this laundromat definitely gets five stars from me! It is a really good location and the machines that are here work really well. They do not jam and they do not take your money. They wash your clothes really really quickly and all of the stains or any dirt that you have in your closing medially comes out. The dryers that they have at this location are equally as good. Everything about this location really makes you feel comfortable. I have been to certain laundromats and you don't feel safer comfortable being inside the store. But this place does not have that issue I will be bringing more of my family's items to this location whenever possible to make sure we can keep all of our stuff super clean read more

$2.50 for a larger than usual small dryer. It's a good place. I did go at 730am so I'm unsure of activity at later hours. Many available washers and dryers. Along the walls and all in the internal area. While I'm writing this, a cool trio handed me an e tea breakfast from their haul at Filbertos! They bought a lot of orders apparently! They also have an onsite attendant in a corner office. They sell a ton of softs and fabric softeners and dryer sheets! It looks like $11.99 for the small bottle of liquid detergent so try to stop and buy your own. There's an atm inside too. I also noticed wrap around parking and the back is all shaded! . There's seating areas inside and outside in case you have a lot of laundry. I think it's a great place for quick early morning laundry. It was only $2.50 for the basic washer. I was planning on 2 loads. The small washers are double the size of usual small washers so I fit it all in one. The dryers are .25 cents for 7 min read more

A real time review : Drove past it because the parking lot was full in front and driveway was sharp from the highway . The train runs down the middle of the street so it's more of a frontage rd . Looking around its appearance seems clean until you sit and watch for a moment . It's a hang out with a cloud of cigarette smoke and its share of dope users . Outside observing a combination of things are going on . Inside , the place is clean and and offers a lot from single to 6 load washers . The dryers are backed up at times but when I needed 3 / no problem . The price seems to be fair and the machines all working . The change machine was the best one I've operated and needed quarters . Laundry is done and here's the truth . It's a hangout for drug users and poor decisions making people. A Comunity thought to be in secret but is everywhere. When a stinky person came into the place and sat down I was uncomfortable. The stench was something undesirable to smell . If you need to do laundry late this is open 24 hrs read more

This is where you end up when you are without a working washing machine. I loved that this location is 24 hour. When I arrived , the place was clean! There are attendants here that are diligently cleaning so that it stays that way. The parking lot can get crowded but the inside is spacious with a lot of machines for your loads (single, double triple, etc...). The place runs on coins but they also have an app (Laundry Boss) that accepts card. Word to caution if you're using the app: make sure you select your temperature on the machine itself before you hit start). Don't go buy the temp settings in the app. Best part, this location is 24/7 so if you wanna do laundry at 3:00am; have at it! read more

Wonderful, fair priced and amazing service. Their laundry and folding service is highly recommended!

I walked in, looked around at all the old machines, and worn, run-down condition of the place, and walked right back out. Hardly worthy of the five-stars it's been inexplicably given... read more

20 minutes agoNEW I drop my clothing off once to two times a week. This time I dropped off my comforter, when I picked up I noticed it was damaged. I had an issue before with my laundry being swapped with someone else. I took pictures and sent to the owner. He calls me to inform me how it's my fault about the stains. The damages from the comforter is from a machine use not any stain. I am very upset with the poor customer service I received. Now, I am out of a comforter that was not cheap. The owner yelled and blamed me. I requested the videos from before and after. Of course he didn't agree to let me see. I will no longer take my clothes there read more

My washer and dryer are now pointless! 1. The place is clean. 2. 24 hours facility. 3. Perfectly Priced 4. Less than 24 hour return time (More like 4 hours and even less Tues-Fri) 5. Friendly, professional, and knowledgable staff. Katt and Lynda rock, and I now look forward to having dirty clothes. Thank you ladies! read more

I found myself with a washer or dryer and desperately needed to was some clothes. Well I guess that's how this story always haha. Anyhow I called first to verify they were a "coin" laundry because I hate those countless facilities. Anyhow the gentleman on the phone was nice and kind and provides me with the information I was seeking and more! When I arrived, it was actually pretty busy for it to be a Monday and not even noon, still I had no problem locating a machine to wash my clothes. I only had a load, so you may want to inquire about busy times if you have more. This facility has plenty of parking, plenty of machines, plenty of seating inside and out and it nice and cool inside. They have change machines and nicely stocked vending machines for snacks and laundry needs. The biggest wow factor though, has to be the free wifi! The washer that I used was the basic machine, top load. It was pretty spacious and was $1.25 washing pillows and blankets in this particular unit isn't advised. Drying is advertised at .25 while it is .25 that is for 7 minutes. It ended up coming to .75 to fully dry my load of clothes. So all in all, I will definitely come out this way to wash again if I in the area read more

