The price seems to be fair and the machines all working . The change machine was the best one I've operated and needed quarters . Laundry is done and here's the truth . It's a hangout for drug users and poor decisions making people. A Comunity thought to be in secret but is everywhere. When a stinky person came into the place and sat down I was uncomfortable. The stench was something undesirable to smell . If you need to do laundry late this is open 24 hrs

A nice touch was that the divisional NFL playoffs were on TV so I could still enjoy the game while doing the dreaded laundry. There's even an arcade area to keep the kiddos entertained. Since this location is in a shopping center, there is a plethora of parking.

I guess asking to use the restroom made her upset because she started slamming the filter drawers while I was trying to load the dryers , took the filter out to the dryer I was using got lint dust everywhere in my CLEAN CLOTHES so I went to close my dryer as she cleaned the one next to me. I also had to ask if it was ok if the drawer was slightly open since I was gonna dry my clothes and when she slammed it , it didn't close properly she said it was fine and wouldn't damage my clothes. Just very rude.. made me uncomfortable now I'm sitting here anxiously waiting for my clothes to dry because she was so mean and I don't want anything to happen to my clothes.

We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

I specified (and paid extra) for the original hem to be preserved and got back jeans with a tiny little tight hem that does not look like a jeans hem and makes the flared bottom look stiff, not relaxed. Would definitely never take your designer jeans here and I'm personally never going to use them again.

I brought my brand new comforter to this dry cleaner, expecting professional care and service. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. When I picked up my comforter after the first cleaning, I discovered that the cotton filling inside was completely balled up and uneven no longer flat as it should be. I called immediately to explain the issue, and they told me to bring it back so they could re-clean it and "stretch the cotton from corner to corner." After picking it up the second time, I was shocked to find it in the exact same condition still clumped and poorly handled. I checked the care instructions on the comforter, which clearly state to wash cold and tumble dry low. However, the tag was melted, which leads me to believe it was dried on high heat, directly against the manufacturer's instructions. To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration, they told me I should try taking it back to the store I bought it from. That's not only unreasonable, but it's dismissive. The comforter had been opened and clearly mishandled it wasn't the store's fault, it was theirs. I even attempted to stretch and flatten the cotton myself at home, and honestly, I did a better job than they did. The quality of service here is poor, and even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. Despite being right across the street from me, I will not be returning. Sometimes, convenience just isn't worth sacrificing quality and care. I hope this review helps someone else avoid having their valuable items damaged like mine My total was $75 read more

