They wash your clothes really really quickly and all of the stains or any dirt that you have in your closing medially comes out. The dryers that they have at this location are equally as good. Everything about this location really makes you feel comfortable. I have been to certain laundromats and you don't feel safer comfortable being inside the store. But this place does not have that issue I will be bringing more of my family's items to this location whenever possible to make sure we can keep all of our stuff super clean

They also have an onsite attendant in a corner office. They sell a ton of softs and fabric softeners and dryer sheets! It looks like $11.99 for the small bottle of liquid detergent so try to stop and buy your own. There's an atm inside too. I also noticed wrap around parking and the back is all shaded! . There's seating areas inside and outside in case you have a lot of laundry. I think it's a great place for quick early morning laundry. It was only $2.50 for the basic washer. I was planning on 2 loads. The small washers are double the size of usual small washers so I fit it all in one. The dryers are .25 cents for 7 min

Thankfully Aqua Caliente was open 24 hours and reasonably close to the Biltmore area of Scottsdale. Bright, clean and well stocked laundromats are a thing of beauty especially when visiting one unexpectedly late on a Saturday night. A plethora of machines and stainless steel folding tables constantly being wiped and cleaned were especially appreciated. Thank you Grace. Saturday night at a laundromat wasn't fun but when is laundry fun? There are however moments when we can stop to take notice of something special. Something out of the ordinary. Someone enthusiastically cleaning a surface or performing some other thankless task. My daughter's team lost today but all is ok. We are still in the fight. So is Grace and Aqua Caliente. Thank you both for making my chore an unexpected surprise. For taking the time to smile and care for what you do. For bringing something of quality and value for all those who appreciate it. I did and I do!

It's nicely air conditioned. There's seating and a tv to stay occupied. Theres a restroom (I didnt step inside but seeing how the attendant was cleaning when I was there, it seems this place keeps things real tidy). Theres a communal sink by the restroom for handwashing and they provide gloves! Wow! Big pluses!! Cons **I was halfway done washing clothes from home when the dryer(at home) broke down on me so I just needed to do a quick dry here, no washing. Unfortunately, these machines only uses their prepaid cards. (You buy them by the attendant's desk). The minimum is $5 and they have other increments of 10, 15, & 20. And there's no way to add or subtract minutes to the machines. The dryers all run on 25 mins so you'd have to time your visit around that or stay close by. My clothes probably only needed a half hour to dry but I had to buy the minimum $5 card and use it twice for two 25-minute cycles. **I blew as much of it that was left on the card buying sodas from their vending machine bc more than likely my dryer should be fixed soon and I wouldnt need to save the card for another visit.

I don't mind this as I would prefer adding money occasionally rather than having a ton of small charges for every machine I use. The money to card converter always works as well from what I can tell. The machines are all in working condition. I like how there are many different types of washers, depending on your needs (you can get an entire family's done in one big load if you want). I personally don't think that the dryers work super well, but they are cheap or you can dry partially and do the rest at home. I wish they dried completely, though. There are also tons of carts to move your stuff around. Everyone seems incredibly nice and polite. I've left and come back (on time, but still left my stuff unattended) and haven't had any issues. From what I can tell, the attendant that works here is amazing! I always see her cleaning, she never stops. She's also super nice and helpful if you have questions. Of course, every place could always use more seating and WiFi (it does have a Cox WiFi but I think you need Cox internet for that). But there are plenty of errand things to do around here so I really don't think you have to stay (fill up gas, car wash, etc). Overall, I always will come back here as long as I don't have a w/d in unit. I never have to wait for a washer and the card is hassle free. Note: last washes have to go in at 9:30 because it closes at 11.
