I'm updating my original review. After having a poor customer service experience, I must admit that this place knows what they are doing. They have gotten lipstick out of a white dress, horrible unknown stain out of my husbands dress shirt, and all of my clothes turn out perfect every time. In the future, my only hope would be that when a customer (me) expresses a concern, that the management take it seriously, reach out with a genuine response to fix the issue. That's all. read more

The 2 women at the front are very nice and professional. However, the quality of service when it comes to the clothes is terrible. I paid extra for De pilling, and all the items came back with pilling all over. It's like they didn't even try. i had to go in with my own de-pilling device i ordered off amazon to remove what they left and it's coming off just fine. I wouldn't have brought them in and paid for a service if I knew I'd have to do it myself anyways. Would not recommend coming here. read more

I brought in shorts (2) to have the Velcro strip replaced on 10/25/24 and the employee told me they didn't know how much it would cost, but the manager would text me with that information. I never got a text so I went back in on 11/04/24 and was told the shorts we're not done yet, but it would cost me $20.00 I was originally promised the short would be done by 11/05/24 and today was the 8th so I went back into the store and they told me my shorts were done and it was gonna be $40.00 After a short discussion I got my shorts for $20.00 NEVER GOING BACK!!!!! read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE. The staff are great and friendly. Whoever their outsourced cleaners are have ruined 4-5 times of mine and didn't replace the cost. I did use their tailor for one item ( cleaners ripped the hardware out of the $200 dress!) instead of paying for the dress they took it to the tailors who replaced the entire middle piece which I do not ask for, the quality of the repair was not up to par and I had to have it fixed 3 times due to sloppy work. I had another top snagged, a zipper was not zipped and the pressing machine ruined it, most recently I had a custom dress that had embellishments ripped off and they couldn't find them. Again, no fault of the staff, but ownership and the outsourced cleaners are bad here. I have been coming here for 10 years and kept trying to give second chances, they switched vendors two years ago and it ruined the quality. Will be going elsewhere. read more

Husband and I asked about pricing per men's jacket when we dropped them off for cleaning. We were told $12.50 each. Upon pickup, we noticed we were charged about $2 more for each jacket. Price needs to be documented upon drop off and the staff needs to know the correct prices to tell customers. I've now learned to get prices documented from any cleaners before dropping off to avoid this. Do not bring your expensive items here. This is a company that does not take any accountability for their work. My wife and I were referred to them by Burberry at fashion square to clean our Burberry trench coats. She had a small stain on the front which they were able to get out, but unfortunately the solvent they used brought on a different stain on a totally separate part of the jacket. We kindly asked them to re-clean it. Of course they did so, but then a different stain came out on yet another part of the jacket. At this point we began to get frustrated with the whole process. The workers at the front told us there is nothing they can do because they don't even do the cleaning themselves. We left the jacket there and asked a manager to reach out to us. After speaking with jasmine, one of the managers, she told us that she washed it again (without even asking us what we'd like to do). This was extremely frustrating because Burberry coats have a very special finishing on them which makes them water repellant. Burberry warned us not to wash them too often because the cost of re-proofing the jackets to ensure the integrity of the water resistance can be upwards of 300 dollars. Here's the best part. After dry cleaning it without asking, the solvent stained the jacket in another separate area. When I asked them what they could offer they said that they could give us the money back for the service ($30 lol). I was on the phone with them for quite some time trying to resolve the issue but nobody wanted to take any sort of accountability for the fact that there is now a stain on the jacket that we did not come in with. In the end she said she would give our phone number to the owner, who has yet to even call us. If you didn't read all of this here's the essence of what you should know. -staff is disconnected from the entire cleaning process. -they will not take accountability for their cleaning because of this. -they do bad business and are not customer oriented -don't expect them to make things right if they ruin your expensive clothes read more

I pull up to their drive through, nice young lady comes out gets my name, puts my clothes on the rear inside upper grab handle and thanks me for my business and tells me to have a great day. I had an issue with an item I dropped off for dry cleaning last month. I won't bore you with the details, but the item was not cheap to say the least. I understand mistakes do happen and we're all human. After multiple attempts to rectify the issue, the cleaners ultimately covered the cost to replace. But what really stood out was how the owner Adam handled it. He could have pointed fingers or refused to replace my item. Instead, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He continually followed up with us and owned the issue. This shows a lot of character and pride in what he does. We were beyond appreciative of his efforts. I've been coming here for the last 5 years or so and this was the first major issue I've had. I highly recommend this company and will continue doing business with them. Thank you Adam!!! read more

