I'm going to try and be transparent and fair. First the pros: It's super nice and clean with brand new washers. There's an attendant available . She's sweet and helpful. It's nicely air conditioned. There's seating and a tv to stay occupied. Theres a restroom (I didnt step inside but seeing how the attendant was cleaning when I was there, it seems this place keeps things real tidy). Theres a communal sink by the restroom for handwashing and they provide gloves! Wow! Big pluses!! Cons **I was halfway done washing clothes from home when the dryer(at home) broke down on me so I just needed to do a quick dry here, no washing. Unfortunately, these machines only uses their prepaid cards. (You buy them by the attendant's desk). The minimum is $5 and they have other increments of 10, 15, & 20. And there's no way to add or subtract minutes to the machines. The dryers all run on 25 mins so you'd have to time your visit around that or stay close by. My clothes probably only needed a half hour to dry but I had to buy the minimum $5 card and use it twice for two 25-minute cycles. **I blew as much of it that was left on the card buying sodas from their vending machine bc more than likely my dryer should be fixed soon and I wouldnt need to save the card for another visit. read more

I went there at 830 pm sign said open sign on window said last WASH 9:00PM And was told by a Spanish Lady started Say something to me in Spanish I told her I don't speak Spanish she points at her wrist and puts up 9fingers indicating there closed it's 9pm. I pointed to the sign on the door which stated last wash 9pm She shrugged her shoulders basically saying they're closed personally I think it is cause I was white and I wasn't Mexican so she was being prejudice towards me. read more

Always clean, never packed! I'm here on a Saturday afternoon and hardly any people here. The floors are spotless. The lady who maintains the place is such a hard worker; she's constantly on top of everything. I just love this place. I've been to two other locations and they were good too, but this one is the best because of how immaculate and spacious it is. There's plenty of places to sit, charge your phone, and plenty of cool air and ceiling fans. And there's plenty of table tops to fold clothes unlike the other locations: Mesa & Gilbert. read more

Imagine coming in at the exact time for the last wash (21:00) One more client enters before you and them said worker at the time (Josefina) tells you cant come in no more. I was there ready to unload but she rejects my service. I felt that I was there within the margin of able to do my laundry. Im guessing just a batch of laundry and covers wasn't good for service. Machines and lobby are wonderful to be in dont get me wrong Ive been coming here before and I still will cause it great.. I just guess my service wasn't welcomed and I was fed up and bummed too Wish the service was reliable as well read more

I looked alot of places to find a place last minute that was able to dry clean my coat . I called initially to find out if they do dry clean at this location . At first the phone was answer by a women who knew absolutely no English so I waited til there was someone available to translate if dry cleaning was available . Someone answered the phone and I ask if this location does dry cleaning . And was responded with a yes and the main roads to the location . Upon arriving I was told no . They don't do dry cleaning ?! I wasted my time and gas to drive to this location with the confirmation that dry cleaning was available ..... so I wasted my time and gas. read more

I brought 2 quilts in & met the owner. He was wonderful & the level of service was amazing. As he was already outside with the cart, he took my quilts & brought them in for me. He said typically they'd be ready the next day but predicted they'd be ready by the end of that day. Less than 3; hours later I got a text they were ready. He saw me pulling up & immediately got the quilts & walked them to my car. Oh, the place was new, spotless, & welcoming with huge Electrolux machines. read more

I recently had to move due to covid and my financial situation ext, so normally I don't use laundry type services and I thought I would Give it a shot because I didn't have another option at the time, long story short they basically took my money and wouldn't give me a refund, I don't recommend this laundromat to anyone unless you don't care about losing money you don't have:( read more

The other night I dragged my huge and bulging overstuffed laundry bags to a new laundromat in Phoenix on 16th St at Thomas Rd named WaveMax and I was not disappointed at all. In fact I was so satisfied with the facility management of great customer care, maintenance, delivery of laundry necessities and operational support that I feel hopeful that Covid hasn't squashed ALL service hood, deleted EVERYONE'S values and ethics and or promoted lack in quality down EVERY avenue of advocacy. I was able and happy to get all my laundry in one of the large 80 pound washing machines easily at a decent price leaving me funds needed to purchase from an abundance of a variety in laundry detergent at reasonable price and finally I used one of the largest dryers for all my clothes which were done in twenty minutes. I spent half of the money and time I usually spend cleaning my clothes at WaveMax, the place was immaculately cleaned and to top it all off the associate the was working that night was elaborately patient, an astute resource and finally he even carried my laundry assisted me to the bus stop safely. read more

I recently sold my almost brand-new maytags due to a move cross-country, and I was very worried about finding a clean, reliable laundromat that I would feel good about washing my clothes at. I met Jessie our first day, she was so very helpful, and has such a positive, energetic, caring attitude. She makes you feel right at home. She deserves to have her picture up as TOP employee. Had a problem with one of the machines and there was no reliable staff to help. Frustrating Sunday especially when you got a kiddo that's upset and your just trying to get some laundry done. But their machine eats a $20 there's no one available to refund it. It's a thought time for a lot people right now so yes losing 20 dollars when times are tight is a very frustrating thing read more

This laundromat is spotless and large with a helpful, kind staff. The machines are brand new and extremely efficient. They have several wash machines that range in capacity from a double loaders to six loaders (80 lb capacity i believe). The dryers are plentiful and inexpensive. There is never more than one dry cycle needed to dry the clothes inside. Did I mention it is spotless? The staff are constantly disinfecting the machines and all the surfaces and baskets. The floors are mopped many times throughout the day. They have all the washing essentials available for sale if you run out or forget something. There are comfy waiting areas for adults and kids, with tables, benches and bean bags as well as televisions. Vending machines are available if you are thirsty or hungry. The bathroom is immaculate. They offer disposable gloves for free and a nice sink and handwashing station separate from the sink and vanity in the bathroom. The folding tables are clean and plentiful. It is easy to maintain the social distancing requirements we all are living with now. They will also do your laundry for you, should you so desire, and let me tell you they did a fantastic job! Over 50 pounds, the charge is only $.99 per pound. Everything smelled great and was folded so nicely. It was bagged in clean plastic like perfectly stacked towers. Normal turnaround is 24 hours but they can have it ready sooner if you need. Im a customer for life and you owe it to yourself to check them out if you live nearby and need a laundomat. My dryer has been broken for three months and it's been quite the hassle getting it fixed and I finally broke down a bought a new one so hopefully this is my last time coming here. I've never used a laundry service before so I was nervous coming here but it was a great experience. The place is very clean and the other customers are respectful and courteous. The machines seem new and are very fast and have customizable options. The only con is their payment system, you need a card to put money on and can only do $5 minimum so I'm leaving about $4 on my card which kind of sucks. There was also once the dryer didn't do a good job in the allotted time but I believe it was my fault for not checking what temperature it was set at so I didn't make that mistake again. The last wash is at 9:00 and they are very strict about that so be aware of your timing, the employees are people too and they are just trying to get home so try coming the latest around 8:45 to be respectful. Overall it was a great experience for the last three months and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their laundry done. read more
