I have had a great experience with the Wash and Fold service at Ginny's Laundry. Our washer broke and I went in my neighborhood to a Tide Cleaners for Wash n fold service, it was not good. My whites turned blue/gray and it was expensive!! A friend recommended Ginny's, which was further from my house but I needed another solution. I have been so impressed with the responsiveness of the new owner, David, and the kindness and hard work of his team. They offer pickup and delivery for free and that has worked out great! Reliable, laundry looks great, and the price is far less than the Tide service!! I highly recommend this business. read more

I drove all over town and finally found this place that claims to stay open until 11pm $ days a week. Guess what! They said it was closed and it was only 7:29pm. Apparently they decided to close at 6pm on weeknights but never bothered updating their hours! Thanks a lot!! read more

These reviews fooled me. Washer at home stopped working so I found the nearest self serve laundromat...6 miles away. This place is filthy. My pictures will spell it out for you. Just a few....didn't want to disturb people doing their laundry. Don't be fooled by the reviews that pay for the fluff and fold service. I picked up my dry cleaning after traveling, and opened the bag of laundry I paid 76 dollars for, to find mold/mildew. This was due to the fact that they threw my pillows into the bag wet. Had to throw away every single one. Absolutely disgusting read more

I used the self service washer and dryer to do my King quilt. This place is filthy and the equipment is in horrible shape. I had a hard time finding a dryer that worked or that had a door that closed. The commercial size washer cost $8!! And this is for crappy equipment. I came in just now as a first time customer with a bag of laundry to be cleaned, dried, and folded for pickup later. I walk in at 12:15 on a Sunday, and there is a man and woman doing laundry. I stand at the door. Both saw me. Didn't utter a single word. They were probably customers for all I know. No Ginny, no body around to ask me about pickup time, no signage to indicate where to leave laundry and arrange payment. Ginny must be some old bag living in Flagstaff who collects change out of the machines once a month. Forget this place. read more

It's a laundry mat. Well stocked soap vending machine. Bring your cash to turn into a store-only card. Careful how much you put in the machine, it's all going on the card. No option to buy less than the bill you are inserting. Machines work commercial grade and clean. Nice people inside. read more

Don't be fooled by the outside of the building. Clothes were clean, folded and packed perfectly! Excellent and quick service! I'm visiting from out of town so I called and left a message to find out about pricing. Someone called me back within 5-10 minutes and answered my questions. I took an Uber to drop off my clothes and once I arrived, the kind ladies took my clothes and I was back in my Uber within minutes of arriving. I appreciated the quick "in and out"because my Uber was waiting to drive me back to the hotel. I had almost 30 lbs worth of clothes and they finished my laundry by 5 pm (dropped them off at 11 am). I picked up my clothes and again, I was "in and out" within minutes. Got back to the hotel and my clothes were clean and smelt great! Also folded and packed perfectly! I visit Scottsdale often and I'll be using their service next time I need it. Bottom line: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GINNY'S WASH HOUSE for all your laundry needs (especially if you need quick service)!! read more

I usually use Ginny's Wash House when my Linen laundry gets backlogged. The ladies at Ginny's are super nice and get my wash done pretty quickly, like 1-2 day turn around. Great service. However, that said, I try not to bring any item that is too delicate as I'm sure they're using heavy duty machines. Love the convenience! OK, this isn't the best looking place but it gets the job done! The prices are reasonable and they let me bring my dogs, I bring my dogs b/c they are the reason I even need to go to a laundromat, they are senior pups and have accidents on my king-sized comforter. It doesn't fit in my apartment washer and dryer and so I come here. They have free wifi and so I work while I wait for the items to wash and dry. The people are friendly and the workers are always super sweet to my dogs. What more do you want? I like this place! read more

In the five years I've lived in Scottsdale, I've been here exactly five times. The machines are in good working order. The prices are reasonable. The place is very clean. I'd give it five stars except they only have a swamp cooler (though it does a great job in this dry desert) and there is no ambience. Hey, it's a working laundry, not a coffee shop. I love Ginny's wash House is they're One of the only places where you can drop your clothes and get them washed and folded and pick up the same day. I started coming here when I was in the process of moving and I didn't have a washer available to me but now I bring my clothes here regularly since the service is so good and it saves me a lot of time. The clothes are always very clean and neatly folded and smell good. They will do bleach if requested in fabric softener. The prices are good. Highly recommended! read more

I was a regular customer of Ginny's Wash House until late 2018, when I was able to acquire a home washer and home dryer. Right now, my dryer needs repair, so I visited Ginny's Wash House for the first time in nearly three years. I am very pleased at the upgrades that have been made, including the outside parking. read more

Open early and machines are fast! I needed to a place to wash sheets, towels, etc while I didn't have a washer/dryer. At 6:45am, I was easily able to access 3 machines to get all of my laundry done in less than an hour. However, it did start getting busy quickly - seemed like a hotel nearby was washing all of their linens, and they took up all of the machines. I'll be back to wash any bigger items or if my machine ever goes out at home. read more

I would not recommend this place. We are traveling from out of town and communicated with the company and They committed to same day service. We packed around this schedule and ran out of clean clothes based on when we were doing the laundry. when we came in they refused to commit to their customer promise. The staff was inflexible and did not recognize the issue they caused. There are plenty of other options - go elsewhere. read more

