Everything was easy , not crowed clean all units were clean and washers smelled clean and nice

I had a bunch of bedding that I needed cleaned but also didn't want to do it myself -- I wanted full service! I looked for a full service laundromat near my house and found Coin Less Laundry. The attendant was very nice and even found a coupon I could use as a new customer for $10 off. The whole handoff was very smooth. I am not sure if it was expensive because I didn't really do any price shopping but for several queen quilts, mattress liners, sheets and some towels it was about $80 (minus the $10 off coupon) -- but well worth it to me! The one thing the attendant didn't tell me was that I needed to bring the receipt back the next day when I picked up the items. When I came back the next day a different attendant was working and asked me for my receipt and then was a little annoyed I didn't have it. I guess it would be weird to have someone else pick up my laundry but why would anyone do that? I had also brought in a couple more quilts when I was picking up my order and she was also annoyed I didn't have my own bag. Overall I was very pleased with the washing and folding so that is why I gave 4 stars but the grumpy attendant should be a little nicer. read more

Clean, bright and huge array of washers of all sizes -- 20# to 100# loads and special washers set aside for pet bedding, etc. The attendant was very helpful. It's set up for regular customers so purchase of the laundry card necessary to pay the machines is for several wash and dries. When I explained that I was traveling and needed to do only one load she helped by giving me a card with only a few cents left on it so I was able to just add the the money I needed for one load to the card. read more

We needed to take our "washable rug" in because it was too large for our home machine. It's an 8x10 rug. A lot of the 100lb machines were taken but there were many 80 and 90lb machines available. This rug fit just fine in the 90lb machine and probably could have gone in a smaller one. Our brand says not to dry it so we won't do that. The workers were helpful and responsive and even checked to make sure our machine was working out for us. They also managed someone else's flooding machine quickly. I wish that their phone system didn't just go to an answering machine. I called the neighboring laundromat after this one didn't pick up. They answered right away. If they had the capacity machines we would have went there first because we would have had our question answered. This was an "unknown". Hopefully the review helps someone. There is no kids seating space. It would have been nice to put them somewhere. They did have a kids show on the TV but no one could hear it and there wasn't anywhere for them to sit. read more

Clean establishment. We bring our extra large king sized bedding here to wash. The workers are friendly and they're always making their rounds keeping the place clean. It's nice cool inside, which is great during the summer months. The machines are paid for using a prepaid laundry card, which you can get anytime you're here. I've used this laundry facility for years, tho not often. This is the perfect place to was my big king size comforters and bedding accessories that don't fit into a standard machine. It's coin less because you load a special card with money then swipe that card to use the machines. It's clean and well kept attendants are friendly and they have vending machines on site. They have different load size machines so you can do multiple loads at once. It's not very close to my house but worth the trip read more

This is the second time I've used this laundromat at 32nd St & Cactus Rd. It is exceptionally clean & well maintained!! There are several women working there to keep it clean. They wipe out the washers & dryers. They also empty the lint screens in the dryers. They have specials on different days of the week. I travel 6 months out of a year so I have been to laundromats in at least 20 different states. This one is by far the best one. read more

I really like this laundromat. It's big with lots of machines that all work and it is so clean! They do a really good job of maintaining everything. I only come to a laundromat maybe once a year or less so I guess the prices are good ($8.00 for a 90lbs machine). All in all, this spot is nice! read more

Came to pick up my laundry @5:45pm and nobody was there to help me. It's been 45mins and still can't find the attendant so I can pick up my stuff . Uncool! What a waste of time . Well they are supposed to open at 6am there were 4 other ppl waiting & the attendant didn't get here till 715 she says her time to be here was 7. Why if they open at 6am is no one here to open the business. Doesn't matter she was late anyway. And it is the dirtiest I've seen it usually it's sparkling clean. But so far this attendant hasn't done anything except argue with what time she was supposed to be here. read more

I come to this laundry once a month. Today is the first day I felt like a less then human. I paid via card for laundry soap. I heard the soap fall but couldn't find it once it fell. I asked for help from the attendant. She told me I did not pay and I needed to pay again. To prove to her I used my card I pulled up my bank statement. She kept looking at me like I was trying to cheat the system. She visually looked in the little window and she did not see the soap either. Finally she stuck her hand in the dispenser area and found the soap to which I replied I searched twice. She looked at me like I was a low life citizen trying to steal $1.25. To world is a cruel place at times but there are still honest people out there. Kindness goes a long way. read more

Awful experience! NO air conditioning. Hot as hell! It's 3:44 on a Sunday with no one working here. The gal that was here doesn't speak english. Their coinless card machine charges you .50 when you get a new card which is ridiculous b/c it's the only way you can use the machines. Worst yet, it ate my card when I tried to add $. Attendant said she couldn't do anything even though I had $ on my card SO I had to get another one. She indicated in Spanish, which I could figure out, that her manager was coming & would give me my $ back. Never came & she disappeared out the back! If someone knows of an air conditioned laundromat that doesn't steal your $ & speaks english...PLEASE post!!! Update: Another gal came in who didn't speak english as well. Opened up the machine & said my card wasn't in there so she wouldn't give me my $ back. The attendants here are super rude, she came to my fiancé and I and started saying we clogged a toilet even though we hadn't used it? Then she showed us a picture of that clogged toilet and told us "well thanks you broke this again and now I have to call someone to fix it again" first of all that's not my issue and second it wasn't us so to show us a picture of a clogged toilet is super gross! I usually like this location because it is not as busy as others and the attendant is usually on-site. Today, it was pretty busy and it was impossible to find a laundry cart. My dryer was broken but the maintenance men were on site and they fixed it easily. From my past experience, it's a hit or miss with the washers and dryers. I would recommend wiping down your counter before placing your clothes down. With the warm weather coming back, I will most likely go somewhere else for the summer because it was getting stuffy and uncomfortable with the low AC on. read more