Here are the simple facts and reason for the above review: 1. The owner is opportunistic and take every attempt to profit at your expense. 2. I am a repeat customer, and have spent $600+ in dry cleaning at their locations. 3. Once, a $150 Facconable shirt was damaged in their folder, the owner offered to buy me a replacement (the shirt is discontinued) or a credit. I told him the truth and stated I had gotten it at a heavy discount for $35, which he credited me for. I could have been opportunistic as he is and produced a valid receipt for the original replacement value of the shirt as $150, but did not. The owner also attempted to defer blame by stating the shirt had a defect, which it did not. 4. Once, at the Tatum Blvd location I had my clothes in before 7AM, stated clearly to them: shirts folded and need be ready by 4PM to make my flight. I stopped by, they stated they had a machine breakdown and apologized for not calling me. The shirts came to me not folded and I just barely made my flight. I tipped them $20 for their effort. 5. Once, at the Thomas Rd location, they stated their machines broke down and half of my dry cleaning would not be ready. I was forced to purchase clothing on the trip at a loss of over $80 to me. 6. Today, Monday, I brought six pieces of laundry (shirts) and dry cleaning in to the Thomas Rd location at 645AM and requested the items by 3:30PM to 4PM same day service. They stated their same day service is completed by 5PM and if I wanted my clothes by 3:30-4PM, I would have to pay a $5 per piece upcharge. I explained that not only I am a repeat customer, I also travel through to Friday and need a dry cleaner that will either work on Saturday or do my cleaning earlier on a Monday. The girl at the counter contacted the owner, explained my dilemma and the owner stood firm at the upcharge Conclusion: If anyone reads this, I really need a decent dry cleaner in Phoenix that does work on weekends or is not a "rip-off" or is at least fair to their customers, because this Cleaners really deserves only a single star for their poor customer loyalty and their opportunism. read more

Considering my dad was a drycleaner for over 40 years, I feel I have some credibility on this one. Overall a good all-around cleaners. I used to go to Prestige when I lived in Scottsdale. Hours are good, appreciate the same day service, and prices, although higher than some others, are not over the top. You also can't expect to get decent product from a $1 drycleaner. With that said, finishing (pressing and ironing) could be a hair better. Drycleaned goods typically are fine, but men's dress shirts are lacking a bit. See, typically men's shirts are put on forms and pressed/dried when they are pulled from the washer. I would like to see them do a little more "touch up" ironing to knock out some of the wrinkles that get missed by the pressing machines. Also, they don't always replace broken buttons unless you specify before you go in. I don't know about their stain removal proficiency as I typically don't have challenging stains to remove. Overall though my clothes come out clean and I am satisfied. Lastly, parking is easy and it's in a great strip mall in Desert Ridge. read more

They destroyed something expensive and after initially promising to pay for me to replace the items, strung me along for months before I finally managed to hunt down the manager and learn that they'll refund my money but they won't replace the $500 of stuff they destroyed. I wouldn't be nearly so angry if they'd acted professionally and treated me with respect, but they wasted a lot of my time by ignoring my repeated requests for an update. The manager made no attempt to contact me after initially promising to send me a check for the replacement cost of the items. I don't normally write such negative reviews, and I generously gave them more than ample opportunity to correct the problem. They definitely earned the one-star rating. Though I am giving this cleaner 3 stars, I have to say I will not be giving them my business going forward. There have been a couple incidents with this company, however the most recent has solidified by desire to find a new cleaner. The things I used to like about this company now are outweighed by one startling fact... they LOST and article of my clothing. Now, they have earned a 3 star rating because they did compensate me for the loss of my clothing item, however it took a week going back and forth with them to receive said compensation. Their customer service is so lacking. There was no apology the day I went in to pick up my clothes and one item was missing one. They said they would investigate and CALL ME, but after waiting almost a full day we had to call them. In addition to this incident, they have screwed up with the amount they have charged us before and also taken longer to clean the clothes then they said it would take without notifying us, which resulted in having to make multiple stops out of our way. I personally won't go back to this cleaner, however you may have a different experience. Given they use organic products and are a local small business I wish I could continue to support them, but when a dry cleaners sole job is to clean your clothes and return them back to you, and that doesn't happen, I feel I have no choice but to deem it time to find a new place to give my business. read more

