The whole handoff was very smooth. I am not sure if it was expensive because I didn't really do any price shopping but for several queen quilts, mattress liners, sheets and some towels it was about $80 (minus the $10 off coupon) -- but well worth it to me! The one thing the attendant didn't tell me was that I needed to bring the receipt back the next day when I picked up the items. When I came back the next day a different attendant was working and asked me for my receipt and then was a little annoyed I didn't have it. I guess it would be weird to have someone else pick up my laundry but why would anyone do that? I had also brought in a couple more quilts when I was picking up my order and she was also annoyed I didn't have my own bag. Overall I was very pleased with the washing and folding so that is why I gave 4 stars but the grumpy attendant should be a little nicer.

Instead of taking responsibility for the damage or offering any meaningful reimbursement, they took the comforter back and then kept it for four additional days without providing me an update. Their explanation was that they were "trying to clean it," but apparently nobody thought it was necessary to communicate that to the customer whose property they had already returned in worse condition. Trying to get an answer was another ordeal. It was incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone, communication was practically nonexistent, and when I finally dealt with an employee directly, the interaction was shockingly rude and unprofessional. A business making a mistake is one thing. Damaging a customer's property and then handling the problem with poor communication, no accountability, and rude customer service is something entirely different. I gave them the opportunity to correct the situation before writing this review. Instead, I was left with a stained comforter, days of wasted time trying to get answers, and no meaningful reimbursement for what happened. This was easily one of the worst customer-service experiences I've had with a cleaner. If you're trusting a business with clothing, bedding, or anything valuable to you, I would think twice before leaving it here.

I got there around 7am on a Wednesday and there was no one there to assist me in the operation and what the cost is. All I had was a comforter to wash. I picked a large washer and started dropping quarters in until one got stuck. These were from their change machine. No one to help. No one! I even called there number and left message, twice. I took the comforter out of the machine and went to a Wave Laundromat nearby, where they had someone help guide me through the process and it was great! If I ever need to go to a laundromat, Wave has my business!

Tiffany Cleaners for years has done an outstanding job meeting my laundry and dry cleaning needs. They have done the little things like reverse hangers and sewing on shirt buttons. Kat is always extremely helpful and has good suggestions. Recently she agreed to do an alteration repair on my mom's blouse.....my mom lives in assisted living and this really helped me out big time. Also, the pricing at Tiffany Cleaners is right with high value. One other thing, they have the ability to do large capacity items like comforters and blankets....I have used them several times for such items. This wasn't just another piece of clothing it was my wedding dress, something that holds tremendous sentimental value and cannot simply be replaced. After years of trusting this business, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I understand that accidents can happen, but honesty, accountability, and customer service matter. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any of those. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this dry cleaner, especially for valuable or sentimental items.
