I took an Uber to drop off my clothes and once I arrived, the kind ladies took my clothes and I was back in my Uber within minutes of arriving. I appreciated the quick "in and out"because my Uber was waiting to drive me back to the hotel. I had almost 30 lbs worth of clothes and they finished my laundry by 5 pm (dropped them off at 11 am). I picked up my clothes and again, I was "in and out" within minutes. Got back to the hotel and my clothes were clean and smelt great! Also folded and packed perfectly! There are maybe 14 washers for different load sizes and 14 dryers. I bought a $10 card. The washers were like $2.50 for a medium size load, used two of them, and they run for about 35 minutes. Used the balance of my card on one dryer. The dryers were hot, so it took my one large load only about 35 minutes to dry, so I took my clothes out with 20 minutes left. I got there around 6:30am on a Saturday and luckily there were a few washers left...so would go early.

Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

Last week I took my gown in to have the bottom steamed for my son's wedding last Friday. I gave them two days even though they said it would be ready the next day. I blame myself for not looking at it when i picked it up. I even suggested that i should look at it and the lady assured me when I picked it up there was "no need" because it was done "perfectly". I was shocked when i opened it a couple of hours before my son's wedding. The sides were all wrinkled and so was the back. It looks like they MAY HAVE run the steamer across the front of it but ONLY the front. My sister and a friend looked at it as also agreed that the sides and back looked like it had never been touched. They said it looked like it just came out of the suitcase. Needless to say I was extremely upset, as I had questioned them extensively about making sure the wrinkles were out. Shame on them for taking any money at all from me especially the 16.00 they charged. I would never recommend them,,either they don't do the work at all or the person doing it doesnt know or care about what they are supposed to be doing. I surely hope they read this!
