We stopped in with several loads of clothes and towels and I was so impressed with how clean it was! We finished our loads and the lady working was already in our washers wiping everything from our load down which gave us peace of mind that the place was well kept and clean! We only got 1 chapter of our bible study done because of how quick everything went by! Will be back again if our washer and dryer fail us again! Has everything you need :) read more

Very nice and clean . The lady was very helpful and price was reasonable. I will be back

Sparkling clean - great service - Bailey is the service rep constantly cleaning machines and pleasantly attentive... great spot for your cleaning needs... read more

They have gotten better about maintaining their machines. The last couple times I've gone there have not been any machines out of order, which is a noticeable improvement! The cost has remained the same as well and I think it's a reasonable option if you need to do a load of laundry! Tip: try to avoid the weekends if you can that's when it tends to be the busiest. Overall, I think this is probably one of the better options for a laundromat in the area and I would recommend it! read more

So used to come in here regularly about 2 years ago and I come in today and this lady stops me telling me milo can't be in there....I'm like yes he can he's a service animal and I can provide proof she acts like I'm a dick for correcting her. You just can't say no to all animals especially when she can see his vest which clearly says service animal! Make me feel like I'm a dick for being in here. Thx I totally needed that because you're ignorant. Maybe look up service animal and the only 2 things you can ask leagally. Just wanna hurry to get our of here. Thank you for harassing me a veteran and my service animal.... p.s. go look at the pics on here a.lot are milo and me....... read more

I popped in to get a weighted blanket washed, and the lady who was cleaning and attending to the machines gave me a walkthrough of QT Laundromat. It was my first time at a laundromat in general, and I had errands to run. I asked if I could drop off my weighted blanket for them to put into the dryer... and guess what? She walked me through pricing, and even questions about the dryers and the weighted blanket itself. She told me, "You leave me the coins, and I'll put it in the dryer once it's done. Just come back before closing time, okay?" And I came back two hours later (evening). I forgot to even bring dryer sheets and a tennis ball, and when I found it in the dryer, it was perfectly dry and free of hair. AND it smelled good with the detergent I paid for there. Superb customer service, and this laundromat has both small and large washers/dryers. It matters to ask questions, but this place is nice, presentable, and does what it was made for. Just keep an eye out on the area. read more

They make all their subs, all fresh, great meats. I go there often. Their price better than subway, and they take a little bit of pride in preparing their sub. Sandwich. read more

When I walked in I was greeted by a very sweet and helpful attendant named Sandy. First time here, I arrived early morning. I didn't feel welcome after being watched while doing my laundry. If anything I felt discriminated! This will be the last time I will ever come here. Yes, it's a clean laundromat but don't be rude to your customers. These customers are keeping your business operating. P.S: don't gossip loudly when talking about yours and others personal business. Do better with your customer services. Thank you! read more

After vacations, I take all my laundry to QuickTrip. My wife loves it! Teresa is fantastic, great job, lightning fast, and great quality. She's always cheerful, and that means a lot these days. You won't be disappointed. And the price is right! read more

What a great laundromat! Well maintained, helpful staff, clean, well lit, air conditioned plus lots of ceiling fans. All machines take quarters only, but they have a change machine that works with $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. read more

This place was clean and the washer and dryers were not only available they also worked. There was a change machine to get coins to use, I am glad I had cash though cause I didn't see anywhere to use a card like it says you can on google maps. Clothes came out clean and no issues. read more

Clean, nice facility and lots of equipment available. Helpful staff on site and friendly other customers b

Just started coming here and I absolutely love it. Staff is wonderful! Super friendly, clean and a nice environment.

Staff is very helpful, very clean and organized. The last load is at 8:30pm so make sure you get there before. They won't let you in after. The air also stops after a while so it does get warm but it is towards the end. Not really an issue but it can get very warm, especially in the summer time. Definitely recommend it if your washer breaks or if you want to do lots of loads all at once m. read more

When traveling away from home, we always have to do laundry but the experience can be dicey. The thought of washing our clothes after someone else has laundered their chonies before ... we'll, you try not to think about it. You grin and bear it hoping for the best. We found ourselves 2,000 miles from home with no other option, so we went to Yelp and found the Quick Trip Laundromat. Walking into the business I noticed something very different. The laundromat is actually staffed so there's no monkey business here. One of the employees was disinfecting each washer and dryer immediately after use and disinfecting all the folding tables. The appliances were shiny chrome and the floors were freshly mopped. I hardly give 5 star ratings, but this business deserves it. It rises above all the rest. read more

Melissa was amazing! She provided a welcome greeting and a detailed overview of the facility. Everything was clean and they also offer additional services. There's a great pizza place next door which is a bonus. read more

Walked up at 8:05pm, stopped me from walking in and thought she was joking. Told me she needs to "be up outta there" at 9:00pm when clearly the window and yelp both say it's open until 9:30pm. Started walking away and then she yells over that the manager will allow it tonight and be changing the signs at 8pm....it's already after 8pm lol. I said no thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service, go somewhere else! read more

Very bad customer service. The lady threatens people she will call the cops if you don't obey her orders. And all we did was just add a little more soap.. I wish I could call a manager.. don't come here.. unless you want horrible customer service with a lady with a sour attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere where.. read more

