They have gotten better about maintaining their machines. The last couple times I've gone there have not been any machines out of order, which is a noticeable improvement! The cost has remained the same as well and I think it's a reasonable option if you need to do a load of laundry! Tip: try to avoid the weekends if you can that's when it tends to be the busiest. Overall, I think this is probably one of the better options for a laundromat in the area and I would recommend it! read more

I popped in to get a weighted blanket washed, and the lady who was cleaning and attending to the machines gave me a walkthrough of QT Laundromat. It was my first time at a laundromat in general, and I had errands to run. I asked if I could drop off my weighted blanket for them to put into the dryer... and guess what? She walked me through pricing, and even questions about the dryers and the weighted blanket itself. She told me, "You leave me the coins, and I'll put it in the dryer once it's done. Just come back before closing time, okay?" And I came back two hours later (evening). I forgot to even bring dryer sheets and a tennis ball, and when I found it in the dryer, it was perfectly dry and free of hair. AND it smelled good with the detergent I paid for there. Superb customer service, and this laundromat has both small and large washers/dryers. It matters to ask questions, but this place is nice, presentable, and does what it was made for. Staff is very helpful, very clean and organized. The last load is at 8:30pm so make sure you get there before. They won't let you in after. The air also stops after a while so it does get warm but it is towards the end. Not really an issue but it can get very warm, especially in the summer time. When traveling away from home, we always have to do laundry but the experience can be dicey. The thought of washing our clothes after someone else has laundered their chonies before ... we'll, you try not to think about it. You grin and bear it hoping for the best. We found ourselves 2,000 miles from home with no other option, so we went to Yelp and found the Quick Trip Laundromat. Walking into the business I noticed something very different. The laundromat is actually staffed so there's no monkey business here. One of the employees was disinfecting each washer and dryer immediately after use and disinfecting all the folding tables. The appliances were shiny chrome and the floors were freshly mopped. I hardly give 5 star ratings, but this business deserves it. It rises above all the rest. read more

There is a machine to exchange cash for quarters and there is also an option to use apple Pay to get cash back for the machines there as well. Very bad customer service. The lady threatens people she will call the cops if you don't obey her orders. And all we did was just add a little more soap.. I do my laundry here every week, we never give her any problems, yet she has a horrible attitude.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. She needs to be fired.. Thank you I've been to several laundromats in the area and this may be the first laundry mat that actually is attentive to the customers. I will admit I was a little cut off guard about it when I first came in like I was being rushed but what I come to realize is that these owners are socializing with the community and helping. A very rude attendant. I was doing laundry another customer was filling her washer. This attendant didn't like what she was doing which was nothing bad from my point of view. Anyway then she starts giving the customer a very bad attitude. Well the customer tries to explain that she's hard of hearing. This attendant didn't care to hear what the customer was saying. She yelled at her and calling foul language towards her, and being so rude. She kept cutting her off and wouldn't listen. If she needed help to understand her she could just asked? I work with special needs. Children, and know ASL! I feel bad for the costumer,This attend does not need to be working here. If she can't be nice to everyone. The attendant Crystal decided to pull our laundry out even though we were standing outside the door with a timer set on our phones because we were not inside because she wanted to close early by an hour after getting high as a kite on the side of the building with her boy toy then continues to tell my wife as my wife is telling her that's not right that she should have been inside then turns to our 12 year old son and tells him what a mother you have first things first you should not let anyone else touch a customer's laundry nor be as rude as she was there will be a complaint written to the Better Business Bureau about this facility we have been going there for years at least once a month we will never return again it has turned into a tweaker Hangout and now they have one working for them read more

Super clean!!!! Enough carts and large machines as well as folding areas to accommodate all customers. The staff was excellent. They were attentive and understanding when a cat bed exploded it's cloud bits into their machine and onto the floor (as I removed the load. I was beginning to clean up but the wonderful person working said to leave it and they cleaned it up!!! Also another staff person placed a cart by the machine that I was using 3 min before the machine was to stop the cycle. I don't frequent laundry mats often but this one is impressive. read more

If you need a laundromat service this place is clean and reasonably priced. Usually an attendant available for questions or help. Wash and fold available if you don't have time. There is a Thai restaurant a few steps away so if you want lunch or dinner while you wait it's available. Also two sports bars right there. read more

This is no where near home but the reviews were all so much better than anywhere else that I decided to drag the 16 year old across town to experience his first laundromat. Definitely worth the drive! Everything is clean and sparkling! The reason became pretty apparent as we watched the very helpful employee cleaning the entire time we were there. The staff are available and offer their services and assistance as you walk through the door. They are very friendly, and work consistently to keep every machine clean. I saw no machines out of order. The floor was very clean, and staff swept three times while I was there for a short two hours. The bathroom was available and spotless. They made sure I was aware of their money services, and pointed me to the best value of wash and dry for my individual needs. What's great is I never had to seek staff out for help. They were very attentive to each individual using their facility, and stepped in to address any concerns like how to work the machine, or reset the quarter insert. Horrible experience! The website says, last load in by 8pm, well I arrived at 7:45pm and the extremely rude Mexican lady that works there stopped me at the door telling me that they are closed! I looked in and saw at least 10 people in there doing laundry! I said, well your website says last load by 8 which means I still had 15 min to load. Well she started a temper tantrum and said that she is upset because she wanted to close early. I said that I wouldn't even use the dryer, just the wash and I could be out in 20 min, she still complained and said whatever. So I went to put load in, went back to my car to grab the other load and she told me NO! I can't add that one because it is 8! I showed her my phone which now said 7:47 and she flipped out even more... stomping her feet and bitching about it as she walked through the building where everyone could hear her! I was so upset that I took my kids clothes back out of the wash and took them out to my car! She didn't care one bit, still had a shitty look on her face and that was the worst customer service experience, soooo not professional and I will never be back! I will drive 10 miles out of the way to do laundry from now on! I hope she isn't the owner! That would be even worse! Wish I could leave negative stars!!! read more
