Carmel Cleaners is hands down THE BEST dry cleaning business I've ever experienced! Kim, the owner, takes great pride in making sure your items are cleaned properly and efficiently, and ensures quality service every time. Their customer service is also top notch! Tabitha always greets customers with a smile - she's friendly, knowledgeable and SO helpful! They send an email when your order is ready, and offer a 24-hour, super easy-to-use kiosk so customers can conveniently pick-up/drop off items 24/7. Their prices and service are AMAZING, and I highly recommend them to everyone! read more

I was taken aback because I went on a Wednesday and they were closed. So I used the drop box and checked in on the computer screen. I was a little concerned because when I dropped my clothes, there was no receipt printed out! But, a text message was immediately sent to me and an email confirming drop off. I was still concerned because I didn't take a photos of the clothes I dropped in the box. Clothes were done within two days and look fantastic! Prices are reasonable for me and when I picked up my clothes, the attendant was super nice! It's a good idea and they do great work! read more

One very nice amenity about this location is it's 24/7 drop off and pick up system. I've used it many times and find it incredibly convenient. My clothes are always taken care of nicely, and returned in a timely manner. And, the staff are great read more

Too expensive since they bought out Summit Cleaners . Hard to find new location. Not sure about other locations.

Do you feel like I do about a service provider who tells you, "No?" I previously gave them a 5 star because I like the iPhone drop off, but hangers dry cleaned a viscose shirt that says "wash," and that my old cleaner would just wash and press. When I went inside I was told by Tabitha that the "only way" hangers would wash that shirt is hand wash it which is just as expensive as dry cleaning, so we'll dry clean it. I just want it machine washed like my other shirts but I got a hard, "no!" Is it wrong of me to just want what I want? Especially if I know the results from where I used to live were completely satisfactory? read more

Would give a 5, gave a 4 for the pricing. Love the convenience of drop and pick up. Location is great!

unorganized, couldn't even find a price on alterations I had done. Had to make a separate trip to pick up piece because no one knew how much to charge me. Can't even get them on the phone read more

First time trying out this new service, and automated system. Very easy to use and very convenient. Highly recommended.

Hangers Cleaners is the best!!! I've trusted them with my clothes for years. Kim is incredible and always has a smiling face! They also allow 24/7 pickup & drop-off, amazing for busy schedules! Thank you, Hangers! read more

This is a fantastic little business! We needed a dress, two pairs of socks, and two shirts cleaned and pressed before a wedding and I decided to give these folks a shot because they had such good reviews. Was not disappointed! I love their drop off and pick up kiosk out front as it makes it super convenient when you work odd hours or are busy with helping set up a wedding and can't get there during normal hours. The clothes were clean, crisp, and done quickly. This is a great value and you can tell they take pride in their work just in the quality of work they do. I also appreciate how communicative they are through text and email. I'll use these folks for any and all future dry cleaning I may need! read more

Easy and convenient, drop your dry cleaning in your Carmel yellow bag and drop it off. They send you an e-mail when it's done. I would give it a 5 stars but a shirt was really off when it came to being pressed other than that, awesome customer service. read more

Great place....throw all my laundry in a bag, walk in and drop it off. When laundry is done, walk in and pick it up. They bill your card so it's a super easy process. They do great work except for our last visit, one shirt had a spot on it that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Plan on taking it back for them to launder again, I'm sure they won't have a problem fixing it. read more

The drop off/pick up system is great because you don't have to go during business hours for normal clothing items. But the price!!! $15 to dry clean ONE SKIRT??? Though the system is great, I won't be back - can't afford that. read more

Awesome place!!! I was in AZ for a job interview and had flown in from the east coast. I packed my suit in my suit case hoping to find the perfect dry cleaner. Sure enough I did. I picked up a dress from Carmel Cleaners today. The lady behind the counter gave me the dress and said, "Such a beautiful dress, beautiful dress." I thought, That's strange. She literally didn't look at it as she handed it over. I just now took it out of the cleaner's bag and hidden behind the receipt was a piece of paper saying the item was received damaged. No way. This dress was in perfect condition. There were two snaps and two hooks, which they clearly didn't see when they went to clean the item as they were in an unusual place. The snaps were ripped out of the material leaving holes beneath them. You know, everyone makes mistakes in life. If they had just been honest with me and said, We are really sorry. Our cleaner didn't see the snaps and they were inadvertently ripped off. We'll be happy to credit you for your next several items.... or something like that, I wouldn't have had a problem because as I said, everyone makes mistakes. It's impossible to go through life without making a mistake. But own your mistake. Instead I'm told What a beautiful, beautiful dress I had. I paid $15.17. Good thing they added the Light Starch, right? Wha'? I didn't even ask for that. Who adds starch to a gauzy dress? I can't even give it to Goodwill. The holes are too big in this material. I will never go back to Carmel and discourage anyone from using them. read more