I had a great experience with the laundry mat. The lady that was there was very helpful and kind to everyone. There is a machine to exchange cash for quarters and there is also an option to use apple Pay to get cash back for the machines there as well. Will definitely come back while my washer is out of service at home. read more

Thank you I've been to several laundromats in the area and this may be the first laundry mat that actually is attentive to the customers. I will admit I was a little cut off guard about it when I first came in like I was being rushed but what I come to realize is that these owners are socializing with the community and helping. I think it's a cool way to stay connected to our environment and Creek community in the neighborhood recommend 100% Also, these dryers are pretty darn hot. read more

A very rude attendant. I was doing laundry another customer was filling her washer. This attendant didn't like what she was doing which was nothing bad from my point of view. Anyway then she starts giving the customer a very bad attitude. Well the customer tries to explain that she's hard of hearing. This attendant didn't care to hear what the customer was saying. She yelled at her and calling foul language towards her, and being so rude. She kept cutting her off and wouldn't listen. If she needed help to understand her she could just asked? I work with special needs. Children, and know ASL! I feel bad for the costumer,This attend does not need to be working here. If she can't be nice to everyone. I hope that customer report this attendant, and finds a better place to do laundry. read more

Quik Trip Laundromat - A very rude attendant. - Laundromat Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

I never was treated so badly by anyone in my life. Today, this woman who I assume is the attendant treated me like I was a piece of shit. She was extremely rude and used such foul language towards me that I could not believe my ears. Such a person doesn't belong there. I have come to this place for many years when my washer did work. Needless to say I will never come back and I will make sure to tell who ever asks me for any referral not to go to this laundromat. A very shocked customer! read more

Super clean!!!! Enough carts and large machines as well as folding areas to accommodate all customers. The staff was excellent. They were attentive and understanding when a cat bed exploded it's cloud bits into their machine and onto the floor (as I removed the load. I was beginning to clean up but the wonderful person working said to leave it and they cleaned it up!!! Also another staff person placed a cart by the machine that I was using 3 min before the machine was to stop the cycle. I don't frequent laundry mats often but this one is impressive. read more

This was such a nice and clean laundromat! My dryer decided to move on to it's final rest, so I needed to relive my college laundry doing days. Lori, the staff member working that evening, was really upbeat and helpful. I felt a bit foolish because it's been so long since I had to do laundry like that. She was kind and helpful and so friendly! I hope her employers see this and know what a gem they have. read more

The attendant Crystal decided to pull our laundry out even though we were standing outside the door with a timer set on our phones because we were not inside because she wanted to close early by an hour after getting high as a kite on the side of the building with her boy toy then continues to tell my wife as my wife is telling her that's not right that she should have been inside then turns to our 12 year old son and tells him what a mother you have first things first you should not let anyone else touch a customer's laundry nor be as rude as she was there will be a complaint written to the Better Business Bureau about this facility we have been going there for years at least once a month we will never return again it has turned into a tweaker Hangout and now they have one working for them read more

My washing machine broke. This was my first time at a laundry mat. The lady who was working there last night was so helpful.

If you need a laundromat service this place is clean and reasonably priced. Usually an attendant available for questions or help. Wash and fold available if you don't have time. There is a Thai restaurant a few steps away so if you want lunch or dinner while you wait it's available. Also two sports bars right there. read more

I had two large comforters I needed to wash and and it's been ages since I've even been in a laundromat. I had to use Yelp to find somewhere with large washers and dryers. This is no where near home but the reviews were all so much better than anywhere else that I decided to drag the 16 year old across town to experience his first laundromat. Definitely worth the drive! Everything is clean and sparkling! The reason became pretty apparent as we watched the very helpful employee cleaning the entire time we were there. Despite that, she was right there to help answer questions that came up. Great customer service and a clean, bright shop! This is where I will head for all my future laundromat needs and where I will send anyone who asks! read more

The attendant proceeds to walk over to the area where I was doing my laundry and puts her tags on the washers. Then proceeds to go to the dryers and put almost 2 dollar worth of quarters with maybe 3 items in each so I'm assuming I don't use them. Go there to wash and dry comforters and sleeping bags. Nice staff. Very clean and in a central location

I have not needed to go to a laundromat since college days but I wanted to wash my dogs bed. This use to be my favorite laundromat but since they hired new people it went to sh*t. The Hispanic lady that works the morning is very rude. She says good morning to everyone but me. She has conversations with everyone and dogs me. Since new owners this place has gone down hill. I miss the lady with short hair that would decorate for all the holidays. She was so nice and friendly unlike the new staff. read more

The staff are available and offer their services and assistance as you walk through the door. They are very friendly, and work consistently to keep every machine clean. I saw no machines out of order. The floor was very clean, and staff swept three times while I was there for a short two hours. The bathroom was available and spotless. They made sure I was aware of their money services, and pointed me to the best value of wash and dry for my individual needs. What's great is I never had to seek staff out for help. They were very attentive to each individual using their facility, and stepped in to address any concerns like how to work the machine, or reset the quarter insert. I felt very appreciated for bringing my business to them. Thank you for being the best! I would recommend this business above any other location. 5 stars easy! read more
