Very friendly service with quick turn around time on cleaning. They have customer loyalty programs which are a plus and they have a quick drop off service which is great for my schedule since I'm always on the go! I just started using Discount Cleaners and I'm encouraged by all the wonderful reviews. read more

I have continued to give your company my business despite these issues, but this has become a recurring problem. I would appreciate someone addressing this situation and taking responsibility for the damage to my clothing. I would also like to know what can be done to prevent this from happening again. I value good customer service and would like to continue doing business with you, but I need to feel confident that my clothes are being properly cared for. I only worn this lining pair of shorts twice. I am disappointed that I was told look read the sign after I come there twice a week or more to have my clothes dry clean. I would never treat a loyal payiing customer like that and a bit surprised. read more

Great reviews but probably not the cleaner to choose for anything above average needs. Took in a suit jacket in with a stain and they did not get it out, but still charged (That's ok, I get it, time.). However, when I took the jacket to my regular cleaner (I recently moved.), they took care of it on the spot and blew me away. I thought it was some crazy stubborn stain, but no, just the average effort. I left the jacket to get pressed and they didn't charge a thing. They appreciate the opportunity to correct another cleaner's fumble. read more

Update. Lets break down what he said here " We have stayed in communication. The items came in with lot of markings and after cleaning at pick up you were happy. From picture you showed looks like a shoe print or foot markig maybe from a tourney or during your teachings . We offered for you to bring the item in at your convenience since you teach classes all the time. You did not want to bring the item back The offer still stands to clean item as we do not have control of what took place after the pick up. We will be here when you are ready." staying in communication was a lie. the last communication i received from them before i told them i would be posting reviews of my negative experience with them was on July 21 2026 then today on August 5th after they hadn't responded to my email on July 23 2026. I was happy when i walked out? says who? i was in a hurry to go teach class. alot of marking he says. I asked him to show me proof and i would be more than happy to drop this claim. he never did. so he lied. shoe mark? that was clearly a burnt iron mark from poor workmanship. Anyone that trains in Karate knows shoes are not used. that's Kung Fu not Karate. he says he cant be held "Responsible for what happens after" what he is not saying is they folded the damaged to the GI pants so you could not see it until l took it off the hanger. What i paid for vs. what i got. I walked in a week before my karate tournament. I gave them several pieces. Ranging from a suit to my karate gi. I picked it up on Wednesday. They said i would be texted but never told me to look in my spam so i never received a text. I had to call. I picked up my GI on my way to teach class. Everything appeared to be okay. Until the next morning and i take my gi out of the cleaners bag. I see burn a burn mark over my Gi pants. I reached out to them and informed them of the damage. I told them i was at a tournament and there was nothing that could be done, as the tournament was 3 days long. Anyone that does karate knows your gi needs to be clean for a tournament. As i run a school, this made me look bad. I walked in on Monday or Tuesday and show them the damage. I requested the gi be replaced. I gave them the price, where they could buy it and brand. They said they could "wash it again". I said you cant wash out burn marks. I even went so far as to meet in the middle and ask that they just replace the GI pants. They ignored me. This is my next step. All platforms and the BBB will know of what you did so the right thing and replace my gi bottoms and issue me a full refund for your poor handling of my item. You charge way too much vs. The services i paid for. Let me also add this company operates under three different names. 1. ABC dry cleaners , the store front. 2. Via email they operate as Norterra cleaners. Vs. The reality which is discount cleaners. read more

Had eight medical white coats cleaned and pressed here for work, and they did a fantastic job! Turnaround was about two days. I even found a $10 off coupon for new customers spending $50 on Yelp, and they honored it with no hassle. read more

Quality of the service is on par or better than most dry cleaners in the area. My shirts always come back clean and well pressed, but not over starched. The staff is always quick to check in or out and never any issues. I haven't had a repair needed yet, so more to follow if that need arises. Only thing not perfect is the price. Seems higher in the north valley verses the east valley. read more

I have been a customer for the entire time I have lived in this area. My service has always been fantastic. Kim is very friendly. I have laundry service, alterations, and dry cleaning done here and it's always superb and a great value. Thank you! read more

Great service and quality! I have used them for dry cleaning frequently and have never had a concern.

