I never thought I would be writing a review on a laundry mat, but sometimes you just need to go to one. Sometimes your washer is out of commission and you have no other choice. I brought my own soap and came armed with coins, only to find out they were now coin less, which is both good and bad. Trying to guess the exact amount of money you will need to use can be tricky, especially when washers are bigger and some smaller (the same with the dryers). I think I ended up with 25 cents unused on my card, so not bad for a guess. The mall was a little crowded and tricky to get in and out of, but the laundry mat itself was better than I expected. If I needed to go to a laundry mat again, this would be it. read more

I've been going to the 35th Ave and Bell location for years and have never had an issue. Until the legendary employee Dawn, who works nights. Her actions were unnecessarily confrontational. I walked in with four pieces of laundry to wash at 25 after nine. As soon as I put my clothes in the machine she ran out of the office with her managers name and number and told me I couldn't start the machine. She said her clock was the only one that matters. It wasn't 21:30 yet while she was saying this. She has the doors still open because it wasn't nine thirty. Dawn is a problem. read more

Nice place very clean. Great helpful employees. I'm from Michigan and think the place was great.

this place is literally a joke! I came here to do my laundry and there was not even a single soul to help me out. i used my debit card to get card so i can use the washer but it scammed me out of $5 it never gave me my card. it was my first time coming to this location and it will definitely be my last! save your $$ read more

This laundry mat should be shut down! This place is a complete HAZARD! They have burnt every single article of clothing in our laundry! My entire families clothes are absolutely burnt to crisp! The dryer was full of smoke! Burning my husbands hands! This place was seconds away from catching fire! read more

Fret fluff and fold !! Very friendly staff and use them All the to the time it take me to wash dry and fold ! I can get my shopping done and get a lot more stuff done without having to stand around in the heat and all the kids running around!! read more

Great to come and get the job done cause it's cheap. Other than that the older woman here with short black hair is rude. Hates when you ask for the bathroom key and any customer service related questions in general. She also Doesn't know anything about the vending machine that only takes your money and she sells over priced items to wash : bags, laundry soap, softener etc.. -- I recommend going to the little market on the corner of the plaza it has everything There is one woman I've had a great experience with she's younger and has curly hair (I describe them cause I never know their names) she was nice and answered questions I had without rolling her eyes or not caring about anything going on. Which I appreciated. read more

Been coming here about 4-5 years to wash my king comforter in large commercial machine every 3 months or so. I've always been allowed to use the bathroom while waiting. Today I asked and was told no, bathroom is for employees only. And there's nowhere else nearby to go. Not a way to treat your customers. I won't be coming back and don't recommend to anyone else if that's how they are going to treat customers. It makes no sense to not allow customers to use the bathroom. Also noticed quite a few machines are out of order. This place was never like that. It's gone downhill, I'm guessing new management. read more

Decent washers, strong dryers and great prices. The staff are helpful. Once I forgot a bunch of work clothes and came back after hours as they cleaned and they saved my clothes and only charged me $5 bucks. read more

came here today to wash our couch pillows and cushion covers. I read the reviews about it having the large capacity washers and dryers. the place was pretty clean, had a customer bathroom, vending machine (food and soaps) and tvs....but there was no AC...there were a few fans going but man alive, was it warm in there! all machines are maytag, which was nice. the large capacity washers are $5 a load and there is a mega capacity washer for $8a load. the machines were well maintained and easy to use. the large capacity dryers were 75cents per 15 mins. the machines do run from a coin card. they have a bill converter machine but no ATM but the card issuing machine does take credit card. the parking lots is small and a lot of businesses in the shopping center share it so parking was a little tough, especially carrying in a big basket of stuff from across the parking lot. read more

Yes it's clean, and I was delighted that it was air conditioned. I've had to use a laundromat twice in the last 2 months due to house remodel. I despise the card system but they are all going that way. $3.50 let load for the big machine; did sheets and towels. Place is not scary. Bright and many machines. Employee doesn't speak any English, and couldn't break a $50.00. (I show her the bill and she does say 'No') forced to use my Visa debit card to buy a loadable card. No receipt from the machine after I load $10.00 on it. I can only imagine what the fee is for that. read more

I rarely use the laundromat but I had two throw rugs that needed to be washed desperately. I called first and spoke to a lady that was very informative. So off I went. When I arrived I was assisted with how to load a payment card and what lb washer to use. Everything turned out great. Will not hesitate to go back again. read more

Not a bad place to wash your clothes. It's always clean and the staff here are typically friendly and helpful, with the very few that are always on their phone and hiding behind the desk. We have had one bad experience here since we been coming (over a year) we accidentally left my wife's scrubs and when we realized they were missing. We called and was confirmed that they had her scrubs for us to pick up. We than realized that a staff member had taken them to their house and was not planning on returning them to us if we had not called. A few days later we got her 6 sets of scrubs and scrubs jackets with no further issues. We will continue to come here and will not let this minor set back keep us away. Besides, they have free kids movies and telenovelas when you come in the afternoon. read more

