First off, the process they use is simple and efficient. I've never had to wait long in line to drop off my stuff, and they'll shoot you a text when it's ready for pickup. I similarly have never had to wait long to pick up my clothes. I've mostly been to Tatum Cleaners for button-up dress shirts and blazers. And once to clean a rug. The amount of time it takes them to take care of business is reasonable, and the prices are reasonable. I've never ran into any issues. That's the type of experience you look for at a dry cleaners.

A dress I'd previously brought in was stained under the arm and I asked them to remove it. It came back still stained. So today I took it back to kindly inquire about their opinion whether it is a permanent stain or if they can try again. The gal said they will try again to remove the stain and of course at no extra charge! Lesson: take previous reviews with a grain of salt. I've not had a problem here. They are fast and polite. They do not charge extra if you return with your garment that they were unable to get out a stain the first time. I dislike that I have to pay when dropping off vs picking up, and that there is a 4% credit card surcharge. These are why it's not 5 stars.

As soon as I put my clothes in the machine she ran out of the office with her managers name and number and told me I couldn't start the machine. She said her clock was the only one that matters. It wasn't 21:30 yet while she was saying this. She has the doors still open because it wasn't nine thirty. Dawn is a problem.
