Quality of the service is on par or better than most dry cleaners in the area. My shirts always come back clean and well pressed, but not over starched. The staff is always quick to check in or out and never any issues. I haven't had a repair needed yet, so more to follow if that need arises. Only thing not perfect is the price. I had a comforter and shams dry cleaned. They were is good condition with a couple of thread loops, only a couple. They came back covered in thread loops sticking up out of the fabric. They claim it was the construction so ok. They said the would write a letter. The letter claims the fabrics came in that way which is a lie. So the letter was only a cover your butt letter. Just attempted to bring my clothing here and had the most bizarre experience. The two women working wanted me to sign a waiver saying they're not responsible for my clothing. I was like mmmmm soooo- if my clothes get ruined who is responsible?? -no one she replied. Who in their right mind would leave their designer clothing with these people?! **Updates are provide at the bottom of the review** I have been been a customer for over a year. Norterra Cleaner's has provided alterations to all my suits and dress pants. A few months ago I brought my three pairs of dress pants in to be hemmed and tapered. I asked to have all three of my dress pants altered exactly the same. However, my best suit pants were not altered to match the other dress pants. I didn't realize the mistake until 2 months after the alteration because I don't wear my best suit very often. I brought the pants back, they still had the yellow tag that the dry cleaners place on the pants after they are altered. The employee told me I waited too long to bring the pants back and would be charged 10 dollars for something that wasn't my mistake. I didn't even wear the pants. Who cares if it had been two months? When I came to pick up my pants, the same employee changed her attitude and told me I would be charged 18 dollars. Ridiculous. The very same day when I got home, I noticed a tear on the side of my 300 suit pants that wasn't there before the alteration. Now, I have to go back and waste more time. So frustrating. 8/13 I took the pants back to the dry cleaners and they offered to fix for free.. supposedly. I asked one store employee for the manager to call me and messaged the business on Yelp. No call from management as of today. The employee inside the store told me "the manager might call me" If you read reviews from other people that seems to be a trend. 8/20 Last week I received a message from the store owner on Yelp telling me that the hole will be repaired at no cost. The store also explained that I would receive a phone call once the repair is complete. I have not received any follow up. I messaged the business on Yelp today. 10/26 The owner responded on Yelp telling me that the situation would be taken care of. I never received any follow up. There are so many dry cleaners within ten miles of this location. I'm going to take my business somewhere else. The response provided by management on Yelp is a gimmick. 3/25 I officially give up. I brought in 2 of my uniform shirts needing tailoring and dry cleaning. The lady there pinned the shirt where I wanted it tailored, and I loved the look of the "POSSIBLE" tailor job. I was told it would take a week, and would be $50. It ended up taking 2 weeks, costing $74, and the tailor job wasn't even close to what I wanted, and what I paid for. I was given some BS excuse as to why they couldn't tailor it the way I wanted. If I'm paying for a service, I expect you to do what I'm paying you to do. So now I have to go spend more money somewhere else to tailor the uniforms. Will NEVER use again. Waste of money, waste of time. Horrible experience. read more

The lady who works in the front of the store is very kind. I was having a little bit unique article cleaned and she wanted to verify something to prevent possible damage. She said if she couldn't clean the article, she would call me, otherwise it will be ready by Thursday. My clothing was respected, and returned in perfect & clean condition, no drama. Should have paid attention to other reviews and not brought my business here. Twice they have put me in a jam for business travel because they did not have clothes ready for Saturday pick up. The first time I left feeling it was my fault because I dropped the clothes off on Friday @7:00am. I asked for Saturday pickup. When I went to pick it up I was told the one day turn around cost more and since I did not pay extra I should not have expected it on Saturday. "Friday drop offs are ready Monday". I thought since I asked for it on Saturday, I could expect it on Saturday. Miss #2 Dropped off a bagful of clothes on THURSDAY at 7:00am for Saturday pick up. Show up on Saturday and only half is ready because "it's not suppose to be back until Monday". When I say I am screwed because the clothes are needed of travel on Sunday I was scolded for bad language. "If it's set for Monday why is half of it here?" "I don't know, it's suppose to be here on Monday" No apologies for this screw up, only blaming the other worker. Also was informed that I "should thank them for being honest" How were they honest? They gave me my shirt that they previously lost and it was unaccounted for. When I returned to pick up the wash they required that I pay again. Complete fraud! Make sure you save your receipt if you pay cash with these very dishonest people.
