I did get him upon pickup, to take $20 off my bill but I think $qthey're only full and they don't require being dry cleaned. My only concern is I dont have an AZ phone #, so when they took my number at intake they didnt take my full number. I wasn't able to be called about my clothing. They told me it would be ready the next day. Came in the following day an hour or two early but they said it was quoted for a different day. I told them I was told next day "today", but luckily I think it was already cleaned so they did the press on the spot for me while I waited at the delicious Vietnamese eatery next door. I used an oil based body moisturizer right before trying on my polyester bridesmaids dress & got stains ALL over it two days before the wedding, like a total dummy! I took my dress in, they marked the spots & I requested to pick it up the next day, which they said wasn't a problem! I didn't realize there was a time stamp of 5pm pickup the following day on the receipt so I showed up at 1pm and it was all ready to go hours before, with no stains in sight, plus it was steamed (which I wouldn't have thought to do either!)