I totally trashed my IU white cotton button down shirt w red wine. Then I soaked it in warm water over night to complicate matters but The Ladies at Carmel Cleaners new what to do. The wine stains were completely removed. Excellent job and I recommend this business read more

Kim and Terry's (owners) personal service keeps me coming back again and again to Carmel Cleaners. They both work tirelessly to ensure your clothes are cleaned right and on time. On multiple occasions they have gone out of their way to get items taking care of for me. Expedited turnaround times, fixing clothes, etc. On top of their excellent customer service they have a 24-hour kiosk for drop-off and pick-up. That has saved me several times when I didn't get there during regular business hours. Truth be told though, I would much rather go in when they are open just to say hi to Kim or Terry. They are both such pleasant people. What about pricing you ask? Sure, there are a couple places that charge a few pennies less, but what do you want? Excellent customer service and clean clothes or the cheapest price around? I'll take Kim and Terry's excellent customer service any day over cheap! read more

I don't often need dry cleaning services but the price is right, here, as was the cost to wash large but hard to dry times like feather pillows and feather comforters. Will return as needed. Owner was nice and helpful. read more

Highly recommend! Recently relocated to Arizona, North Scottsdale area and was in need of a dry cleaner. Found this place thru Yelp & it is right up the street From where we live. SO glad I found them!! Not just fantastic customer service, but great, organic cleaning! And they're inexpensive!! My wool coat was last dry cleaned years ago, packed up & stored, shipped over from Hawai`i. When I laid it out to air & de-wrinkle, my dog apparently snuggled up on it, leaving it covered in fur & smelling like dog. Dropped it off on Saturday with a couple other items and it was ready on Monday. My coat came out looking brand new & totally clean. And I did NOT have to uncover & air it outside like I usually do with dry cleaning, because there were no chemicals used or smell!! And it's ridiculously cheap!! I used to make an effort to not buy clothes if it had to be dry cleaned, but Carmel Cleaners has changed that! Thank you, Kim!! Hope to visit you more often or maybe become a VIP & use your fancy automated system. :) read more

Simply the best. Why? Because Kim is awesome. I had several sweaters that need to be cleaned and the pills (is that the right term???) removed. They came out beautifully. I even trusted them with my cashmere. Wowsa! Bonus: drop your bag off 24/7 and pick up 24/7 with their automated system. No more rushing to drop and pick up. But if they are open, stop in and meet Kim! Service time is within one to two days in most cases. Prices are cheap to reasonable depending on laundered or dry cleaning. And it's green cleaning! Try them out, you will not be disappointed. read more

Great place! Cleaned all of are clothes and folded them. Less than a 12 hour turn around! I don't even need my wife anymore! This place is awesome! read more

I don't have many items that need dry cleaning but when I do, I always use Carmel. Last night, I washed a whole load of my uniform shirts that I need for work and accidentally left a lipstick in the pocket. NOT GOOD! My shirts were covered in pink lipstick splotches. I tried several times to remove the stains on my own but assumed I would have to order new shirts. Unfortunately, all shirts are on backorder until March. As a last resort, I drove down to Carmel to see if they thought it was possible to remove the stains. The owner was there and she said it would be no problem to get the stains out and would have my shirts ready by Monday!!! WOW! What a miracle. Also they have an excellent drop off and pick up system, you don't even have to be a registered customer to use the system. Thankfully she was able to put this system in since it is so difficult to hire employees right now. read more

Kim is so friendly and the service is amazing! The convenience can't be beat. Five stars!

DO NOT GO THERE unless you want to lousy cleaning job and get robbed. NEVER EVER leave your credit card on file with them. One star is too high for this place. What Am I confused about? Getting robbed?? You think consumers are idiots. Your sorry is completely fake as it blames the consumer for trusting you with our credit cards. Confused? No, trusting small minded business outfit that takes an advantage of their customers? YES. read more

This is by far the best dry cleaner you'll ever go to. Amazing personal service and extremely fast.

Used to like their service and convenience. Just almost doubled the price for short sleeve shirts without notice. Wouldn't mind paying the difference if I was notified, but there was zero interest in negotiating one order. Sad they would loose a client over $12!! read more

I cannot recommend this place enough! I live 10 miles away but keep coming back not just for the prices but the people.
