was indeed probably the construction of the garment that was causing it, and gave me a photocopy of an article explaining how and why it happened, and she also had the owner call me a few days later and leave a voicemail explaining the same. Absolute top tier service and I am one happy customer! Thank you! read more

Park Avenue is the only cleaner I trust with my garments! I have brought thousands of dollars of intricate and delicate designer clothing here for years! The owner is 100% on top of his business and has even contacted me to walk me through specific cleaning processes on some of my more elaborate garments. The staff is nothing but nice and always humors me when I ask for specific pieces to be cleaned in a net bag for extra care. I live in Gilbert and make a point to drive to Park Avenue on my lunch break to ensure my garments are taken care of! I will continue to drive out of my way for the services at Park Avenue as long as I live in Arizona! read more

Was not overly impressed with the results. Have had a lot of suits dry cleaned by then, more than I can count, all with great 5 star results. First time using the wash and press service and if the 7 shirts I put in at least 5 appeared to not have been pressed. Visible wrinkles and no attention was paid to the collars as far as I can see and a shirt came back with a stain that wasn't even from me. As you can see in the pictures below. Not super noticeable but enough if I'm paying for a service I would expect better results. Will continue to use their dry cleaning as it's quicks and usually goes well but will not utilize their clean and press service any longer. While they did offer to re-press the shirts that would have me wait until the next day and this is my entire wardrobe for the week and I can't wait any longer, and this wouldn't fix the issue with the stain on the shirt either. read more
