The staff is professional, friendly and clearly takes pride in their work. Beyond routine items like work shirts, I recently brought in a couple of stained garments for an evaluation. That level of honesty and expertise is much appreciated.

They wash your clothes really really quickly and all of the stains or any dirt that you have in your closing medially comes out. The dryers that they have at this location are equally as good. But this place does not have that issue I will be bringing more of my family's items to this location whenever possible to make sure we can keep all of our stuff super clean

They also have an onsite attendant in a corner office. They sell a ton of softs and fabric softeners and dryer sheets! It looks like $11.99 for the small bottle of liquid detergent so try to stop and buy your own. There's an atm inside too. I also noticed wrap around parking and the back is all shaded! . There's seating areas inside and outside in case you have a lot of laundry. I think it's a great place for quick early morning laundry. It was only $2.50 for the basic washer. I was planning on 2 loads. The small washers are double the size of usual small washers so I fit it all in one. The dryers are .25 cents for 7 min

We had a very disappointing experience with this laundry service and would not recommend this…read morebusiness to anyone. Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

She got dropped off by a cab with big bags of laundry. I heard the driver ask if she was going to be all right, when she said yes, he left. She stood there for awhile than got my attention and asked about the machines taking quarters. They don't, you purchase a card and reload it. She walked up to the card machine than came back upset because all she had was a bunch of quarters and the card machine only takes dollar bills. (there's also a change maker, but from bigger bill to smaller bills). I found the lady working and translated what was going on. I don't know what she did but she helped the older lady with getting a card. Than later as I was drying, I saw the worker pulling out laundry and loading it unto the dryer with the older lady following her. She was practically doing her laundry for the customer! This worker is always nice and helpful but she doesn't know too much English but can understand my crappy Spanish just fine. All the other ladies I've seen here are also so nice and helpful! Always smile when I look up and happen to make eye contact. Always say good bye when I leave. I just wonder what happened to Norma? She was the only one that spoke English well. They have plenty of carts in my opinion. About ten or twelve, but of course when it's busy your lucky to grab one. I also know they have some not so good ones locked away, if you know each other well enough, she might go in there and grab you one, even if they aren't that great, it's still appreciated. Free Wifi, although the last few weeks my stuff wouldn't connect. Could just be me.... TV's always going on news, movies in English and Spanish. Different options on sizes of washers you need.
