Great little place, not busy or expensive, the staff was able to help when I didn't know what to do. Will be back!

Everything smelled very clean when I got my items, but it's pretty expensive and most of the employees there only speak Spanish and no English so it's hard for the English speakers to understand. read more

Employee was very helpful getting me started with a large mattress pad I needed to wash. She showed me exactly how to put money on a card so I could use the machines. Many machines, both washers and dryers of multiple sizes..clean. Lots of room to fold clothes. Carts readily available Just FYI - Homeless in the parking lot.. read more

Clean laundromat with plenty of washers & dryers. The machines are operated with a card, which is purchased by placing money in a vending machine. The prices to wash and dry were odd and expensive compared to other establishments. I believe I paid $1.98 per load for the small residential-sized machine. There is plenty of parking and a few video games to occupy your time. The laundromat is in strip with a Family Dollar and seemingly conveniently located. read more

This is not like the laundry mats I used in college! Super clean bright, and the staff was very helpful. Also it has modernized and you don't have save or dig for quarters. read more

Gisella and the owner were wonderful and so helpful! The facility was clean and all the machines were extremely nice! I would recommend this place any time! read more

Best laundromat I have ever found. The only hiccup is that you can't use quarters. You have to use their Cyberwash Cash Card system. That system only takes paper bills (not quarters). So, show up prepared. Also, at times, the touch screen computer has issues with working well or working at all. There are 2 computers thank goodness. I highly recommend this place. read more

I love Launderland. Alright, here's the skinny. Launderland is laundromat open 24 hours a day. They only take cash. You pay a dollar for a reloadable card and then load funds as needed. If you load ten dollars you get eleven dollars in credit. This is doubled for twenty dollars. A normal size washer is 99 cents. A two-load machine is 1.99 and a three-load machine is 2.99. A normal size dryer is .39 cents for every ten minutes. If you don't overload, you can easily dry in 20 minutes as the machines are pretty big. I usually take two weeks of laundry and load it into a three-load laundry for 2.99 and then split the load into two dryers for 20 minutes each. There is free wifi, a vending machine, a few televisions, and two old arcade games: Pac Man and Tekken 3. You can also buy detergent and there are much bigger washers and dryers for rugs and bedding that charge flat rates instead of 10 minute intervals. My only complaint is that there is no AC. I'm not sure if that's typical but it only really matters if you're here during summer daylight. Knocked off one star for that. read more

Launderland Wash & Dry - Laundry Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This was my first time coming to this laundromat. I cane to wash and dry three down comforters. The place was very clean. The staff (Martina) was so sweet and helped me work the large washers before I even asked for help. She also stepped me through loading a card with money. It was nice and cool inside so long as you strategically stood beneath a ceiling air vent. I'd recommend this place. read more

I drop off my laundry here every 2-3 weeks. They are soooo much help. I literally don't know what I would do without them. I am super busy so it's nice to not have to micromanage this part of my life. I can trust them with my clothes, nothing has ever gone missing and they do a great job! It's everything you want in a business: good people, good prices and good service. I can't thank them enough for making my life easier! read more

This review will seem all over the place but it's the best that I can do. (Read til the end, itll make sense) I found this place on Yelp and decided to go with it based on previous reviews, even though it's a bit of a drive from my place && the typical place I go to has become so busy and today I didnt have any patience to wait. This place is located in a strip mall-ish location right off 30th st & Thomas. The outside may make you feel a bit weird, but walk in and you'll feel better. This place is SUPER clean. (For me that matters, and reason for the 4 stars) also there was staff on site - on A Sunday morning that's pretty great too. Theres tons of washers and dryers as well as a middle island for folding and such. Free WiFi (you have to ask for the password) and vending machines. The wash and dryers take a pay card -- not quarters. You pay $1 to get the pay card from a machine and then load more money onto it to wash. A 2x load washer is $2.19, a 3x washer is $3.19, a 5x load washer is $5.29. Large dryers are $.50 and a normal size dryer is $.39 a minute. They do have a laundry service that is $1 per lb. I'm not sure if I'll come back here bc again, it as pretty dang pricey compared to what I'm use to -- but for today it will have to do. Hope this helps someone. read more