Our washer broke a couple of weeks ago and we are waiting to have it replaced since it's under warranty. So we called Ginny's, in the middle of a pandemic. Not only was I nervous to have someone else do my laundry, but because of the current situation I was even more skeptical. However! They picked up same day at no charge to us (as long as it was over $35) and delivered them back a few days later. While I do think the time frame was a bit long to get our clothes back, it's understandable during current times. We sent 7 bags of laundry and our comforter. We got it all back, fresh, folded (by color), which is a girl with slight OCD's dream come true all for under $150. I'm so pleased with the service I definitely intend to send my bedding going forward to Ginny's to be washed. Thanks again for a job well done! read more

They has a washer that didn't fill up at all with water and mine wasn't the only one doing it but unlike the couple there I'm wasting my time and money on finding a washer that works . No fun watching your clothes circle around dirty. 30 sec water on final rinse which was 2 minutes that the bleach that never went in the cycle going at wrong time. Dont bother calling them recording and then hangs up. It may be clean with no roaches but they steal from you. Now we know why the sink was taken out. read more

Their website says "Self-serve laundromat. Well attended and open till 10:00pm daily". When I arrived, the first woman I spoke with said "no we don't do that. Only drop off. We can finish yours tomorrow". I went to my car and checked the website again and it clearly said that they have a self-serve laundromat (as quoted from their main page on their website). I went back in and showed the website to one of the other women because I thought I might have been at the wrong location. She said that was their only location, and they only do self-serve sometimes, and that I would have to come back 2+ hours later when they were less busy with their laundry drop-off service. read more

My husband and I have been using Ginnys pick-up service for about 9 years. They have done a fantastic job each and every time! It makes my life so much easier to have all of our laundry picked up, washed and folded perfectly. Everything always comes back to us so quickly and smelling so fresh! My Family has accumulated an insane amount of laundry After a long vacation, extended holiday weekend and an outrageous flu that left Mom in a rough state and Dad in the useless man flu that strikes with no warning rendering men completely helpless! So, I know what your thinking.... 9-10 loads of laundry..... Well try 29 loads.... no joke! The kids were looking for fig leaves in the backyard to replace their tighty whiteys and I started considering a card board box for a blanket and sheets. The amount of laundry had piled up so high that it was paralyzingly to even look upon the mounds..... I would do 4 or 5 loads only to have a vomit or poo incident from the flu that that would just increase the mounds of clothes! Not to mention I was in a frantic clean and sanitize mode with the rest of the house already! I thought there had to be a better way!!!! And there was!!! I researched my options and after a few calls I spoke to Rene at Ginnies Wash House!!! Talk about prayers being answered!!! Renee was professional and knowledgeable! It was like talking to the Doctor of Laundry and he had some serious degrees when it came to cleaning and good service. I got my hot mess of laundry ready, which consisted of everything that you could wear or lay on in my home in addition to some dry cleaning items that had made a home in the back of my husbands closet. They picked everything up and returned it in 48 hours folded, hung up and ready to be put away! Everything smelled amazing!!! We have sensitive skin so they washed are stuff in free and clear. Plus! (Kind of embarrassing for me) they take cash, card or check and so they could save on credit card fees I wrote them a check.... I don't use checks very often so we only had them for a small spending account that I use one in awhile. I transferred funds after I wrote the check but not soon enough so it was returned!!! OMG so embarrassing!!! So I gave them my card over the phone! I felt horrible! So for the massive amount of laundry, dry cleaning and bedding for 6 beds in our home my bill was around $340. By the way worth every single penny! It would have taken me Days! Days! And Days to sort through that jungle of clothes! Thank you Rene! You guys are Amazing!!!!! As far as laundromats go this has everything you need. Great prices. Most of the machines were in working order. The only downfall is that I didn't feel very safe. I was there with my 20 year old daughter and there was a very uncomfortable fight that broke out with two homeless men. One of the men kept hovering and engaging conversation with us (which normally I love because we are all human and need that normalcy) however the things he was saying were extremely inappropriate and excessively racist. read more

This place is dirty and has no a/c. But beyond that, their washer didn't turn on even after I put in the money. They said it was overloaded, even though I just filled it the way I always have... then they wouldn't start the broken washer u til after I agreed to split my clothes until two half loads and pay for a second washer. I have been doing my laundry at Ginny's for about six months now and have no complaints! I use the self-serve washer ($1.75) and dryers ($0.50 for 7 minutes). Typically, I'm there after hours so the workers who do the laundry service are already gone. This past trip, I had the joy of watching them work! They are extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. Even though they were busy, they made sure I had enough machines to do my laundry. I've never been one to pay for laundry service but I'm considering it after seeing what a great job they do. read more

A Lifesaver! I found Ginny's Wash House 5 or 6 years ago when I first came to the Valley. I lived in a rental with no washer/dryer in the unit, and the common area units were ALWAYS busy. I found Ginny's and I have to tell you their service is fantastic! Dropped my clothes off, they asked for my preferences on washing, and they were clean, FOLDED (I HATE to FOLD!) and waiting for me when they said they would be. So, when I had a hand injury recently and couldn't bear the thought of folding a mountain of washed laundry, I brought the mountain to Ginny's. And yep, they did it again!