I first called to inquire about pricing and the services that they offered a gentleman by the name of Steve was extremely friendly, courteous, and informative when I arrive to the laundromat with my three large bags of laundry I felt as I was walking into a resort style establishment greeted at the door by my name quickly explaining that Steve had informed them that I would be coming that in itself was amazing then the other lady that took my laundry behind the half door. Explain to me all that they would do with my laundry sincerely, I was amazed at the fair pricing that they have to spot to fold to take custom orders on how you want your hangers , i was impressed this laundromat has earned my business. I received all of my laundry back in a very professional manner. I would've spent all night doing my own laundry and paying the same price that's crazy. I'm looking forward to my next pay period so I can take my laundry in again, thank you Steve and the rest of your staff, friendly courteous and well done Job God bless read more

Good laundry mat that's always kept clean. Lots of space and areas to fold your clothes so you are in and out in no time.

I recommend this place for your drop off laundry and your do it yourself laundry anytime. They will be my hot laundry spot when I'm in town for sure!!!! Keep up the great work team!!! read more

Seriously. If there is a gold standard for laundromats, Laundry Basket has set that standard. Where to start...maybe the not so special features. The cost is comparable with others in the area. Now, what's different: + Exceptionally clean facilities; the grime and gunk so common to laundromats is largely absent here + Friendly and attentive staff (I believe our favorite attendant is named Lynda...I hope I'm not making that name up...); we've interacted with them as much as we have because of, my next point... + Free dryer loads for check-in on Yelp! (I hope this lasts a long time :) + Abundant machines; I've not yet encountered a time when there are no machines available, which I have experienced in other establishments in the area + Ample supply of folding tables and wheeled baskets; I've really never seen so many, though they don't overcrowd either This location isn't the closest to home, but we've made it fit into our weekend errand routine. read more

I found myself in desperate need of laundry service after my new washer and dryer delivery got delayed. I did alittle research and found this 24 hour laundromat. I will definitely be using again as well as spreading the word of this establishment. read more

Decent affordable laundry mat. I pay half the cost of what I used to pay for laundry back home in IL. Machines range from $1.25 to $5 something? Prices are on the machines but I can't see the most expensive one bc they're all in use. But it's around that. Dryers are .25 for 8 min and they have a jumbo dryer... $1 for 12 min. Employees are nice and helpful...parking lot is small when busy...machines run well....don't come on a Sunday night. It's a mad house full of people and their dirty undies. Machines take quarters only....and there is a change machine you can stick your bills in to get them. Attendant on duty to sell any products you stupidly left at home. They also have a bathroom, vending machines, and a tv corner to pass the time. Second time here, would use again. read more

Hello there, it was very late on a Thursday and I needed a 24-hour laundromat to do my laundry! However all of the 24-hour laundromats in my area had very bad reviews and therefore I went little further out and was pleasantly surprised that the good ratings and reviews I saw online matched up with what I experienced at this coin operated laundromat! First of all I want to say that I braved calling their telephone to ask them if they had a change machine and yes they do! Also whoever answered the phone, awesome job/ good customer service /excellent! Next, the directions that the customer service representative gave me were perfect and I found the place no problem. It was a bit crowded for that time of the night... and it could be somewhat intimidating if you go in during that time just because these people have obviously been going there a long time and they are a good group of friends and they took up a lot of space but there was still plenty of washers and dryers for me! As far as washers and dryers go the washers were I believe $0.25 more than what I'm used to paying so a dollar $1.75 for the wash and then the dryers were $0.25 every 7 minutes (on 2 out of 8 loads I added a few quarters to get them dry). For the most part everything went fine. Don't worry about if you don't go in that neighborhood normally, it was fine! **They have a change machine so just bring your dollar bills fives tens and twenties!*** I would go back again if I had to! read more

My laundry life is a paradox that leaves me in a conundrum. I like my laundry folded a certain way, but I can't fold fitted sheets to save a life. I tried a drop-off service near my office and they folded them worse than I do. So, I turned to Yelp and found The Laundry Basket. Boy, am I glad I did. First of all, when I arrived the place was packed, but that did not stop the attendant from keeping the place clean. She was sweeping as she walked back to the office and said "I hate a dirty laundry." Well, so do customers and we thank you! Second, as she was creating my customer profile we were chit-chatting and she mentioned that she LOVED folding fitted sheets. Did I find my dream laundry or what? I paid for next-day service and was on my way. The laundry was ready shortly after midnight (they are open and attended 24 hours a day) but I waited til the afternoon to pick it up. It was folded P E R F E C T L Y. So, to recap: Clean - check Fast - check Reasonably-priced - check Neatly and expertly folded - double-check Have I found my dream laundry? - Quintuple-check! read more