Had a great experience. Good cleaners. They deliver on time and as expected always. Thanks

We have been going here for years and we have always had the best service!! The employees are always helpful and professional. One of my favorite employees is Kim!! She always has a smile and makes me feel welcomed!! read more

I have used several services from Norterra Cleaners. All services have been done very well. I like this place most of all for the positive customer service. Particularly from Kim, as she seems to be who I deal with most. She is pure Joy. Thank you for showing customer service still exists! read more

Kim takes such good care of me. They do alterations, button repair, etc. Never had to re-do anything.

The gal was very nice but there was either a stain or a burn mark on the jacket sleeve that didn't have a notice like I would get at other cleaners. Not saying they were responsible for it, just dismayed I didn't know when they were picked up cause I had to rush out to buy a new sports jacket. The rest were fine. read more

I had a comforter and shams dry cleaned. They were is good condition with a couple of thread loops, only a couple. They came back covered in thread loops sticking up out of the fabric. They claim it was the construction so ok. They said the would write a letter. The letter claims the fabrics came in that way which is a lie. So the letter was only a cover your butt letter. I have contacted the comforter maker do we will see what happens. read more

went above and beyond for a wedding I was invited to...thank you for being friendly and helpful you definitely made my weekend.

Great service and very professional people Very nice Service is very awesome And my close are very clean and press very nice

Just attempted to bring my clothing here and had the most bizarre experience. The two women working wanted me to sign a waiver saying they're not responsible for my clothing. I was like mmmmm soooo- if my clothes get ruined who is responsible?? -no one she replied. Who in their right mind would leave their designer clothing with these people?! I've never encountered anything like this in the 20 years I've been having my clothing dry cleaned. Beware! Seems incredibly sketchy. read more

**Updates are provide at the bottom of the review** I have been been a customer for over a year. Norterra Cleaner's has provided alterations to all my suits and dress pants. A few months ago I brought my three pairs of dress pants in to be hemmed and tapered. I asked to have all three of my dress pants altered exactly the same. However, my best suit pants were not altered to match the other dress pants. I didn't realize the mistake until 2 months after the alteration because I don't wear my best suit very often. I brought the pants back, they still had the yellow tag that the dry cleaners place on the pants after they are altered. The employee told me I waited too long to bring the pants back and would be charged 10 dollars for something that wasn't my mistake. I didn't even wear the pants. Who cares if it had been two months? When I came to pick up my pants, the same employee changed her attitude and told me I would be charged 18 dollars. Ridiculous. The very same day when I got home, I noticed a tear on the side of my 300 suit pants that wasn't there before the alteration. Now, I have to go back and waste more time. So frustrating. 8/13 I took the pants back to the dry cleaners and they offered to fix for free.. supposedly. I asked one store employee for the manager to call me and messaged the business on Yelp. No call from management as of today. The employee inside the store told me "the manager might call me" If you read reviews from other people that seems to be a trend. 8/20 Last week I received a message from the store owner on Yelp telling me that the hole will be repaired at no cost. The store also explained that I would receive a phone call once the repair is complete. I have not received any follow up. I messaged the business on Yelp today. 10/26 The owner responded on Yelp telling me that the situation would be taken care of. I never received any follow up. There are so many dry cleaners within ten miles of this location. I'm going to take my business somewhere else. The response provided by management on Yelp is a gimmick. 3/25 I officially give up. It is not worth the effort at this point. Every time I call the business, nobody answers. Frustrated. read more

I've been a customer here for just under one year. Kiran has helped me during most of 2020, as my schedule changed because of teleworking. She's always in a great mood and is easy to work with. I brought in 2 of my uniform shirts needing tailoring and dry cleaning. The lady there pinned the shirt where I wanted it tailored, and I loved the look of the "POSSIBLE" tailor job. I was told it would take a week, and would be $50. It ended up taking 2 weeks, costing $74, and the tailor job wasn't even close to what I wanted, and what I paid for. I was given some BS excuse as to why they couldn't tailor it the way I wanted. If I'm paying for a service, I expect you to do what I'm paying you to do. So now I have to go spend more money somewhere else to tailor the uniforms. Will NEVER use again. Waste of money, waste of time. Horrible experience. read more