Brad recognizes individual shirts. His staff removes collar stays before pressing, which preserves and makes my shirts look great. He puts nice , temporary cufflinks in my French cuff shirts. I gave this place a poor rating a few years back, well I thought I'd give them another chance since my regular dry cleaner is under new (worse) management... My mistake. Parking is impossible here for starters. Similar issue as before with the girls up front/ answering phones being totally clueless both about the business as well as about customer service. I went to pick up my item the day after it was supposed to be ready, but it wasn't even done yet! When I finally got to claim my item the following week they tried to charge me almost twice what I was quoted at drop off. Absolutely ridiculous that this place is even still in business. Just saw the business' response. That should tell you enough about this place. When you give a quote over the phone of $45 for a feather bed, don't have it ready by the date on the pickup, and ultimately charge $76!!! I could have just bought a new feather bed! I normally travel to their Thomas location in downtown, but used to work near this location so I've taken a few things here as well and wanted to make sure to leave some feedback for those living in the area. I've had them take care of a variety of items such as, comforters, expensive evening wear (including my boyfriends suits), all of my designer purses (coach, burberry and gucci) and a few other items. Each and every time I've gotten something cleaned by them it always comes back looking better than new. The staff there are very organized and thorough. I always feel confident dropping off some of my treasured pieces. I definitely give them extra points for having a "recycle your hangers" bin in their stores. read more

I had a jacket that I discovered a melted and hardened now and later in. The jacket had gone through the wash and the dryer so the now and later was baked into the jacket. I couldn't fully use the pocket anymore because the now and later had sealed it shut. I for sure thought that this jacket was a goner. I took it to this place and looking at the jacket now you would have never know I had a melted now and later in the pocket. It looks brand new! read more

I am updating my review to actually encourage the business of this dry-cleaners. As My husband needs his shirts dry cleaned, I am barely an ironer, this place has done a fantastic job of making sure his shirts are in mint condition. Compared to other places I've stumbled across while trying to save some money, Organicare has really impressed me by always being on time, providing great customer service, and like I said keeping those polos 100 %. This has to be one of my all time favorite cleaners. Everything from the cleanliness, service and staff amazed me. I get peace of mind whenleaving my clothing at OrganiCare because I trust that they will handle my belongings as if they were their own. The downside to having such wonderful service is the price - which is why I have given them 4 stars instead of 5. Be prepared to pay 20-30% more - compared to other cleaners in the desert ridge area. First time I tried this cleaner. I was charged for four items instead of the three I dropped off. My aunt was kind enough to pick up the cleaning not realizing the error. Upon return, the sales clerk would not offer a refund and was unpleasant. Advised a manager was needed to refund the $8 and change. Never heard from manager so I won't be returning. I've only been here a few months and I'm already attatched! The service is fast and the employees are friendly and my clothes always come out looking nothing short of amazing. I feel like they care about my business more than previous dry cleaners since they remember my name and are always talkative and kind. They recycled my hangers that I've been building up for the last six months so they weren't crowding my closet anymore. Even though they only package four items in a bag, I love that they are using bags made out of corn starch so they will degrade quickly when I throw them out! They've gotten out stains from wine on my pants to vomit on my blouse (it wasn't mine either.) to blood on my husband's shirt. My clothes don't smell either, so that is a huge plus! I would 100% recomend coming here. It is worth every penny. read more

This place totally ripped me off. I just moved here, needed a local cleaner, and needed to have a button sewed onto a pair of shorts. I gave them the matching button. When I picked them up they had also cleaned them but I didn't complain about it even though they charged me $8!! What a rip off but at least they were fixed...but wait...When I got home, I realized the button was not sewed on and was gone to boot. When I went in to complain about it, the stupid clerk refused to do anything about it because the manager wasn't there and she refused to call them. Terrible customer service. We were told manager would come in and call us to help. No call. We called to check since we haven't heard back, and we were told the manager isn't coming in for two days. I rarely use dry cleaning services, but in this instance, I needed a zipper fixed on a pair of my dickies casual/work jeans. I dropped them off and offered to pay up front, assuming the price to simply fix a zipper to be no more than 7 or 8 bucks, especially since I only paid $20 for them from Walmart. I was advised to pay when I pick them up. Fair enough. Fast forward to today. I go in to pick them up and to my surprise. THIRTY DOLLARS!! The "excuse" was, "sometimes a zipper can't be fixed and needs to be replaced". BS. If a courtesy call was made to inform me that it would have to be replaced, as WELL as the ridiculous cost to do so, I would've saved everyone involved some trouble. When I expressed that the jeans did not even cost that much, the manager, I guess, said that "that's what she put the price as, whoever the hell "she" is*shrugs*. She then told me that she'd lower the cost to a discounted rate. $18..... I laughed and said that's still ridiculous. For $2 more, I can go right up Tatum to Walmart for a brand new pair. I refused to pay this price and told them to just keep the jeans. I'm never setting foot in this place again. -Stars read more