Better than carrying around cash and the washing machine started very fast once I swiped my card... Sometimes their washers do not work. It is a hassle to get a credit here when there is or is not an attendant here. Once the washer didn't work and since there wasn't an attendant here. I called the number on the window. They were very helpful. This last time, today when it didn't work I asked an attendant that was cleaning out the dryer. She went to my washer. Touched the clothes they were mostly dry with wet spots. She tried to ring them out and of course nothing came out. I asked her if she could credit my card or rerun the wash. She said no because the cycle was done and I should've gotten her before it was done. It wasn't a front loading washer I couldn't tell it wasn't working. Plus I didn't open the washer to see. I ran on three machines including the $10 one. It's not like I was trying to scam them. She then takes my card to the machine to add value. I am not sure why, but she pulled up my account summary. Of course the three transactions were on there along with my balance of $30. She just kept saying see it worked. I know it charged me, but it didn't wash my clothes. We were going in circles and I said alright may have card back. I remembered that number I called when there wasn't an attendant here and went to look it up. I then went back to my washer to take my clothes out. While leaving a message she tried to take pictures of my underwear. I was like uhm no. I put the dry clothes in to my hamper as I left a message. She never put an out of order sign on it. I gave this place 3 stars because I've been coming here for 9 months and I only had two issues. This place is nice. Clean and bright. A lot of available washers and dryers. Must convert money into a card to use for this laundromat. No coins, cards, or cash going into the machines. Bring cash. They have tvs up also if you get bored. In a good area. I would come here again. Hopefully I don't need to though. Let's get that washer fixed! read more

It's a laundromat so there are a lot of machines that give you a wide variety of choices. The card for cash is the means by which you use the machines. There is no one in here to explain so you need to read and it makes sense, not a big deal. There is a .50 facility/convenience charge for the card itself. Wash in the single load machine is only $1.19 -- not using the dryers so I cannot speak to that charge. Single load machines run for 33 minutes for the entire wash. The machine at home on the same settings takes 52 minutes. There does not seem to be anyone here on duty to answer questions. The floors are covered with lint and other debris that appears to have come out of clothes pockets, before and after wash -- example being washed tissue bits. The floor does not appear to have been cleaned in some time as the edges along the wall are encrusted with dirt. I came to wash clothes, not sit on the floor but it is kinda gross. Others have commented on the cleanliness but I'm not seeing that at all. read more

I went at 6 am when they opened and was in and out in an hour. I asked a gentleman his advise on which washer to use for a dog bed and a comforter. It's actually the cleanest laundry mat in the area that i've been to. I prefer going here over others. Prices are comparable, as well as quality of the machines. Attendants are hard to come by, you have to catch them opening or closing usually so good luck using the restroom. Conveniently located next to a Dunkin, Circle K, and Burger King in walking distance though. No quarters, only dollar bills or credit cards. You have to load a minimum of $5 dollars off of a credit/debit with their machines and make sure you bring singles, no change offered. read more

I prefer this coinless laundry over the one off of bell near the 17 and next to the Safeway. That one has barely any seats to sit. This one has a tv area and benches in different locations. It's clean and not very crowded. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is it could have just a few more seats available. Still better than the other one. The area is a tad rough with a few characters too, but again not as many as the one on Bell. read more

the laundry mat itself is clean and nice enough. the employees speak little to no English. the employee wouldn't give us our free $10 credit as advertised. and when I needed to go to the bathroom the lady was nowhere to be found to unlock it for me for a half hour!! I had to go to a laundromat twice in one week to wash big blankets. First was Veras laundromat on 32nd & Greenway. Great Experience! Second time heading out came to Coin Less because it was on my way somewhere else. So disappointed. Wish I had just gone north a couple blocks to Veras. First, I see a "No HOT water sign". Then it takes me extra time on arrival just to figure out their card system. Not happy I have to pay 50 cents for a card I don't plan to ever use again. So now I have to predict exactly how much each machine is that I have to use ahead of time so I don't leave extra money on the card. But the issue comes with drying. I don't know whether to use the larger 85 cents machine for 20 minutes, or smaller one at $1.09 for 27 minutes or if I need to repeat the drying cycle once or twice, etc. (Veras allowed you the option of "card or coins" so I could put a quarter for every 10 minutes, allowing me lots of flexibility.) Coin Less machines are all $1.59 or $1.09, 4.35, 7.45 etc. (not sure what they use for calculations.) Veras was $1.00 for 40 minutes (10 min intervals) or $1.50, etc. -even keeled prices. Attendant was Spanish speaking and let me in the bathroom but didn't have much to say about my frustration of not wanting to go back to the card machine to add another $2.09 from my credit card. So I ended my time using machines taking short cuts which left 64 cents on this card I'll never use again. Very frustrating experience when you don't get to make in the moment decisions on doing laundry. The only positive is the long hours and quantity of machines. Go to Veras!! read more