Being new to the Valley of the Sun, I have made the round of the Valley's dry cleaners and Tony's is by far the finest there is. If you're sorta an eco-friendly hippie (like me), you will love that they use environmentally friendly products which omits the chemical-y smell that dry cleaned clothes oftentimes carry. Bring your old hangers in for recycling and green garment bags are available for purchase! Tony's staff and owners are as helpful as they come and know me on a first-name basis. Personalized service goes a long way nowadays! My clothes are always ready on time and perfectly pressed; if you are extra busy and fighting for time they even offer home delivery and pickup! Talk about convenience. If you have collectible pieces or are picky about your wardrobe, the only one to trust is Tony's. I'll stake (and already have) my wedding dress on it! We live nowhere near this location & we still have gone out of our way for over a decade & given them our business. We gave them our business during the pandemic-- because we believed in helping out local businesses & truly, we thought they appreciated it. I don't know what has changed & I have sat on this draft for over a month waiting for this dry cleaner to return a call over a ruined scarf-one that they know that they damaged; one that they either have chosen to ignore, or just have forgotten about. I will start by also stating we like the people who have always ran this location &I don't understand what has shifted so drastically in the way they do business & treat customers. BUT there has been a shift in many ways. I'll start with what has caused me to post a negative review . In November, I sent in our clothes via my husband for our weekly dry cleaning & one for alteration. My clothing was picked up about a week later & when my husband got home it home , I checked it , something I had started doing due to some other errors mainly with alterations that I had let go. The designer scarf ( Coach) had a safety pin in it & it had caused pin holes along with several snags. I noticed it immediately.This scarf was bought about 3 months prior &I like to take it on my business trips - it's a casual, small easy 'bandeau' scarf. I took some photos & called Martinizing as soon as I saw it. I was asked to text her the photos of the scarf. I sent the photos to a different number & she acknowledged the damage. She insisted over and over she could make my silk scarf right again. My husband took my scarf in a week later since we had been customers for so long we decided to give them a chance. The 'correction' took another several days & when my husband brought this scarf home some of the pin holes were gone now but the scarf was still damaged & again, not in the original condition in which it had been dropped to Martinizing in November. I called Martinizing -- my call was declined. I called again. It didn't go through. I called a third time and this time I left a voicemail advising them of what I expected now that I had given them the opportunity to 'fix' my damaged scarf over three weeks ago. I gave them til after the holidays considering they may be busy too call me back; no call back. I emailed the Martinizing corporate office-- again no response. I have now reached out to try and recoup the damage to a relatively new scarf that was a staple piece in my business attire via the Better Business Bureau and within two hours I received a response stating that I 'had sent the original damaged photos rather than the ones they 'fixed'. I was only allowed on the BBB site to upload so many MB of photos; I figured it was important to show the original damage caused to my scarf. I actually uploaded 3 of the before and 2 of the after. All show the damage. In their response on BBB they state that 'the manufacturers care tag was missing'; so they acknowledge damage but do nothing? No one discounts that but if you as a dry cleaner can't properly dry clean a silk scarf without putting a safety pin in it & possibly ruining the silk without a tag attached, then it was up to you as the business to reach out to the owner, (my husband or myself), as you had in the past when you had a question about clothing dropped off (and that had been done via text or call!), and ask!.. this time, that was not done. I also found that ironic that a knee jerk response was given to the BBB considering that Martinizing had a voicemail from me on 15DEC. that they did not return to either me or my husband. I asked for our dry cleaning bill to voided or the cost this scarf-- both about the same in cost. Not unreasonable.Please tell me how it is you can drop off something in perfect condition to be cleaned- it comes back damaged- you reach out to discuss options with the business who caused the damage & they ghost you & gaslight you in messages as though it's your fault? How does that happen? I have now reached out to the Attorney General's office. I am so disappointed in how they have handled ruining an item. I am not the first nor will I be the last customer who has an issue. I think in the cost of doing business it's in how you handle it. The cost of losing a long time loyal customer to me, is more costly than admitting the mistake & making it right. An apology goes a long way when it was the business who ruined an item of a loyal customer. I guess I learned a lesson in loyalty.. I hope the $125 Coach scarf is worth how bad it looks that you were too pride driven to say you were truly sorry - call and apologize and use the words, "how can we earn your trust back?" So incredibly sad.

On my first visit to Malibu Cleaners, I had to get several shirts and pants dry cleaned. I picked everything up the next day in great condition. This was before I realized that I really didn't need everything dry-cleaned. They had Saturday hours, so I dropped off three shirts on Saturday afternoon. They are closed Sunday but two of my shirts were ready on Monday when stated. One wasn't ready until Tuesday but that was due to there being a small stain they couldn't get out without the possibility of damage to the shirt itself. I appreciated them spending an extra day trying to remove the stain. When I stopped by yesterday, I saw someone just in front of me with what looked like a dozen shirts. A second employee saw me waiting before the customer with all of the shirts and immediately stepped up to see how they could assist me. I also appreciated not having to wait long. Malibu Cleaners is considered "the Phoenix Valley's premier, full-service dry cleaner and laundry." You can learn more about them by visiting their website at https://www.malibucleans.com. They are a green cleaners and has a mission that includes providing quality and service to exceed customer expectations. They have set prices for laundered shirts, dry cleaned pants, dry cleaned suit jackets, and wash and fold service by the pound (and more on their website). They are opened weekdays from 7 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM, and closed on Sundays. Closed brought in are typically ready the next day after 4 PM. Upon request, if in before 9 AM, it could be ready the same day by 4 PM at no extra charge (except for Tuesdays and Fridays).