The lady who works in the front of the store is very kind. I was having a little bit unique article cleaned and she wanted to verify something to prevent possible damage. She said if she couldn't clean the article, she would call me, otherwise it will be ready by Thursday. My clothing was respected, and returned in perfect & clean condition, no drama. Even went as far as to personally call me to let me know it was ready. I can tell they respect their customers and provide a quality service. read more

I travel out of my area to use Norterra. I chose them due to having the highest yelp rating. I also feel that nothing has happened. If it did, the owner would take care of it. He really does care about his business. read more

Perfect customer service. I didn't get her name but she was very polite. I went in to get my work pants altered "tapered" she knew exactly what I wanted pricing is reasonable for alterations. I have to admit I was a little nervous, once you cut up your clothing it's hard to cut back lol. So I picked up my pants this morning only 48 hours later and they were perfect. Now I can go work work comfortable! read more

Had a rug cleaned , it turned out better than new, and just beautiful. I have had it cleaned other place and it was not great, looked old and was poor looking. Norterra really surprised me. It took awhile to get the rug back and was 16 dollars more than I expected, but when I saw the rug, it was so worth it. read more

The best dry cleaner I've been to. They offer discounts for repeat business, the owners recognize my vehicle when I pull in, the provide a garmet back, and the price is very fair. Better than the big chains - although not quite as low as the 'discount' cleaners in town. read more

Found this place when my old cleaners closed down. Norterra Cleaners is family owned and they are the nicest people, fast and friendly. This is definitely our new cleaners. Last minute emergency hospital trip out of town and living in a hotel at the moment. Norterra does wash and fold and much worth the little extra than what it woulda costed me to pay to use the washer and dryer here, plus detergent. No pieces were missing and it was on time of the time and date given. Thank you Norterra for being a life saver! read more

Having decided to spend the winter in Scottsdale, I'd been looking for a place to do my dry cleaning. The staff is very courteous and always friendly. Should have paid attention to other reviews and not brought my business here. Twice they have put me in a jam for business travel because they did not have clothes ready for Saturday pick up. The first time I left feeling it was my fault because I dropped the clothes off on Friday @7:00am. I asked for Saturday pickup. When I went to pick it up I was told the one day turn around cost more and since I did not pay extra I should not have expected it on Saturday. "Friday drop offs are ready Monday". I thought since I asked for it on Saturday, I could expect it on Saturday. Miss #2 Dropped off a bagful of clothes on THURSDAY at 7:00am for Saturday pick up. Show up on Saturday and only half is ready because "it's not suppose to be back until Monday". When I say I am screwed because the clothes are needed of travel on Sunday I was scolded for bad language. "If it's set for Monday why is half of it here?" "I don't know, it's suppose to be here on Monday" No apologies for this screw up, only blaming the other worker. Also was informed that I "should thank them for being honest" How were they honest? They gave me my shirt that they previously lost and it was unaccounted for. Parting words from the cleaners "don't take your bad day out on me" I was having a fine day until YOU missed delivering on having my clothes ready on Saturday. read more

AVOID THIS CLEANER AT ALL COSTS. I took 4 suits to them to be dry cleaned and they destroyed a pair of my pants. I spoke to one person named Kieran who told me she could repair my pants and refund me. When I arrived the woman who greeted me did not honor the previously promised offer. Stay away if you want to save your money and clothes. As I type this I'm driving home to review my other suits and make sure they didn't destroy more of my expensive suits. read more

Excellent customer, dry cleaning and alteration service. So pleased to find someone who does quality job for reasonable price.

Fraud alert! I went to Norterra Cleaners on Thursday morning to get some laundry done and paid for the cleaning in advance as their sign clearly requires. When I returned to pick up the wash they required that I pay again. Complete fraud! Make sure you save your receipt if you pay cash with these very dishonest people. Update: The owners response is more fraud, if he has a video of me not paying he should post for everyone to see, he will not because he knows I was charged two times. Update: There is no mistake on my part, I was charged and paid twice. Your continuing the fraud with your denials and you know it. read more
