And at least twice a month, I come to Wavemax at this 32nd St & Greenway location to use their 60 lb washers to wash all the dog blankets, pillows and rugs and I also wash all my comforters here too! Been coming here for years, Alex was one of the first employees I got to know, super friendly & helpful! Today I came & used 5 of the 60 lb washers and I mentioned to the attendant, Crystal if anyone ever turned in a laundry card with money on it because I couldn't find mine so I had to buy a new one and load it. She checked the two cards that were turned in, and they were not mine, but she mentioned that she would call the owner to see if they could possibly retrieve the dollar amount on my old card since it was registered in my name, but did not make any guarantees. Within a few minutes, she looked for me and let me know that they are going to put the balance I had on my old card on the new card, which was to me a substantial amount! Crystal is really nice & also helpful. This place is clean, the bathroom can only be opened by an employee and it is very clean and every time I've come the staff are always nice! And I love the fact that it's next-door to a Food city in case you're hungry and want to go get something from their deli! LOL!! If you got a lot to wash and not a lot of time, this is the place to come! Their dryers only take 20 minutes and they dry super excellent! And if your card is registered to your name and phone number, it actually alerts you when a washer and dryer is done! I love it!! Here's what happened: I brought in a simple skirt to be pressed. The pleats were done, sure, but the rest of the skirt was completely wrinkled. I asked for a redo, picked it up the next day, and not only were the wrinkles STILL there, but the fabric now looked powdery white. My skirt is completely ruined and unusable. The worst part: The girl at the counter was completely unsympathetic and even tried to gaslight me, insisting she "didn't see any wrinkles or powder" and telling me that if I had a problem, I should "call her boss and take it up with him." I looked for a full service laundromat near my house and found Coin Less Laundry. The attendant was very nice and even found a coupon I could use as a new customer for $10 off. The whole handoff was very smooth. I am not sure if it was expensive because I didn't really do any price shopping but for several queen quilts, mattress liners, sheets and some towels it was about $80 (minus the $10 off coupon) -- but well worth it to me! The one thing the attendant didn't tell me was that I needed to bring the receipt back the next day when I picked up the items. When I came back the next day a different attendant was working and asked me for my receipt and then was a little annoyed I didn't have it. I guess it would be weird to have someone else pick up my laundry but why would anyone do that? I had also brought in a couple more quilts when I was picking up my order and she was also annoyed I didn't have my own bag. Overall I was very pleased with the washing and folding so that is why I gave 4 stars but the grumpy attendant should be a little nicer.

I brought my own soap and came armed with coins, only to find out they were now coin less, which is both good and bad. Trying to guess the exact amount of money you will need to use can be tricky, especially when washers are bigger and some smaller (the same with the dryers). I think I ended up with 25 cents unused on my card, so not bad for a guess. The mall was a little crowded and tricky to get in and out of, but the laundry mat itself was better than I expected. If I needed to go to a laundry mat again, this would be it.

I picked a large washer and started dropping quarters in until one got stuck. These were from their change machine. No one to help. No one! I even called there number and left message, twice. I took the comforter out of the machine and went to a Wave Laundromat nearby, where they had someone help guide me through the process and it was great! If I ever need to go to a laundromat, Wave has my business!

First off, the process they use is simple and efficient. I've never had to wait long in line to drop off my stuff, and they'll shoot you a text when it's ready for pickup. I similarly have never had to wait long to pick up my clothes. I've mostly been to Tatum Cleaners for button-up dress shirts and blazers. And once to clean a rug. The amount of time it takes them to take care of business is reasonable, and the prices are reasonable. I've never ran into any issues. That's the type of experience you look for at a dry cleaners.

There are no clear instructions, just someone popping up to correct you. The unsolicited advice quickly turns into raised voices if you're not doing it their way.
