A broken dryer didn't put a sticker for over an hour and did not reimburse money back to me.

Always clean, never any issue with machines. A good amount of space around to fold clothes/wait for your clothes to be done. There's a vending machine inside with snacks but only takes cash. The reusable cards are easy and efficient and the fee to activate/add funds is only 50 cents when using a debit/credit card. Been coming here for almost a month and have never seen it dirty or felt unsafe. Highly recommend! read more

The last time I used a business like this it was dirty, hard to use the add money to a price card, and the staff didn't care! To say that i had reservations and didn't want to do this would be the honest truth. Laundry Express is very clean, has most reasonable prices, and a most helpful staff!. The spotless washing machines hold a lot of laundry and the dryers dry very fast. I had some very large bedspreads and comforters to wash. Their large washing machines handled them with no issues. Parking is right there as well. I do recommend Laundry express. Even though they have laundry facilities where I live, I may start going here instead. I have used this laundry for years and never had a problem, until today. I put my card (money) in washer 28 and it would not work I told the attendant and she said put card on again and it took more money and said not enough funds, no shit. She speaks Spanish and was to busy talking to another customer about non related laundry, I interrupted her again and finally she checked my card and called her boss and she put in for one wash. +This place is a lot nicer inside than outside. +Friendly attendant when we were there, and they were able to provide laundry soap when we forgot ours. +Free Wi-Fi (ask attendant for password) -A card based system, rather than coin op, so we will probably have money left over on the card, which will almost certainly get lost. Basically, we only came here to wash our comforters that wouldn't fit in out washer at home. Was a nice surprise to find it clean, well maintained and fairly empty considering it was a Sunday. Primary negative for me is the card based system instead if coin op machines. I understand why it's done, but it's aggravating to have money tied up on a card we will probably not use again for 6 months or more. There are 29 machines, and 26 dryers, and all were working and clean. I imagine it can get pretty crowded and busy during prime laundry hours, but was pretty empty when we came Sunday night around 5pm. Vending machines were pretty bare but there is a market next door and a CVS down the street. Would definitely come back. read more

Why post last load is 9:30pm if on sun you attendant is gonna close at whatever time she wants to 8pm 8:15pm, reasons for closing early to many people inside already, good cleaning, boss said it's ok if they want to. Sad I really liked this place but I need for sure set hours since I work odd hours on Sunday but I get off at 8pm n rush over here to find that it's closed already. read more

I went to 3 different laundromats before I landed in this one. I choose this spot for several reasons 1st as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the attendant and asked if I needed any assistance. 2nd I was absolutely shocked at the cleanliness of the place the detergent dispensar didn't even have any residue. That's impressive. All the other guests were so polite and courteous. I'll most definitely be coming back here. I almost forgot to mention the best part! They have machines that can do five normal sized loads of laundry all at once! The dryers are massive as well. All in all I think you save money at this spot because it's so economical. read more

This is the nicest laundromat I have ever been too. It has been quite a few years since I have news to go to me and the staff we very helpful in helping figure out the "card system". The place was immaculately clean and was constantly being picked up and straightened up while I was there. They have Wi-Fi and the ability to by detergent and fabric softener. I will definitely recommend this laundromat and when occasion arises again that I need one I will defiantly come back!! read more

Clean!! Very clean. I come here throughout the year to wash our comforters. It is always clean. The equipment looks to be properly maintenanced. It is all card payment, meaning you buy a card and load it with money. No coins. You will most likely end up with left over $ on the card. That's the only down side imho. read more

Well well. Not all laundry facilities are created equal! I have to say this is a diamond in the rough in sunnyslope. The washers and dryers are clean as brand new and the sweet lady who works here is diligently wiping everything constantly. It's friendly and clean, not much more to expect. They have a soda machine and a snack vending machine inside and a tv going. There's even a sink here and a restroom. Most Laundromats don't offer any amenities, so this is refreshing. This place is cleaned. Bring cash. The attendant was attentive and intervened to help me when she saw I was having a hard time getting my machine to start. The only downside is that there aren't that many large machines so j had to spend a bit more loading the smaller ones. This is all about timing so the earlier in the day the better. Everyone present was there to do laundry. No one was lingering around that wasn't suppose to be present. Hope this helps. read more

Great spot. Our hotel didn't have financially reasonable laundry service so we checked Yelp. The ratings are dead on. Place is clean, machines seemed well maintained, and the woman there was friendly and helpful. Ran two loads of laundry; was in and out in an hour. No worries about safety, getting ripped off, etc. This is a great spot for an out of towner (or local, I'm sure) to take care of their laundry needs. read more

Clean and well maintained. The lady who staffs is helpful and always smiles. She doesn't know much english, but that's okay...she understands. She is always cleaning, wiping down the machines and sweeping the floor. It gets a little crowded on weekends so I try to go on Monday or Tuesday evenings. Great place, Highly recommend. read more

Stopped here today after reading yelp reviews...i didn't want to go to your typical laundromat. I have a broken washing machine and literally could not wait any longer. The place is small. So the pics people have posted...that is the entire place. 4 large capacity washers and the rest are medium or small. I brought cash but the machine was out of "red cards" that you must have to even use a machine. I went to the attendant to get help. She said how many do you need? I had to decide on the spot that I wanted two mediums machines. Ok, so a medium machine is super small. Enough to wash a tiny load. She saw my two! bags (I had more clothes in the car but decided against bringing them inside once I realized I was at her mercy) and she said "you need the bigger machines" of which only one was open. Long story short I got my clothes washed in 20 mins one large load one medium load and then used two dryers and I was done. The soda machine stole my $1 when I tried to get a water and I just wanted to get out oF there. If I only had an enormous comforter to wash maybe I would go back...I need to just buy a new washer and dryer. Lesson learned. read more

I would give this place four or five stars with how clean it is if it weren't for the location and periodic riff-raft that rolls in here. There is always an attendant around cleaning and to help out with anything you need. They use a card system so be prepared to bring cash in bills. I've been here quite a few times to wash and dry larger items and it's worked great. Machines are super fast and despite how busy the place is you can get in and out. Just be sure to keep an eye on your items to ensure no one tries to walk off with them when you aren't looking! I think some local people walk in and try to pick up unattended items and walk right back out if the opportunity presents itself. read more

Worst place ever the attendant was rude we walked in at 9:30 they told us we couldn't put in any loads in because they close at 11. We put our money on the card and of course no refund. Very disappointing the attendant told us to leave as she saw us bringing in our clothes. read more