I've always had my doubts about laundromats but I was very impressed with this one. I brought in 3 huge blankets because my washer at home was too small and figured this place had big commercial sized washers and they sure did! The place was very clean and the machines looked spotless not a single finger or hand print on them. The washer was great definitely will come back here to wash the bigger comforters and blankets! read more

I've used them for years for big stuff. I'm getting plumbing work done and am glad to have a great place to do all laundry the next week. Love the many choices of washers and friendly staff. read more

This place is AWESOME. They keep it very clean, the washers and dryers work really well (I know this should be a given, but it's not), and the machines are HUGE (there's also normal size ones, but why use those?). I spend $4.50 to wash and dry a gigantic load of laundry (one overflowing laundry basket worth) in less than one hour. What! This place is exactly the one you're looking for. But watch out for parking lot potholes, they're wicked. read more

I'm a new customer and needed some assistance and Maria went above and beyond to help me. Super grateful and appreciative. Clean machines, very helpful staff, highly recommend. Lots of machines so you will generally find a couple open ones Light snacks available Clean area to fold clothes and trolleys with hangers to move clothes around. Used this laundry mat to wash my slip covers. I researched the area, and found this wonderful, cleanest laundry mat I have ever been in. Kathy was the attendant on duty, she was so friendly and helpful. Looking for good clean (washing machines are spotless), this is the one!! Thank YOU!! read more

I came here to wash my king size and thick blankets since the washer I have at home is too small to fit in. The ladies that work there were very nice and helpful. The prices are decent too. They use a laundry card method which I find very easy to use. Would definitely recommend and go back too if I ever need too! read more

Lots of machines of all sizes. Prices not bad. Attendee on site. Unfortunately lots of machines broken and mislabeled, including change machine. This place also only uses a card...no change! The attendee has no cash to give change on large bills and they do not take the card back and give refund. This laundry card is specific for this place only. Have our card that still have $5 on it to a local guy. At least someone can use it. We won't return here. read more

Clean and the attendant was nice. People followed the mask required rule. Everyone kept their distance. Washers and dryers were at a decent price. Recommend this laundry mat. read more

Thieves! They are a coinless operation. Any money left on the card they do not refund. The portly Mexican woman pretended to call the "manager" but of course did not answer. read more

I love this place!!!... The workers are so kind and stay busy. It's clean. I actually drive a long way on Saturday to wash my clothes cause I think this is the best deal for my money. The only negative thing I'd say is the parking. It's in a little strip mall type area and there is a LOT of traffic for other businesses making me have to park close to the highway and drag my laundry cart through the parked cars to the store. I drive a van and it's hard to manipulate it through the close parking. I just wish they had specific parking for the laundry customers. Other than that, I really enjoy coming here. I guess I could visit during off hours to have a better chance at a good parking space. read more

My new laundromat. Clean, maintained machines No need for quarters, they use a card system you can reload using cash or card. Clean restroom TV and snack machine. Prices very reasonable. read more

Great laundry with high volume machines. Helpful staff . Don't need coins, they use a card system.

I needed to do a couple loads of laundry while on vacation and this place hit the spot. At first, I wasn't sure I was at the right place, because the big sign over the store says only Maytag Equipped Laundry, not Bell Road Clean Wash Coin Laundry. As previous reviews noted, it is clean and has well-maintained machines, and they ARE Maytag machines! The staff is friendly and diligent. Although it's currently open, it's undergoing a little bit of renovation. There are signs stating that it will soon convert from a coin-operated system to a card-operated system. Hopefully, the prices won't go up much from the current $1.25 per washer load and $0.50 per dryer load. Since two washer loads will fit into one incredibly fast (i.e., 16 minute) but effective dryer load, my two loads of laundry cost only $3.00! read more

This place was great! We just moved into the area so I walked into this establishment with about 10 large bags of clothes (can you imagine?!). From the moment I walked in, the owner welcomed me and gave me great advice about how to organize my ginormous amount of clothes and save. I've had a lot of bad experiences with laundromats in my life, but this one was definitely not one of them! The place was clean and the owner was super friendly. I recommend it highly! :) read more

AMAZING! Super clean, super friendly and super helpful. This place is immaculate and I felt very safe! Whenever the quarters got stuck in one of the machines, the nicest male attendant quickly came over to help. Judy the owner was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. I had large items including a comforter, mattress pad, mattress cover, comforter cover. It had been a while since I needed a laundromat. She helped me choosing the best size washers and dryers as well as advising me on the settings. I think they have the largest oversize machines in the area. The place is kept very clean. In fact, while I was there another customer put way too much detergent in their machine causing some overflow. She quickly took care of it and it was like it never happened. I highly recommend this friendly, local laundromat. read more

Not so happy with this place...lots of machines to use, but a few problems. First, I forgot my detergent, so I asked the girl at the counter if there was soap I could buy. She only offered the one behind the counter for $2, but didn't mention the single serve vending machine in back for .75. Also, the dryers don't close tightly, so when I came back to check my comforter, the door had opened with 7 min left. At least the girl put in another free 15 min for me. Although. I put my comforter in for one hour on the highest setting, and it still didn't dry completely. One last thing, no soap or paper towels in the bathroom, YUCK read more