Clean facilities and great customer service. Always ready to help out w machines. Thanks for snacks

I absolutely hate going to the laundry mat, but my dryer recently broke and I had no choice, I found a place near me and I totally love this place!! It's very clean and very well taken care of, the attendants are very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend this place. read more

Horrible place. Went there for the first time reading the great reviews and was very disappointed. There machines do not wash clothes with hot water. How the hell do u clean your clothes!!?? Soap does not melt with cold water. And charge a dollar for a card!!!??? Spent 15$. When asked to speak w a manager was lied to and the girls there dont speak english. Had a lil girl to translate and was told the manager was to call me back...still waiting. Called and their phone doesnt work. Crooked business. I will be going to BBB for this place. Horrible disgust and a waste of my time money and gas. Putting a 1 star is way too much!! 0 stars read more

It's generally clean. Staff is nice. I just wish the lint traps were cleared a little more often. But when ya don't have a washer or dryer begets can't be choosers ‍ read more

Plenty of washers and dryers to use. It's a coin-less laundromat, which uses those reloadable cards. It's cash only, so don't forget that. Also really clean! read more

Launderland Wash & Dry - Big, fairly priced washers. - Laundry Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I would like to thank the management for maintaining this place clean. My first visit was very much satisfactory and they were helpful.

I wanted to like it here. I was planning on making it my go to place for laundry. However, I fear something is faulty in their prepay system. I added twenty dollars to my card, did one large machine, which is about three dollars, and about four dry's at thirty nine cents each. When I came in the following week, my balance was six dollars. I filed complaint, but haven't heard back yet. So, I won't be returning. It's better to use coins, easier to monitor use and less likely to loose your money. read more

So, I've been to this place a few times (unfortunately it's what I have to do currently) and normally it's been fine. Clean. There's always been a lady there who is constantly cleaning and helps you with your change. She's great! My problem is is that I came here around 6am this morning and the place is infested with homeless. The place smells like urine and they're sleeping on the floor and on the counters!! Disgusting! I have nothing against the homeless and I understand they're just in need of a "safe" and warm place to be, but come on! Is there any way there can be an employee here 24/7 to ensure this stops? read more

The laundromat itself is great I'm not sure about the Nazi who runs this place runs I'm a paying customer and I can't use the bathroom ever only she can my wife has a condition she doesn't need to be transported every hour can we do something about this? Thank you David debusk read more

Very inexpensive for fluff and fold and they got my daughter's linens all done in 3 hours - including pillows.

One of the cleanest places I've done laundry at. They do have free wifi which is nice. On certain days they have 20% off so check it out

Nice place. Had to a load while I was on the road. Bring cash because they don't take credit. You buy a card for a buck (exact cash needed for this) then add dollars that you need to the card. Clean well lit, and free WiFi. read more

Should give the option to use quarters. Odd way of charging, like $1.29 for a small wash and .39 to dry. Clean, but no AC. Probably would only come back here if there was AC. read more

People get killed here but only if they're ghetto trash. Otherwise it's a wonderful place, like a Disneyland of washing machines, crossed with a Six Flags of dryers. I 100% recommend going here armed. read more

I haven't been to a laundrymat in ages and my apartment washer was broken...I was regretting it. This place saved the day. No coins and super clean. All the equipment looks brand new. The lady that worked there didn't speak a lick of English but what do you expect at least half the signs are in English. read more

This laundromat had many machines in various sizes. It is very clean. The lady who works there is always cleaning. You can do your own laundry or use the drop off service. One of the best laundromats I have ever been to. read more

Extended trip so needed to find laundromat before next leg. Pleasant surprise on how clean and well maintained this place was.

I like this place because the employees are very friendly and helpful...always my emergency laundry place

This will be my go to laundromat. It is spacious, convenient, and very clean. The attendants are very helpful and constantly cleaning. You must purchase a card, add money and use for service. There are plenty of washers, dryers, and folding tables. There is a security camera, free wifi and tv. Plenty of shopping nearby. Parking is tight, but you can park further away. read more
